Excellent auto shop for Subaru cars. Been going there for 4 years now! Helpful staff and reasonable rates for repairs and service. ALWAYS schedule an appointment, never walk-in unless absolutely necessary. Rental cars available during service period for LOW rates. Local bus/shuttle pickup, too. Highly Recommended.
i think the repair quality and integrity here is wonderful. i would have given 5 stars but i found some of the staff to be kinda mean. Most of the staff is wonderful!
The customer service was very good, prompt & Hassel free. My repair evaluation, quote & repair was reasonable, and I enjoyed getting a health check sent to my smartphone - the service mgr. was great, and emailed my credit card to me that I left there. I did have to pull my rubber floor mats out and empty the dirt & fill my power steering fluid that was overlooked, but by mentioning this I hope it helps them to be aware of keeping their standards high - which is why I recommend them & will use them again!
One of my headlights was burned out so I called to ask about getting it replaced. Patrick sent me to New Parts to buy the bulb and then he installed it for me. I appreciated it!
