I have been here twice, and both times felt the staff was very rude. When they called to tell me what was wrong with my car, they did not explain the problem or why it was a problem. I asked why this was a problem, and what time frame it should be fixed in, and they would not answer, they just danced around the question. I felt like I was being talked down to the whole time. After discussing the problems with my coworkers, I realized that the people at Super Rupair greatly exaggerated the severity of the problems and suggested expensive fixes to things that I could easily do myself. I think they have more than enough business, so they don't care about customer service for one new customer. I will not go back here, and will not recommend it to anyone I know.
Update: The owner's response disappoints me. The owner continues to talk down to me in his response, and states several "facts" that were never told to me when I was called with the report of my car. This disregard of customers is why I do not recommend them.
