The sales staff was friendly and courteous, and let do my own car checks without constantly hovering. The vehicle I was interested in was as advertised, except for a musty smell that might have been from a smoker, the staff was as troubled as I was and it looked like they immediately removed it from the sales line to address the issue. I did purchase a second vehicle from them that had less mile but a little higher price. I told them I was more worried about the final monthly price then the overall cost of the car. Thomas did a great job and got me a rate almost exactly where I wanted. A little disappointed with the one price rule, but would buy from them again.
