Charged me 45 to diagnose an already diagnosed problem. The repair even though they said they are the most aggressively priced shop came in about 500$ base more than the other Subaru shop I brought my car in to. Who also diagnosed my issues (ran the code) for free..... $45 to pull a code I already had and made clear when I dropped the car off "but they needed their own diagnostic" 900$-1400$ for a job I got quoted 500$-600$ on.. Needless to say.. Subapros is getting my business and I will not be returning to this shop. They were nice but came in near dealer price. What a joke be weary and price shop when it comes to these guys.

Also icing on the cake. They clearly locked my keys in the car while it was being diagnosed, because there are scratches all over the door from someone clearly trying to stick a wedge in the fixed weather stripping... Watch your car here.....
