I have never called them, never given them my number. They called extremely early this morning (disturbing my newborn baby) informing me they would be coming by this afternoon, so I called them back confused and got the most horrible costomer service I ve ever received, the first girl on the phone was zero help and all attitude, I got cut off mid sentence and transferred to costumer service where they weren t any help either, I asked to have my number removed since I ve never contacted them and she told me nothing she can do and that they will be calling me back And then she hung up. Needless to say I ll be calling back later to speak to someone higher up

This company thinks they don't have to let their c...

This company thinks they don't have to let their customers know when they made a mistake on a credit card charge if the amount is less than "$1000" as per manager Leslie. The original invoice authorizes them to charge my credit card automatically for any extra weight for the disposal bins. I saw the charge but no invoice or call was received to advise me of the extra charge even though I was expecting the extra charge but this was an expected one time charge. Now, a week later there is another charge for "$2.74" yet again, if I hadn't looked at my bill, I wouldn't have known of this charge. I just called to find out what the 3rd charge was for and I was told it was a keying error. Again, no phone call or email to advise me of such and when I was transferred to the accounts Manager Leslie, she told me I couldn't vent my frustrations at her even though it was their fault that they didn't do their jobs properly. You can hear my anger in my voice as I asked her what gave her the right to charge a 3rd time but I was not yelling or swearing. I have worked in customer service for years and have dealt with real irrate customers when they are not happy with their taxes owing but I can certainly tell you that supersave needs to get off cloud 9 and respect their customers. Staff need to be trained properly. A simple phone call or better yet an email advising me that there was a clerical mistake is all it would have taken but according to Leslie, the amount is less than $1000 so it wasn't important enough. An authorization to charge is expected to be a one time charge and not multiple like in my case and regardless of the amount, any amount is important to a customer.

Stay away from supersave. There are others who provide better service and products.

When we started our business, we called Supersave for our garbage disposal needs. They had us sign a contract, which at the time, we were so flustered with opening, we did not read the fine print that stated that we were in a 5 year contract with a 5 year auto-renewal. The fine print also states that if you do not notify them (by registered mail) no earlier than 120 days and no later than 90 days before the contract ends, the auto renewal would kick in, making it a 10 year contract.

Since we had many problems with them not picking up our garbage and blaming it on not having a gate key, which we had to give them several, we wanted to get out of that contract ASAP. (Note: They change drivers constantly and the drivers hold the keys, so they constantly did not have the keys to our gate and in turn did not pick up the garbage.)

At the time we were suppose to send the cancellation of service letter through registered mail we were so short staffed and overworked that we completely forgot to notify them, we sent them a letter a couple days late. To be honest about our ignorance, we didn't even know what registered mail was. We thought it was simply using postage. Of course, they didn't accept our letter for cancellation.

Our contract was for $60 per month. This is what we signed off on. Now, we get a bill for over $11,000 for the 5 years. This is triple what our contract states.

From what I have heard, the owner of this company is a complete crook and a thug and encourages his staff to act in the same fashion. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR YOUR GARBAGE DISPOSAL SERVICES and DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH ANY DISPOSAL SERVICE.

Update: December 5th, 2018:
I am adding an update because google review does not allow us to reply to the owners reply below and I would like everyone to see this.
We have been on the phone with these guys several times to settle our dispute with them. We were pretty much told "too bad" and to pay the fraudulent bill they sent us. I will wait for the owner (not a representative) to call me personally as their staff do not know the first thing about customer service.

Poor customer service. They don't check on your propane levels, as they said they would. Monthly payment scheduling isn't anything like traditional norms. If you are looking to leave they avoid contacting you back then immediately play hardball if you decide to pursue. Do not recommend.

While the pickup service is fine, avoid this company like the plague. The salesperson tells a good story about being responsive to clients but once you are signed up, then you need to call someone else. The office staff are rude and unhelpful. Fees for everything. Our bill increased dramatically in less than one year with hidden fees. They blame these all on landfill costs but clearly they are not. I am tied in for 5 years and cannot wait to leave them. I was with Waste Management and thought they were bad, these guys are worse.
If they were more helpful with the office staff and got rid of the hidden charges they would be a good company. Right now, the only reason they keep going is that they tie you up for 5 years. We would be gone tomorrow if we could.

IF negative is an option I will give a negative mark here. I took over a business recently and choose super save for the garbage bin service. Called in to set up a apointment with Jennifer , she came next day. When i got the first bill, it was 756 dollars, I was so suprise, called to the company, the girl transfer me to the account department, said because the pre owner own us 2 months service fee and you took over the business and you had to pay for it. What a joke! I need to pay the bill which is not belongs to me? ???? I was stupid then I payed for it ( before they told me it was pre owner bill.) then I asked for a credit because it was not my bill. Call jenifer which was set up the account for me, she set up the same account number with the pre owner one, I need a new account not the same account. Never reply, try to call her, email her, no reply for a week, still no reply for the other week. When they take your money by mistake, don't even think you can take it back. Phone the company for 20 times,finally a manager will call you back, a month past, no body call back. I don't understand what is the company sense to the customers. The garbage bin is full for a month and nobody pick it up, in the contract, it is saying pick up bi-weekly. It should clean up the garbage twice a month but it is actually once a month. I dealt with lots different kinds of company, this is the worst company in my life. They will not solve any problems for you. Ok, keep your eye on this company if you want to use it and good luck!

Re Super Save Fence and Toilet Rental. As a builder, I've used temporary fence and toilets on job sites for years. I decided to give Super Save a chance because the last job I was at, we were in need of a lot of fencing and the company I usually deal with didn't have enough available at that time. Super Save got me with this "pay for 3 months, get 3 months free"
promo they had, and the monthly fee they quoted me was reasonably competitive.
When all the dust settled, I was surprised when my accountant said I had paid over $400 a month for the fence and toilet. I thought it must have been a billing mistake, but it wasn't. What Super Save does is deflate their monthly cost to look good and then bundle it with a ridiculous amount of fees. The fees were insane. They have a hidden fee for everything.
Every other company I've ever used has given me a monthly fee, and that's all I paid. I like things clear, simple and transparent. I've never paid that much for rental in 15 years.
I would STRONGLY suggest anyone looking for rentals look elsewhere as these guys are no where close to competitive in price, and their customer service absolutely horrible.
When I called in to talk to them about it, I discussed the issue 4 times to 4 different people because they kept transferring me to a different department every time, and finally after wasting over an hour of my time, they told me they'd have a manager call me back, and no one ever called (and its been well over a week now).
Will not deal with them again... EVER.

When the fencing (6 sections) arrived the top clamps were not delivered.I spoke to the salesman who said he would bring them by . . . he never did. I secured them with wire. When they came to pick up the pieces I told the story to the guys who picked up the fences. Then I got a bill for the missing pieces . . . the ones I never got! Three months later they are still harrasing me to pay for stuff they never delivered! $152.00 for something they failed to deliver.Today now, is my third attempt to resolve this issue.
their reaction is incomprehensible - I must be a liar or a thief. The best they will do is cut the charge for something I never recieved in half - how magnanimous! In the 40 years I have been in business I have never been treated so stupidly or with so little respect.

Don't sign. I signed with them and said I wanted to wait till my current contract was over. They tried to drop off their propane 2-3 times before that even after I talked to the sales guy and told him multiple times hold off. In the end I was not happy with how they were dealing with me so told them I would not be honouring the contract especially in light of the ridiculous way they were already dealing with me. Now they are going after me for breaking the contract. Again don't sign and don't deal with these guys..

I just started a home building project in Fort Langley and Super Save made it really simple for me. Fence, Bin and Toilet booked and delivered within 24 hours. Plus I got 3 months free Toilet rental! The delivery drivers all called ahead and everything was placed where i needed it. Best price in town and great customer service. I would strongly recommend Super Save for their construction services.

stupid company!! cheat me!! when i sign the contract, nobody told me the account has owned them two months payment. once i sign the contract, they start to chase me. also the contract is a big trap so that i can not stop service. don't deal with these people with any business. i didnt pay attention on their contract because i never know it is a deep trap. it is better to use a company with a good reputation.

Very disappointed in the customer service I received after renting a disposal bin. Apparently, we went overweight (which I was never informed of, nor shown proof of) and I received a $175 charge to my credit card three weeks after the bin had been picked up. When I called to ask what the charge was for and expressed my displeasure at my card being charged without authorization, someone in the finance dept told me the charges would be refunded. A week later, nothing. I followed up and the customer service person I was dealing with told me there was nothing she could do as I didn't have an email confirming the refund would be made. I explained that I called and spoke to someone (even sent a screenshot of the phone call showing time, date and duration of call). They implied I was lying and refused to refund me the money, even though someone else in the company said they would. Not impressed.

I used Super Save's drop off shredding services for work and the receptionists were very helpful and professional. The shredding was very reasonably priced compared to the other companies I looked into. When I emailed Super Save for a quote, they got back to me in a very timely manner. I was able to get a quote and drop my documents off all within a few hours from the first point of contact.
Super Save has locked shredding bins to keep shredding documents confident, they also provide a Proof of Destruction Certificate.

Had a custom request for the company that would have cost them nothing and caused me to give them great review (and future business) ; they stonewalled me and were not even trained to offer alternatives or solutions; Would I want to do business with a company that's not "here to solve your problem sir!" ? I think not. Management needs to take a look at corporate missions and vision. Maybe they are just too big that they don't care.

Got some fence for 1 week for special occasion . I was charged for special occasion and not the other warehouse or lot fencing. But the fence that showed up was all rusted and old. End of week, the guys came back to take the fencing . Threw away all the signs attached to the fencing. Talked to Customer Service manager at the office. The best she could do was refund me some money, but not immediately, to be adjusted in next year s invoice. Terrible terrible customer service. Product delivered is no way near to the mark. Terrible company. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They are completely unreliable. When they say that they will be there next week do not hold your breath. Even management cannot help you and good luck if you need to contact dispatch because it appears as though dispatch is nonexistent. This company has caused us a lot of grief and stress, do yourself a favour and DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. They are completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. Also note worthy is some of the customer service girls are rude unhelpful and blame you for their mistakes. Just stay away.

Edit-I notice looking at the good reviews below, Thea Zosiak who left two good reviews, is the person who prepared my contract for Supersave LoL.

Unless you are renting on the first day of the month and returning on the last day of the month, I'd look elsewhere. I thought I'd try them out for a toilet rental for a small job, rather than my usual provider, to see if I was missing out on better service, only to find out the opposite. I rented a toilet for 45 days and was charged for 90 due to the fact that the amount of time isn't relevant to them, If you rent on the 25th month, you have to pay for the 25 days you didn't have the toilet. I was also billed more than my provided invoice to which I was told after many calls "too bad". I didn't realize how good I had it with my other provider, and will not stray away again.

Do Not rent from these guys! They have zero sense of customer service. The will also nickle and dime you to death. I called in with my visa for payment 3 months ago and they said it was paid, I guess i should have made sure i got the receipt emailed because now, 5 days from the wedding i checked in to see if everything was good and they say they have no record of the transaction. I checked my visa statement and turns out they never processed the payment. so now i ask if they can help me out and get something set up and they want to charge me a $90 late booking fee, and the rates for the units have gone up since may. So i called up one of the other local porta-potty companies, Valley Tank, and they were like no problem at all to have toilets for you in 5 days. then i look at their quote and they only charge for the units plus flat delivery and pick up charges of $25. Supersave was going to charge $30 for each unit for delivery and $30 for each unit for pick up as well as cleaning fees ($70, disposal fees ($30), and administrative charges ($10) plus the $90 late booking fee. I will never again even consider renting from Supersave.

I was told it was an accounting thing that I wouldn't understand. Reading the comments I understand that they are a bunch of liars that will tell you stories, maybe you get tired and give up. I called my credit card and disputed the charge, let them play the game with Barb from accounting. I know I got overcharged too, I wouldn't go through with checking prices. We'll leave it at that. For propane services. I don't recommend these guys at all. Absolute nightmare dealing with them. They delivered to the wrong address and charged me anyways. Missed promised deliveries. Account Representative would not return calls or emails. Manager would not take calls or call me back. Rude staff. Applied my bill payments to someone else's accounts. The worst experience with any company I have ever had.

We removed Super Save from our property entirely and have had a great experience with Superior Propane. I cannot express how terrible things went with Super Save. I have over 100 emails to prove it and countless calls. And that was just to get 3 propane deliveries and my billing corrected (their mistake on their end). Almost every staff member I spoke to was miserable and unhelpful. I then found someone in billing willing to get to the bottom of it and correct their mistakes...luckily she did just that before I received the notification she had quit the company when I followed up. Absolutely Terrible!! Stay away at all costs.

Absolute snakes. DO NOT SIGN any agreement. They really rope you in by allowing only a cancellation window which is not more than 120 days before your effective date and no less than 90 days before. If you don't cancel within this short window you are stuck for another contract period and this happens automatically. To top it off if you do cancel within their window they still can sue you if you try another company because they get to match any offer you receive. Last but not least heaven forbid if something is not right, they won't even call you back. Stay away from these scammers. If I could give them -5 stars I would!

Called for quote to bring in a bankers box of items for shredding and was told $12. Got there and was told there was an additional "one time" administration fee of $8.85. I paid it. When they didn't ask for my details I asked if this "one time" administration fee would apply the next time I brought a box in and they said yes it would apply again. "So it is not a one time fee", I said and they did not respond. Total cost was $22.72 with taxes and fees. Buyer beware.

Here's how the scam works. They give you a low upfront price and talk you into a 1-3 year contract. The second you sign the contract they begin raising the prices and continue to raise monthly. If you try to call them they say "you have to speak to certain person" of course that person is always on holidays. What they do not tell you is hidden in the fine print is that It is a lifetime contract. They give you a small window to get out but won't tell you how or when until you really start yelling. Never ever sign anything with this company! You will be paying any amount they decide to bill you for life or have to pay the entire contract "extension" out. They do not honour the pricing agreed to in the contract.

Negative 5 Stars (-5) I've had several businesses in the lower mainland for over 20 years. I've dealt with several other waste management companies over the years, some good and some okay, BUT SUPER SAVE is by far the worse company to deal with. We signed up with them and the invoice was nearly double on what was on the contract. I tried to contact them and received no response for nearly 3 weeks. When I finally got a hold of them, they told me I could either pay the buy out which was nearly $7,500 or I could get a lawyer and litigate. My neighbour who signed at the same time got the exact same treatment. I thought that waste management was only run by crooks in the movies, but I was wrong. Do not learn the hard way. If you are reading this, then you have seen many other similar reviews. Stay away from Super Save and tell all your family members, friends and enemies the same.

Rented a 40 yard bin to clean up my house. Bin was placed exactly how I instructed over the phone and the driver was very professional knowing how to place the bin correctly in tight spot on my drive way.

It was also picked up on time and trouble free. It was a very pleasant experience for me and service definitely worth the money.

ZERO stars , they have lied about service charges on my bills, trying to get through to speak to a LIVE PERSON is impossible. I sold my home and trying to get through to speak to someone is impossible, the say send a email and then i get a email back saying this person is on holidays and it's not even the right person. I FINALLY spoke to her and and advised that my place has been sold and where to send the final bill. I do NOT recommend this company EVER to anyone.

We had Super Save come and shred up some old office paper work. We had all of our boxes up stairs and we were going to grab them from upstairs and bring them down for the employee Jordan. Jordan offered to help bring them down with us; even though, it's not part of his job. He showed up early and was efficient and friendly. Loved the experience!

another one star review...don't be surprised. READ YOUR CONTRACT THOROUGHLY!!!! They fool you and keep you in 3+ year contracts. Choose your waste management company wisely... Plus their customer representatives (not naming names but a certain someone) Doesn't care for your needs and just laughs at your complaints...literally laughs. Never using Super Save again.

My company have been with super save for the last ...

My company have been with super save for the last past 6 years and it hasn't been great! Missed month pickup, overcharge weights that we have not use, and bunch of miscellaneous fees (such us administration, fiber recovery, maintenance fee, carbon recovery... etc.)
Their service agreement is trap for automatic renewal 3-5 years and you can't get out of!!
They require you to notify them of cancellation 90 days prior to expiry and no more than 120 days, ONLY by REGRISTED MAIL.
Even when we follow their ridiculous terms they still do not confirm receipt, instead still billing you higher and higher every month!

Worst company ever with traps that dated back 30 years ago!!!

Super Save gave our church the worst customer serv...

Super Save gave our church the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have many ways to rip you off. Expect your monthly bill to soar over time. They don't follow through on their promises, often don't reply to calls or emails, and overcharged us. They even damaged our property and then refused to reimburse us for a $1900 bridge repair bill that we incurred as a result of their driver's negligence. Their trucks rammed into our security chain on 2 occasions. After 13 months of trying to make a claim for the damage they finally "respectfully denied" it and had the audacity to say the problem is due to the bridge having an "engineering/design issue" despite never even bothering to inspect the site. I have never left a negative review of any company online but I feel compelled to warn others about doing business with a company like this. We are still a Super Save customer for the time being because they make it all but impossible to terminate your contract. A contract with Super Save really gives you that 'sign your life away' feeling. I can't wait till their stranglehold of us is over.

Update: Super Save got us some new bins promptly after seeing this review.

We have used Super Save for a few years. We had to end our contract due to the closing of our business. Super Save worked with us to terminate the contact and we really appreciate that. We are extremely happy with their service and would recommend them. Weekly bin pick up was always on time and their rates were considerably less then other options. Thank you Super Save!

Not impressed with their customer service. Despite the fact that we tried to work with them for 2 years and under extenuating circumstances we had to have the bins removed from our premises they continued to hound us for 3 additional years of payments for the contract that we had originally signed. I have no problem with abiding by contracts but to not listen to why we had to do what we did as it was endangering the health of our clients and our staff because of what was happening and have some understanding i think speaks of a company which does not care how they do business and rely on airtight contracts to get their money instead of getting a customer that actually values their service and will stay with them in the long term. Absolutely no heart in this company and will never do business with them nor will i ever recommend them to anyone unless they have taken a microscope to their absolutely tiny writing contract. Maybe that should have been a warning in its own right.

Worst company ever! Don t recommend anyone using! Started using company last April, bin delivered was broken, cause odour, ask numerous times for replacement, never showed up to replace it. Residents nearby complained about odour, City inspectors came, issued violation ticket. Called again, no show. Cancelled service in July, left their bin on our property until October!

Great company, ordered a bin for when I moved and had excellent customer service. Prompt delivery and pickup. Have to say their garbage bins are also well maintained. My kids school in Langley has one and it s always neat and clean. Definitely recommend super save group for more than just your garbage bin needs!

Several times they told us the truck was on the way yet hours later it's still not here when I finally get a call from the driver at 2 in the afternoon saying he's finally on his way from Siri coming downtown Vancouver. Maybe send the truck when we call for it next time because this is the last time I will ever use your service. I'll use Earth vac, I'll use McCray's but never you again

A long term customer had to close due to COVID but Super Save would not cancel nor postpone garbage service. They require cancellation by registered mail, not phone, email nor regular postal mail, in the fine print of their contract. They also want months of notice. COVID did not give anyone months of notice by registered mail that shops and restaurants were closing. Be very careful about using this company as they are not "in this together" with you. They want money for nothing. They will keep collecting in full for service for months after your business is closed. BEWARE of this company with unkind business practices.

Was extremely impressed with the young lady who delivered my bin! There was an issue with a wheel as well as cut lock/chains so was unable to lock it. The company did not charge me for this new bin. The young lady delivering the new and removing the old was so pleasant and helpful and that bin was darn heavy to move but she powered through it with ease!! And I must say it was very refreshing to see a women working in the field for Super Save. Much respect Super Save keep it up!

That was on May 19 and I've been phoning and phoning to check why the credit has not gone on my Visa. It has been now been 6 weeks! This is fraudulent business practise. Their excuse it it takes longer because they are a big company! Nonsense!!

Called 3.30 Tuesday where is my Propane please ....sorry truck run out but deliveries in your area Tuesday and Thursday. Promised there Thursday.

Thursday Called at 2pm now down to 16%
No don't deliver Thursday there Friday will be there by noon ,( I took ,day off for This)

Friday and 2 phone calls later will be there some time any reach dispatch no one answering. Really

Now the truth is told when I called on zthursdzy previous they never put me down for delivery on the Tuesday. Don't even deliver my area on Thursdays so Fridays.

When he came left gate open so jD a strange dog in my garden. Really not happy .

When checked don't think they put in the amount as believe being Shafted as only put in 30% can some one tell me how much this us dudnt send it even leave me an invoice.

No receipt nothing so us that not illegal.
Driver always gives receipt.

This is but first time done this.

I am a senior and playing with heat this time of year I already have brinchitis.

Do not with Them. Please you do have a choice..heard other horror stories insisting tank has to be changed . Drivers abuse property . Don't lose uplifs etc etc.

Take the time to read some of the other bad reviews and if you have one, go ahead and voice it.*** there are hard working guys out there that really deserve the business these guys are taking away from them..

We needed a temp fence for 3 days on a site. We were referred to Supersave, they came right away and I was very impressed. But thats where the customer service stopped, we had to call twice a day to have the fence removed and each day they couldn't find our invoice or information in the system and told us the fence had been removed and if not, would be removed the same day. A week later and no less than a dozen calls they finally removed the fence. Each time I called in the girls answering the calls were abrupt and rude. First and last time I'll use them.

During the contract signing phase was very nice, as soon it was signed complete horrible service. Girl named Alyssa in accounts receivable has no idea how to talk to customers. One of their truck drivers also took out our electrical pole, if the bin has a little bag sticking out the top of it they will charge you overweight fee. They have no proper system to calculate the weight. You can throw bags of feathers in there and if one bag over hangs they charge you overweight fee. Each month our bill has been over with service fees and over weight fees. save yourself the trouble and sign an agreement with a valued and loyal disposable company.

if you see this many 1 star review, u will understand why. read the contract term carefully - this automatic renew terms is the big issue. you will be stuck for life with this company unless you go to court. if superloss is what you want, go sign a deal with them.

Only gave one star because it won't let me put zero. Terrible business practices. They gave me a quote for flat rates and then tacked on a ton of additional charges. They also brought the wrong bin and then charged me for it. At one point i was completly stood up by them, left waiting on my job site with workers and a machine. These guys blew my budget out of the water! Don't use their services. They aren't even cheaper than the competition...
They are a rip off and Denise who works for them is a total liar!

Delivery service and the fencing was good, however our company was required to purchase fencing that Super Save claimed was missing. The fencing in question was on site with a new contractor but Super Save charged us. Tried to speak with a Manager but was only referred to Accounts Receivable who were uncooperative.

So sick of dealing with super save. After years of supporting Super Save we get a Service Resumption Fee of $56.54 to resume service that wasn't cut off - because GARBAGE DISPOSAL is an ESSENTIAL SERVICE at this time. Super save is the only money grubbing company we are dealing with at this time that doesn't realize it's a little difficult to make ends meet AT THIS TIME.

The waste management industry is based on Contract and some companies will work with you to make things work in or out of a contract...Super Save is NOT ONE of them, they will loop you in and not let you out even if you do not require their services. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM AS THEY WILL NOT LET YOU OUT WITHOUT PAYING MORE THAN THEY DESERVE!
We cancelled the bins before they even arrive on our property, and we paid out the contract just to be done with Super Save and move on with our business with out the extra stress they caused us for months. When we sent the cheque to buy them out, we felt great relief which unfortunately was short lived...to our dismay paying them out does not work! Super Save will continue to try and take more and more money they never earned from you. We paid out the contract based on the cancellation terms in their agreement, and using the rates which were signed in the agreement times the remaining months left in the agreement term...but now they are trying to say because their rates for their bins have gone up we have to pay Super Save even more money to payout the contract. Just when you think this company could not get any worse or steal any more from you they try this, and to further gouge they conveniently note on the bottom of their invoices that they will charge you a 24% for a late fee if you do not pay! This company should be arrested for being huge crooks.
If you are a company that wants to throw your money away and get horrible service then Super Save is a great place to go.

I had a very good experience with this company when ordering toilets for a close friend's wedding. They were in such good condition when they arrived and even better, they offered a promotion so that I could get another toilet for free! I would definitely recommend using Super Save.

We are a store that sells BBQs and we have a lot of cardboard to recycle. We bring the cardboard to the Super Save on Highway 10 at Surrey / Langley border. There are a lot of bins and we use them at least once a week. Yesterday we were at the bin and it was raining and as soon as we started to unload the cardboard, this nice gentleman offered to help us. We accepted his gracious help. I did not get his name He was a driver for one of the Super Save Trucks. I would like to say thanks to him and the company as well for providing this free recycling service. Of course i fill up gas at the station, they are usually the most competitive priced on gas.

Worst Company! Never deal with these people, absolutely terrible business. The only reason they are profitable is because they pay their employees pennies and have zero customer service. I would pay more so I never have to deal with these people again, seriously pay a company that actually has a score with the better business bureau.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with SuperSave. They are a complete scam and liars from ground up to owner. I got roped into a BS contract with them and it has never been right. They over bill, double bill, say they have done pickups when they have not, do not take care of the area they put their bin in according to contract, bins are in poor shape, ongoing key issues, doubled in guaranteed firm pricing in 2 years, sneaky loop hole contracts and a whole lot more. They have caused me direct loss of business, huge stress and duress to the point of illness. The amount of buck passing and non follow up to our documented 200+ emails and excuses for their ongoing ignorance is beyond baffling. There is no place in society for any type of business who's only means to staying in business is by ripping people off and investing more into tricky contracts and lying sales agents vs providing a quality service that they claim to do.

Worst company ever. I rented fence and toilet for a construction project. The toilet was stuck in ice and super save maintenance worker came to clean it, they were not able to clean it because of the ice, they borrowed my hand tools and damaged the toilet, then without my approval, super save brought in a new toilet and charged my credit card $1083 for a new toilet. They haven't offered me damage waiver like any other rental company. The company should be responsible and should have insurance for their assets not the clients.

Do not enter a contract with these clowns under any circumstances. They provide bottom-of-the-barrel minimum-effort service and rely on legal threats to extort you after you cancel services, even following their intentionally difficult contracts.

There isn't an expectation they can't fail to meet. Go with someone else.

I live in a house with a shared driveway, the driver tried to go up my driveway which is at a 15% gradient which is like \ ....We just put in a brand new driveway, this driver was instructed not to drive on the driveway but he did anyways. He had a trailer hitched with a long bed and when he attempted to go up the driveway his hitch imbedded into our new driveway...for HOURS. Blocking traffic both coming in and going out of our small street. It was embarrassing. Calls and emails are not responded to. Very disappointed.

I rented a porta potty for my Grandma's service last month and my experience was nothing short of perfect! David Sterner was so kind and generous with his time and effort throughout the process and his communication was wonderful. The drop off and pickup was amazingly streamlined and needed nothing more than a single call when it arrived. For any future events, I'll definitely be going through David again.
