Super Save gave our church the worst customer serv...

Super Save gave our church the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have many ways to rip you off. Expect your monthly bill to soar over time. They don't follow through on their promises, often don't reply to calls or emails, and overcharged us. They even damaged our property and then refused to reimburse us for a $1900 bridge repair bill that we incurred as a result of their driver's negligence. Their trucks rammed into our security chain on 2 occasions. After 13 months of trying to make a claim for the damage they finally "respectfully denied" it and had the audacity to say the problem is due to the bridge having an "engineering/design issue" despite never even bothering to inspect the site. I have never left a negative review of any company online but I feel compelled to warn others about doing business with a company like this. We are still a Super Save customer for the time being because they make it all but impossible to terminate your contract. A contract with Super Save really gives you that 'sign your life away' feeling. I can't wait till their stranglehold of us is over.

Update: Super Save got us some new bins promptly after seeing this review.
