The bin we rented could not be rolled off at the site so the driver said he would ensure we would get a refund. That was on May 19 and I've been phoning and phoning to check why the credit has not gone on my Visa. It has been now been 6 weeks! This is fraudulent business practise. Their excuse it it takes longer because they are a big company! Nonsense!!
