Terrible company. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They are completely unreliable. When they say that they will be there next week do not hold your breath. Even management cannot help you and good luck if you need to contact dispatch because it appears as though dispatch is nonexistent. This company has caused us a lot of grief and stress, do yourself a favour and DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. They are completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. Also note worthy is some of the customer service girls are rude unhelpful and blame you for their mistakes. Just stay away.
