IF negative is an option I will give a negative mark here. I took over a business recently and choose super save for the garbage bin service. Called in to set up a apointment with Jennifer , she came next day. When i got the first bill, it was 756 dollars, I was so suprise, called to the company, the girl transfer me to the account department, said because the pre owner own us 2 months service fee and you took over the business and you had to pay for it. What a joke! I need to pay the bill which is not belongs to me? ???? I was stupid then I payed for it ( before they told me it was pre owner bill.) then I asked for a credit because it was not my bill. Call jenifer which was set up the account for me, she set up the same account number with the pre owner one, I need a new account not the same account. Never reply, try to call her, email her, no reply for a week, still no reply for the other week. When they take your money by mistake, don't even think you can take it back. Phone the company for 20 times,finally a manager will call you back, a month past, no body call back. I don't understand what is the company sense to the customers. The garbage bin is full for a month and nobody pick it up, in the contract, it is saying pick up bi-weekly. It should clean up the garbage twice a month but it is actually once a month. I dealt with lots different kinds of company, this is the worst company in my life. They will not solve any problems for you. Ok, keep your eye on this company if you want to use it and good luck!
