For propane services. I don't recommend these guys at all. Absolute nightmare dealing with them. They delivered to the wrong address and charged me anyways. Missed promised deliveries. Account Representative would not return calls or emails. Manager would not take calls or call me back. Rude staff. Applied my bill payments to someone else's accounts. The worst experience with any company I have ever had.

We removed Super Save from our property entirely and have had a great experience with Superior Propane. I cannot express how terrible things went with Super Save. I have over 100 emails to prove it and countless calls. And that was just to get 3 propane deliveries and my billing corrected (their mistake on their end). Almost every staff member I spoke to was miserable and unhelpful. I then found someone in billing willing to get to the bottom of it and correct their mistakes...luckily she did just that before I received the notification she had quit the company when I followed up. Absolutely Terrible!! Stay away at all costs.
