When we started our business, we called Supersave ...

When we started our business, we called Supersave for our garbage disposal needs. They had us sign a contract, which at the time, we were so flustered with opening, we did not read the fine print that stated that we were in a 5 year contract with a 5 year auto-renewal. The fine print also states that if you do not notify them (by registered mail) no earlier than 120 days and no later than 90 days before the contract ends, the auto renewal would kick in, making it a 10 year contract.

Since we had many problems with them not picking up our garbage and blaming it on not having a gate key, which we had to give them several, we wanted to get out of that contract ASAP. (Note: They change drivers constantly and the drivers hold the keys, so they constantly did not have the keys to our gate and in turn did not pick up the garbage.)

At the time we were suppose to send the cancellation of service letter through registered mail we were so short staffed and overworked that we completely forgot to notify them, we sent them a letter a couple days late. To be honest about our ignorance, we didn't even know what registered mail was. We thought it was simply using postage. Of course, they didn't accept our letter for cancellation.

Our contract was for $60 per month. This is what we signed off on. Now, we get a bill for over $11,000 for the 5 years. This is triple what our contract states.

From what I have heard, the owner of this company is a complete crook and a thug and encourages his staff to act in the same fashion. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR YOUR GARBAGE DISPOSAL SERVICES and DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH ANY DISPOSAL SERVICE.

Update: December 5th, 2018:
I am adding an update because google review does not allow us to reply to the owners reply below and I would like everyone to see this.
We have been on the phone with these guys several times to settle our dispute with them. We were pretty much told "too bad" and to pay the fraudulent bill they sent us. I will wait for the owner (not a representative) to call me personally as their staff do not know the first thing about customer service.
