I ordered a prt on the phone and got the wrong one...

I ordered a prt on the phone and got the wrong one when I went to pick it up. When I explained to Travis in the parts department that I drove from Camas and wanted to work on my car that weekend he went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed, when I needed it. We never discussed who was at fault or why it happened. Travis just fixed it.
i will likely never buy a new Audi but I was treated like a valued, important customer and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car or services and parts.
