Just the worst customer service - when I bought a car, no one helped with understanding all of the features and options, and I was left with trying to figure it all out on my own. No one informed me that I would have to pay $30/month to get traffic on my nav system (previously you could get traffic through SiriusXM for $3/month, but Audi now blocks that option). They sold me a car without a front license plate holder (required in my state), and used very high pressure sales tactics on all of their "add-ons".
