Sent my friend to Sunrise Toyota - Oakdale used cars and worked with Rob Parm...was extremely helpful and my friend said that everyone was very nice and willing to assist him and his wife with finding their next vehicle.

Customer service is very well this was my very first time buying my own car and when I say I was so stressed I was, but Will Diaz assured me that I wasn t going to walk out of there with no car and as he said I didn t walk out empty handed. I got my very first car!!!

My experience was very good Steven Gonzalez really knows his cars and he is good at getting you a good loan. Steven is really friendly and I have sent other people to him . They have all got cars. Great work Steven keep up that great personality also.

Salesman Erik Williams helped me, he was very nice, not pushy and very helpful when I got my new Rav4. Despite my previous research before going there he was still able to teach me some things I didn't already know!

Went to sunrise Toyota to look for a truck, never expected that within 2 days we would be driving one home. Typical Dealership that should be avoided. First I made an appointment with a sales person who is not the sales person who even showed up to the appointment. So I do not understand how that works, that is the whole point of having an appointment with someone.

The person I met with was very rude because I was well informed. He tried to lie to me several times about the standard equipment on lower trim levels to try and up sell me to buy the upper trim levels.

The pricing they offered was nowhere near what I saw from other dealers. Was very happy to take my business elsewhere.

Beware of their shady tactics to try and make money off you.

First of all if you're looking for a Toyota Dealership come to Sunrise Toyota. I want to give a big thanks to my salesman Gerson Vargas, Who helped me and accomodations to buy the Corolla. I was lucky enough to get 6 speed manual, you can't go wrong with a 6 speed baby! .

I came in the other day looking for a new car and Juan Hernandez was the associate who assisted me. He was extremely helpful and kind. He answered all of my questions and helped me find a car I think I'll be interested in purchasing. I was helped by Efrain he was very helpful and pleasant. and made everything a great experience! He made sure we got everything we wanted. He also made sure everything went smooth with my dads trade in and that he could get the car he wanted. It was a great pleasure meeting and working with Efrain. My wife and I went in on our day off just to test drive a Tacoma for myself and the Highlander for my wife. Efrain was the gentleman who helped us. He recommended that we try the 4Runner. We wound up test driving the 4Runner, Highlander, Rav4 and Tacoma. He was so great and patient with us. My wife was financing her 2012 Ford Focus Hatchback at the time. We had been talking about trading it in for something new and something better. One word led to another, and my wife wound up leasing an Electric Blue Toyota Rav4!! Ryan was fantastic and helped us out so much as well as Efrain!! They were so accomodating and well knowledged of what car was right for us. They did so great by us. We had been to other Toyota's on Long Island and Sunrise Toyota was the best experience. We would definitely reccomend anyone and everyone to get their Toyota's here. I went to Sunrise Toyota for a 40000 mile service on my Rav 4, and what a great experience! Beautiful place, good location, very easy to get in and out of. Very clean, great service personal, very knowledgeable and courteous. The prices are very reasonable and I was in and out very quickly. The service Linda made sure everything was done correctly and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

While I was at work one day, a man in a new tacoma pulled in. I began to talk with him about the tacoma that I have. Turns out, the man worked for sunrise toyota and told me about the frame recall on my tacoma. Peter Webber gave me his information and told me to come into Toyota to see if I was eligible for the recall. Even when he wasnt "on the clock" at work, Peter Webber was looking out for other toyota owners. He is also the head mechanic who does the frame operation. From there, he handed me over to Denny Ramirez who was the most helpful and stress free service I could ask for. He would text me updates on my car as well as leave me voicemails reguarding my current situation. Sunrise Toyota was so kind to accomodate me with a rental truck since a truck is necessary for my job. Denny informed me that the process could take up to 3 months, but I had my truck back alittle over a month later. When the truck was apart, Denny was so kind to call me to check out the undercarraige of the truck before they recommended some parts that needed to be replaced. After I was told the price I would have to pay for some parts, I explained my situation as I am a college student with student loans and I would need help paying the bill. This is when the service manager Linda came into the equation. Linda, Denny, my dad, and myself sat down and discussed a way that my truck could be fixed and at a cost that I could pay. Linda was very kind and respectful throughout the entire process. I was so happy when we all came to an agreement for the pricing of the new parts. Sunrise Toyota employees go out of their way to help customers even when they arent working.

Just bought a new Corolla from this dealership. It is the fourth car we have bought from them. This was our best experience. Anthony was an awesome salesman. He was not overly aggressive, like many salespeople. He listened to what we wanted and made it happen. Our fifth car from this dealership will be in the future.

The salesman Dennis was fantastic. Friendly and helpful, he made me feel welcome and hopeful that I could get actually the car I wanted. He walked me through the process and was patient with me throughout all my questions. He and the Finance Manager Jason made the entire process quick and seamless and before I knew it, I had a new car! And due to my work schedule, they worked late into the evening with me, even staying after hours to help make sure I got the new car I wanted, all within 24 hours of me walking into the dealership. Now I have a brand new car and I couldn t be more thankful for their help and support. I took my car for an oil change and service for my breaks. I went to Anthony in service and I must say that I was very impressed. He called me a couple of times to keep me posted on anything that he felt that I needed to know about. He was extremely kind, caring and professional. But the best thing that I liked about Anthony is that he seemed very honest and he sold me just what I needed and nothing more. He wasn t trying to retire on the last customers service bill.

Because he does things the old fashion way. He earned my trust. He even called me a couple of days after I picked up my car to ask me if I was happy with the way that the car was driving and if there was anything else that he could do to add to my already favorable experience. Who does that anymore?
At some point I expect things to break down with normal wear and tear and when that happens I will be sure to take my car back to Anthony for service.
Thanks again Anthony for helping relieve me of my cynicism for the car service industry.

My boyfriend and I met with Will on a Sunday. We went back on Tuesday and remembered us right away and picked up right where we left off. He was never pushy. My father wanted to be with my to finalize everything, so we went back on Wednesday; Will was able to answer every single question my father threw at him as well as provide other information about the car.

Louise in All State was also super friendly and knowledgeable. She even remembered helping set up my boyfriend as well. She helped me pick a plan that would be best for me and explained everything as she was going in words I understood. I really liked how motherly she was and genuinely helped me pick out a plan for me.

Mike in finance was very nice, efficient and quick. He helped me set everything up and was very thorough in explanation. It was much quicker and easier than I expected. He too was able to answer any questions my father had.

Will helped me after I bought the to car set the steering wheel, my seat and phone. He showed me how to fix the mirrors and waited for me to turn around in the parking lot before walking back into the shop. He even gave us Roosters. Will noticed the trunk should have the privacy curtain but it was missing, and told me he will get me one and call me as soon as possible. He was so helpful, nice, and even joked around with us.

Everyone I spoke with was so knowledgeable and not pushy. Not once did I feel like I was being rushed or was uncomfortable with a choice I was making. It was a great experience.

I bought my RAV4 from here two years ago. It was a great experience. The salesman Alex is super nice, he never push me to purchase it. However, the maintenance service at this place is horrible. A few days after my 20,000 mile maintenance, the tire pressure light was on. Those mechanics who did service did not even check the tire pressure? At 25,000 mile service, I also need to do the state inspection. The service advisor blackmailed me by saying that if I do not pay $50 to replace the wipers, it would fail the inspection. That is BS. With only 22K miles on a RAV4 for 2 years, the wipers work very smoothly. A couple of days before it, when I went to Costco, I happen to find that the wipers only $6 each. So I turned it down and said that I would replace it by myself and come back again to do the inspection. That guy said that if you come back again, we are going to charge you for the inspection. WTF is this. When I bought the car, they told me that I get lifetime free inspection. What makes the experience worse is that they give me a free car wash coupon. I used it to wash my car in the rear side of the dealer. You know what, a couple of scratches at my driver side door! I am pretty sure it was because of the free wash. WTF is this? They offer you a FREE scratch so that they can charge you for the painting?? Dealers are stealers for sure!

Car buying experienciences can be a bit stressful. The process that I've become familiar with has been one of a mixture of skepticism and feelings of not getting a fair bargain for the cost of the vehicle.

Today, all of my car buying remorse has changed to absolute Satisfaction and Joy. I felt entirely welcomed by my salesman at Sunrise Toyota. He was very attentive to what my car buying needs were. At first, I thought this guy must be putting on a show to make a sale. After all, I've seen insincere salespeople before. To my surprise, and as the process took several follow up calls initiated by my salesperson, I found the gentleman to be a decent family man who's only career objective, which was evident to me, was transparency.

I recommend potential buyers from around the state of New York to visit Sunrise Toyota for some of the highest quality cars sold by a few of the most decent people in Suffolk County, New York. Even the finance depart does not abide by involving pressure in their sales.

He was a a pleasure to work with since he made the car buying process easy and my mom was able to walk out with her new car that Friday afternoon for the weekend.
