My boyfriend and I met with Will on a Sunday. We went back on Tuesday and remembered us right away and picked up right where we left off. He was never pushy. My father wanted to be with my to finalize everything, so we went back on Wednesday; Will was able to answer every single question my father threw at him as well as provide other information about the car.

Louise in All State was also super friendly and knowledgeable. She even remembered helping set up my boyfriend as well. She helped me pick a plan that would be best for me and explained everything as she was going in words I understood. I really liked how motherly she was and genuinely helped me pick out a plan for me.

Mike in finance was very nice, efficient and quick. He helped me set everything up and was very thorough in explanation. It was much quicker and easier than I expected. He too was able to answer any questions my father had.

Will helped me after I bought the to car set the steering wheel, my seat and phone. He showed me how to fix the mirrors and waited for me to turn around in the parking lot before walking back into the shop. He even gave us Roosters. Will noticed the trunk should have the privacy curtain but it was missing, and told me he will get me one and call me as soon as possible. He was so helpful, nice, and even joked around with us.

Everyone I spoke with was so knowledgeable and not pushy. Not once did I feel like I was being rushed or was uncomfortable with a choice I was making. It was a great experience.
