I am a Camry person, and when I walk into a dealership I am not in the mood for a high pressure sale, I am looking for information on the car which is what Steve provided without me asking. I am really appreciative that there was no pressure. I looked at the 2018 Toyota Camry SE and said let me think about it, and did not hear the typical buy it now or.....etc. He made the whole purchase very easy and fun. Went to see the new Toyota 4 Runner Pro and was not taken seriously. The woman Sue on the phone seemed very helpful and was looking forward to meeting with her when we made the appointment. When we got there we had to wait (no problem) but they got someone else. She was quiet, not helpful with questions being asked about the colors, models, accessories (did not even know ones that come in the 2021). When I asked about colors she was very rude about it acting like we should know it only comes in 4 colors and what they are. When we were looking at the just purchased Pro (by someone else) we asked how much does this go for and she said way over sticker and kept saying I sold it for way over. We tried asking why she was rude about it not telling us why or how much over. I get you may not be allowed to disclose that but no need to be rude and dismissive when I am going there to specifically purchase it within the month. I asked how long is the wait to receive it when I purchase one and she said I could be waiting 3 months, 6 months, or even a year. I asked what would make the wait longer and she said COVID. Why would one wait a year when the next model would come out. That is when she said because of demand they are selling them way over price.
I purchased my first Toyota vechile last week and this was an amazing experience at this dealership. My sales rep Efran was sooooo amazing. He took his time explaining everything to me and showed me different options that I many like. The finance guy Jason was cool and made sure I was leaving with a vechile. After driving a jalopy for several years, I decided it was time to upgrade and progress to a new vehicle. With research in hand, I went to Sunrise Toyota in hopes of purchasing a Camry without the hassle that is normally associated with local dealerships. I am happy to report that Sunrise Toyota was nothing short of spectacular. My salesman was extremely professional and courteous. At no point in the process of purchasing my Camry did I feel rushed to sign paperwork and I certainly didn't encounter any of typical underhanded tactics I've experienced at other dealerships in the area. I road tested several Camry models and my salesman remained attentive, affable, and helpful in answering all of my questions. Additionally, I have to thank Ryan McHale, one of the managers at the dealership, for his candor and honesty especially when it came time to talk numbers about my trade-in. I barely had air conditioning in my old car. Now, I'm driving a brand new Camry for a fantastic price with ice cold air conditioning. I have the utmost confidence in this dealership to take care of my family and I when I have to purchase cars for my kids and a new one for my wife. It is a luxury to have a trusted, local dealership when it comes to such life changing and expensive purchases.

I brought my 2014 FR-S here this past December after deployment to get my wheels balanced. The service rep was nice enough and got my car in quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately I waited over 2 hours for my car to get done. Midway through, the service rep mentioned that the tech told him he was using a "special rubber socket" to get my wheels off to avoid scuffing the bolt holes. I was confused as to why the tech would go out of his way to mention that to the rep, and then the rep come and tell me that before my car was done.
When I got my car back, it was evident why he told me. The wheels were gouged around the bolt holes. It looked as it someone rushed the work and didn't take the time or care to avoid doing so. This is not just scratches in the finish, its damage to the metal. Also, the center caps on my wheels were very nice aluminum pieces, and looked like they had been dropped on their face then put back in with a hammer instead of a rubber mallet. The area on the wheels where the weights were placed was not really cleaned well either for better adhesion.
When I pointed this out to the service rep, he told me that tech does great work and never had a complaint. Even when I showed him the discrepancies firsthand, he just stared at me dumbfounded like I was crazy

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I came into Sunrise Toyota on a Sunday with a couple of cars in mind. I was greeted by a smile at the front desk and was told a sales consultant would be with me shortly. Sandra Reyes listened to what I was looking for in a car and even as far as my budget. After test driving the Prius and the Rav 4, I decided to go with the Rav 4. Christina in finance is wonderful as well. I told her I would really like to try to get the car without a co-signer and she made it happen. Everything I was told as far as the finance aspect was true, no hidden costs no sneaky add ons. I couldn t have asked for a better experience. I am so grateful that Sandra and Christina were there to help a long the way. They are both great at their jobs! My salesperson Gershwin was great no pressure to buy very informative about vehicle . The detailing Dept needs work, I sent car back in To be cleaned up 2 times. Never purchased a new car that came out needing to be re cleaned . When I got home I cleaned it myself. Dried out dust in rear door wells dried out dust under gas cap door and hood rails. Windshield inside had to be cleaned. Otherwise the dealership was on target

This guy tended to my every concern and sat with me through a lenghty test drive where he explained every single feature of the new Camry to me. Things I didn't even know I could do. Sunrise Toyota is the ONLY place on Long Island to buy a car! I'm so excited to pick up my 4th Toyota later today. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in and their new building is beautiful. Bruce and Mike are the real deal. No BS, no hidden fees, straight to the point. Bruce listened to all factors I had to think about before going into a new lease from over mileage on my last lease to having to try and save money in a new lease. He is super honest, helpful and worked with me to give me a deal I was comfortable with. Bruce explained to me the difference in leases from a Four Runner to a RAV4 so I knew exactly what to choose. He takes his time, lets you take your time and is not pushy AT ALL. Mike C. knew the Toyotas inside and out. I picked out two different RAV4s and he was able to tell me the difference without even looking at the sticker. Extremely knowledgeable, really nice, honest guy! Forget these other dealerships. I purchased a 2011 highlander last week at Sunrise Toyota after turning in my 2016 4runner that I had leased from here. I was helped by the salesman Orlando and he was amazing from the moment I stepped into the used car building. The car I wanted to test drive was unavailable..along with all the other cars due to a power failure from a storm that afternoon. I still sat and talked to Orlando about the car, found that we were neighbors, and took a look at the car. I agreed to come back in 2 days when he was on again (and they had power! ). I said hopefully the car is still here! As I'm walking to my vehicle he runs out and tells me they will be holding the car for me! I thanked him and went on my way. Orlando had called to confirm that I was coming, and I returned as planned. He had the keys ready for me and I drove the car and loved it. There was a key fob missing but Orlando said he would replace it. After my test drive we sat down and did some of the paperwork. Orlando clearly knows his job (and beyond) because I was happily able to leave the dealership that night with plans to pick up the car on the weekend. The day before going to the dealership Orlando facilitated having my insurance set up on my car. All I had to do was answer a few questions with MY insurance. He had all the info for them and it was literally the only time someone has done that for me. I have to do a lot for everyone in my life so this was a really amazing act of kindness to have someone else handle it! When I picked my car up everything was super easy. Orlando had replaced the missing keyfob for the car. In fact he had both replaced because he found the one remaining wasn't working properly. He showed me that they worked and then he put my plates on my car. I went inside to sign all of my loan and warranty papers with Josh. That all went smoothly too! They were able to give me a better interest rate than the credit union I was preapproved through. They never pressured me to go through them for my loan but rather had it as an option for me. I have never walked out of a dealership so happy and content with a purchase before. Everyone at Sunrise Toyota, especially Orlando, made me feel so comfortable and truly valued as a customer and a friend! This dealership has shown my that they have integrity and are worthy of my trust. Thank you Orlando and Sunrise Toyota!

Unfortanetly we waited for more than 2 hours, they should definetly tell you or offer you a loaner, just for an oil change and inspection, i got there at 1pm, it was 3:15 and i was still waiting, I had to pick my son up from daycare at 4, got up and asked and they said 15 more minutes, 15 minutes came and went and I was still waiting! When we finally got done, they told us where the car was parked, car was not found me and my husband walked around, then had to go back inside and waited for someone to find out where it was, the worst experience! All stressing out about picking my son up the worst experience!

We were told by another Toyota dealership (in Florida where my daughter had the car) that we needed a $2,000 repair on our Highlander's air conditioning unit. So we took the car back to where we purchased it, Sunrise Toyota. We worked with the Sales Manager Bruce Rabin, and the Assistant Service Manager Steve Gusmano - they did a complete diagnostic on the air conditioning and determined that the A.C. did not have any leaks at all. We were saved from another dealership's unscrupulous behavior. I would recommend Sunrise Toyota to anyone looking to buy or service a Toyota. They are the best people I have ever come across in my 40 years of car ownership. In particular, if you can work with Bruce or Steve, do so!

So I recently just got a car at Sunrise Toyota and it was incredible, they are very helpful, diligent and pleasant to deal with. Will Diaz was my salesman and he made sure everything was taken care of correctly, that I was completely informed about the whole process and it was fast, no hassle no shady deals just straight forward. I felt very comfortable with this dealer and I personally give them a 5 star all around, great dealership!

I'm a third time Toyota owner, running almost 2 decades long. While all my experiences have been good, this was THE most seamless experience I have had. The main factor in this positive experience was my salesman Ralston. He is hands down the most honest, transparent empathetic person I have dealt with in any sales capacity. I purchased a car from Ralston about 14 years ago and when it was time for a replacement, he's the first and only person I considered going to.
Even though there are dozens of dealerships within 5 miles of where I live, specifically a Toyota dealership less than 2 miles away, I opted to travel to Sunrise Toyota because of the trust I have in Ralston. He'll provide you all the information you need and allow you to make a decision that is right for you--your budget, your needs and your comfort level come first.
Beyond the sales experience, the gentleman handling the finance end was also straightforward and expedited the process as much as possible. There was no going "back and forth" dealing with numbers -- just a streamlined process all together.
Subsequent to a large purchase we often have a feeling of buyers remorse, but I can wholeheartedly say there were no feelings of ambivalence/regret on my end. That's exactly how a buyer should feel when they've purchased a car, but that can only occur when the purchase IS the right purchase. If you'd like to deal with a salesperson who deals with you the same way they'd expect someone to deal with them go to Sunrise Toyota. They'll definitely change that negative stereotype car dealerships are often labeled with.

Being a veteran of many years I want to give a special thanks to Orlando Amadeo from Sunrise Toyota . My first interaction with Orlando he walked up to me and simply thanked me for my military service . I never felt like he was pressuring me to make a purchase in fact I left to speak to my wife and came back to find that Orlando was a man of his word . The price was the price minus some consideration for being a veteran . I would recommend Orlando and Sunrise Toyota to anybody who wanted a fair price on a great Truck
