I would recommend him and Westbury Toyota to all my friends. It s not too often you encounter someone who talks to you not at you. He has one hell of a smile.

Had such a smooth and great experience at Toyota Westbury! Going into a dealership as a woman can be very intimidating and quite nerve wrecking when getting into a car where the environment is mostly male dominate. I did have bad experiences at other dealerships when trying to get into a car and felt like I was being ripped off, rushed and not being listen to . It s a bad stigma ...I know but I do feel in my case it has been true. But I must say I had a great sales representative named Jeremy and Will. Both were very knowledgeable, pleasant and patient when it came to any questions about the car or about the lease I had. Honestly they both my nerves and anxiety at ease and made everything so smooth and so simple for me to understand . Both were very thorough and I did not felt rushed at all . Also, grace the finance manager was very pleasant and efficient . She was so sweet and very thorough when it came to signing my life away with so many documents but still explained on what I was signing off on. Facility was very cleaned and staff passing by were very kind .

These people are Untrustworthy, Liars and Crooks of the highest level. These people also use false advertising to trick people into visiting their shop and then they use different tactics to trap them.. I would give them no star at all if possible. I bought a sienna from them in March 2020 and regret my decision. Everything they said about the car was false. Car i purchased needs so much of work that I am spending up alot more money on it. They told me that my car would be fully covered, but I found out now that that is not the case! Avoid these people at all cost.

I can t believe Westbury Toyota! They totally changed my perception of car dealers. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a wonderful salesperson that was happy to show me around the showroom. I originally came in to buy a highlander. I had a lot of questions about the gas mileage and price. The Sales manager was so nice! He gave me a bunch of different options to choose from so I could get the SUV I wanted for the price I could afford. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions very thoroughly and confirmed I understood all of the vehicles options. I can t wait to get my next vehicle! Thank you Westbury Toyota!!!

Disappointed on so many levels making purchase at Westbury Toyota dealership.

Be careful if you are buying from this place.

I took day off at work and went here yesterday (May 22, 2018 Tuesday) with my father to avoid Memorial Day weekend shoppers.We were there to buy new Toyota Highlander XLE 2018 for father s 70th Birthday. I chose to go to Westbury Toyota dealership solely based on good Google reviews; I thought it would be worth driving an hour away from home to buy from business with good google reviews boy, I was wrong.

Car Price Negotiation with so many Sneaky Charges.
We chose to buy new Toyota Highlander XLE 2018 and started price negotiation. First we negotiated just car price and afterwards I asked for out the door price and we came to final price and shook hands. But out the door price wasn t the out the door price at all. He came back with additional $3850 charges afterwards. After our old 4Runner trade-in, NY Sales tax came out to $2771 and rest of $1079 came from below fees.

-Administrative Fee (Seriously?)
-Transportation Fee (Destination fee was already included in price we negotiated, and what is this fee for? Transportation to where?)
-Dealers optional Fee for processing application
-Registration Fee
-Inspection Fee
-Tire Disposal Fee

What was the point of negotiating out the door price if you are going to get charged with all these fees anyways. Salesman insisted these are mandatory fees outside car price and insisted can t buy car without these fees.

Long Wait Time and No Updates
Choosing car and price negotiation was done within an hour. But once you signed papers we were there for extra 6 and half hours just waiting at wait area. We were there for 7 and half hours total from 10:30am to little past 6pm. I know whole car buying process takes long time, but after first hour, my father and I were just sitting at the waiting area for 6 and half hours, just standby. We didn t get much updates on status, and why we were waiting for so long. At least tell customers, what s going on and tell estimated wait time or so, then we could have gone to lunch and come back or something. 6 and half hours just sitting at wait area starving is not fun. There weren t that many customers since it was rainy day and it was weekday, there were lot more workers. If it takes this long during slow day, good luck buying there on the weekend!!

Missing option/feature in the car (So upsetting)
Since our father is getting old, we were looking to buy car with all the safety features, such as backup camera and parking sensor and any additional safety features; Not just for our father but also for safety of other drivers and pedestrians. He drives just fine at 70 but who knows in the future, so backup camera and parking sensor was must feature for our new car. We went with Toyota Highlander XLE 2018 and asked salesman if specific car we are buying has parking sensor and he said yes. We came home to find out it doesn t have parking (backup) sensor. XLE model has other detection system such as Lane Departure Alert, which only beeps when there is car or object in blind spots on both sides. This doesn t help when it comes to parallel parking or backing up. This was upsetting since we are told this feature is included and we paid for the car with this feature and to find out missing when we got home.

Ripped me off additional $500 with deposit scheme (This really tipped me over)
I already had bitter taste and was upset from above issues, but this really tipped me over. After price negotiation and signing papers, I was asked to make $500 deposit with my credit card first. Salesman told me this will be taken off from my total balance later; this was just to make sure I was serious about making this purchase and told me this was part of process. Of course this was not taken off from my total balance later. I know there are sales tactics and dealership and salesman have to make money too but lying and ripping people off is totally different story.

A great big thumbs up to the staff at WestburyToyota, especially Ira Feinberg in sales and Christina in finance. Not only did they deliver me a beautifull truck but they delivered me a great deal!! Ira was a straighforward salesman who wasn't pushy. He was very helpful and quite knowledgeable. Christina was a pleasure to deal with. She really knows her stuff!! She explained everything to me in detail and made the sale and very pleasant one. Finally someone quotes me a price and didn't try to change it last minute with a lot of hidden fee's. We went to this dealership just to test drive the Toyota Yaris IA only. Due to the car's lease program, I wouldn't think that I can trade my previous car to a new one anytime soon. I met Maria and discussed with her the situation. With her knowledge, experience, and determination, she was able to find a way to trade my previous car to the Toyota Yaris IA. We were also introduced to Juan who took care the last transaction of the purchase. He ensured we were taken care of like we were part of their family. I have purchased a number of cars in my lifetime. I generally enter into the process with trepidation, which has ultimately been demonstrated to be well founded. Making this purchase with Bernie Anatra and working out finance details with John Edwards has without a doubt been the most pleasant experience I have ever had when buying and trading in a car. They are both consummate professionals, who not only know their products, but are able to walk customers through each step in ways that are understandable to the customers.

If I could leave no stars I would be satisfied. They are the biggest thieves. BUYERS BEWARE. Came in asked for a price of a used vehicle that I had seen on their website, and was told a completely different price then what was online. They gave me a price $4,000 more than what was on their website. When I showed the manager their website he had nothing to say. They dont care for their customers. I rather go somewhere else, they need someone to train their staff on how to get and keep customers, not have customers running for the doors. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I rather spend money else where and get treated better than drop a dime here.

I have been leasing a 2018 Toyota Highlander for 9 months and have gone to the Toyota of Westbury Service 4 times now, with the same issue. The radio/GPS/telephone screen keeps failing. Part was replaced 3 visits ago. I continued to experience same issues so went back yesterday. They said the car needed an update. So I waited 90 minutes. Late for work AGAIN! They said all was good. I got in my car and realized that my phone was disconnected. We couldn't connect it. Then, while on my way to work I realized that all of my preset radio stations were erased, my GPS settings and recent addresses were erased and SiriusXM radio was disconnected. The screen went dark once and rebooted. I went back to Westbury Toyota Service today. AGAIN was late for work. I was told that they should have told me everything might get erased (they didn't!), that the update has nothing to do with SiriusXM (well it did!) and that the phone problem is not the car's fault, but my phone's (REALLY?). I left the car there so they could diagnose it (AGAIN). They gave me a loaner and told me that if I do not bring it back with the same amount of gas that's in the car, they will charge me $6/gallon. I guess my time is not valuable. Four times now I've been late to work about 3 hrs each time. How many times does it take to fix the same problem on a brand new car? On 4/26/19, when I left my car at Westbury Toyota Service the manager told Andrew to contact Toyota and describe what I was experiencing with my car and see what solution they recommend. I went to work. Several hours later I received a call to tell me that they tested their own telephone to see if texts were coming through and they were so therefore the issue is with my cell, not the car. I responded by saying "I told you to forget about the texts and not to disconnect my phone as it took hours to connect it again". They also told me that they took my car for a test drive and couldn't replicate my experience and therefore there was nothing else to be done. I responded by saying "Why did you disconnect my phone, again when I told you not to? And, I also told you that the radio/GPS screen goes dead every 2-3 weeks so clearly you would not be able to replicate it? Why did you waste time to take it for a test drive? What did Toyota recommend as a solution?" He responded that he did not call Toyota, because without seeing it for himself, there was no reason to call. So he disregarded his managers instructions. I asked "So, what's next?" He said I have to wait until the problem gets worse, bring the car back, so they can see what I'm experiencing. So, another words, it's OK for me to pay for a car that every 2-3 weeks malfunctions? I left work early to pick up my car and waited 30 min, as they couldn't locate the keys. They eventually found them on top of the lift. They do a great job selling and leasing you the car. When it comes to servicing it, it's a completely other experience.
