Clean well laid out shop, helpful staff and good service.

Rude managers, unhelpful and unwilling to assist customers with issues or questions. Everything in the store is extremely overpriced when compared to Bunnings or online prices. Both times I have been here I was disappointed in the attitude of the senior managers when I asked for assistance. There will not be a third time! The best way these jokers can improve is to just go out of business and let a more up to date hardware chain take over. Bunnings offers much better service, prices and range. Game Over!

Small hardware with all you would expect from a bigger store. Has gardening supplys but is very large for cut timber and landscaping materials. Popular outlet locally.

Staff that are available to answer questions without having to line up. Nice

Expensive, normal Bunnings price is better than their trade price, store is close to me which is a bonus, but I don't enjoy visiting because I know I am getting ripped off and they usually don't have in stock what I need.

I love going to Doncaster Mitre 10 !
I recently received fantastic customer service in the paint department. The staff really cared about getting my colour match right. Their friendly tips about using the blue masking tape for the job and cutting in really did mean we ended up with a fantastic outcome.

Rude staff, unwilling to help. Rang up regarding an electric screwdriver and was told it wasn t in stock and was hung up on. Went in later that day as she didn t even check, only to find them in stock.

When you need an item quickly this is the closest hardware store..

Came here as I needed mower blades for my Morrison rebadged masport mower which had stickers extolling it was a Mitre 10 exclusive... You would think that Mitre 10 would stock blades for it right.... Wrong.

Gave up and went to Bunnings which did stock them. This is probably the 3rd and last time I'll give this local Mitre 10 a chance... Range is limited and prices are usually more expensive... Surprised they have been in business so long. Guess we'll see what happens when Bunnings next to shopping town opens.

Excellent service. They provided a competitive quote on a range of Ego products and the process was just as it should be. Unfortunately I don't live nearby, but will definitely return when in the area.

Guys here are great, they don't play hide and seek when you need advice on something. Always sort out any problem or questions I have.

Very bad customer service. Will not refund or exchange faulty products, nor even have a decent conversation to offer potential remedy which goes again Australian Consumer Law. Despite wanting to support local businesses, I unfortunately cannot reccomend this store.

Avoid!!!! I bought a mower which has three years warranty. It broke during the first use after ten min! Took back to the store the next day. It took me two weeks to get a refund. The store manager never called back, I'd to chase him. Refund was only offered after I called the Mitre 10 head office. I was assisted by a Very nice customer service lady who got the store manager to do the right thing and offer a refund. I will never visit this store again. Back to Bunnings for their excellent custom service.

Saved me a long trip to Bunnings. Mitre 10 had everything I needed and the staff very helpful.

Solving a problem about nuts and bolts seemed to be a difficult task.

Very little stock and overpriced on every thing!! The item I was after was in the catalogue but the store had no stock!!! Do not price match either!!

Helpful staff, but will never visit another Mitre10 ever again as they refused to price match their own website pricing saying those prices are only online, so if thats how you work then I will never again spend any money at your stores.

Service is good, but not happy they have upped the price of face masks, compared to what they advertised on line.!

The best customer service around! Yes, they're not Bunnings and don't have a massive range of everything, but what they do have is good quality hardware at reasonable/fair prices. You can probably get cheaper items elsewhere, but you won't get the advice and support to back up the query.
