When my boyfriend and I initially came to Sunrise Toyota on Wednesday night, we were unsure if I was even going to be able to finance a used vehicle, but thanks to the amazing effort of Orlando, Juan, and Jason, I drove off the lot with a beautiful 2015 Corolla last night. From the moment we walked in, everyone was extremely friendly, easy going, funny, honest, and no-nonsense. Not once did we feel that we were being pressured into anything, or that the guys were just in it to get the sale. They all made it clear that they wanted what was best for my boyfriend and I, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. By the end of the night last night, after some roadblocks, a holiday, and tons of effort from the 3 men that helped us through everything, we were completely comfortable making the purchase, and left extremely happy and grateful that there are good salesman out there that aren t just out for themselves. We would recommend Sunrise Toyota to anyone! Thanks again, Orlando, Juan, and Jason!!! :)

My 1998 Toyota Camry, had its motor blown on April 23, 2020. The car was a certified preowned, and I got such a great deal. I was interested in the 2017 Toyota Camry SE in black, the car drives like a dream. I feel in love with it when I drove it on the lot and off the lot it became a beautiful reality. i was a loyally customer of Toyota until my Tacoma pick up was recalled i brought it in on February 22 they told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks for the repair it has been 14 weeks and every time you call the assistant service manager Rob Graygor it goes to voice mail or ill get back to you in 10 minutes and never does ,i'm looking for a new SUV to replace my wife's car but after this experience i will never buy another Toyota again ,if and when i ever get my truck back they will never see it again,i have heard great things about Bright Bay Mazda so long Toyota hello Mazda

Went in to buy a 2006 Sienna after finding a decent price on it on their website ($12,000). Contacted them through the website to set up the appointment. Jeff promptly contacted me back and I went in the next day to test drive it. Jeff set me up with another salesman (M.P.) who then tried to start his numbers game at $13,991. I asked him to start over, but using the current price of $12,000 from their website. He stated "Oh, that was probably just a promotional from the weekend, and the site hadn't been updated yet." I let him finish his sales pitch and said no thanks.

Went home, and called back for Jeff. Got a hold of Jason J instead and told him that the sales guy tried to up my price by $2,000 (it was still $12,000 on website) and that if they wanted my business they needed to start over. Jason worked with me and got me to a better price. Then told when I came in for second meeting that he had "accidentally given me the wrong number over the phone" and tried to creep up the price. I ended up with a price $200 over what I offered, but after having the van checked out by another mechanic at another dealer, went with the deal.

Overall not a bad experience, but I hate playing the games that salesmen do. And having to get a second salesman shouldn't have been necessary to get the advertised pricing.

**Update - to Sunrise Toyota, based on your response to this review - sure there is one thing you can do, refund me the $200 you overcharged me for an agreed-to price. **

Orlando was such a great help when finding the car I was looking for. He listened when I told him what I wanted and took me to the car I looked at on the sunrise Toyota website completely on accident and it was the car I left with! Everyone involved in the car buying process was transparent, kind, and knowledgeable. There was no bsing prices and I got the best price with the best package! Thank you to everyone for helping me with my first car purchase!!

Rob Parm was my salesman, at Subrise Toyota sold me my used, lovely Prius 2013. Very helpful and even personally took it to my mechanic so he could give it the okay. Funny, fun guy! Forthcoming with paperwork and willing to work with your old car and added perks.

I bought my car a few days ago and this place is by far the nicest, friendliest most professional dealership I've ever walked into on the island. Before I begin gushing over the service I received I want to say the new facility is so beautiful you need to walk in and check it out even if your not shopping for a car. From the showroom to the service area this place is not only clean but run very well. My salesman William Diaz was so professional and helpful I cant imagine him not being salesman of the month, every month!. Never any pressure to buy from him or anyone, very accommodating with test drives and with negotiating on prices. Finally at the end of the day I sat down with Christine the business manager, normally the most stressful part, it was so quick and easy that I had to upsell myself, lol. She was so friendly and sweet I didn't want to leave. Not only did I leave with a big smile on my face but my 2 children as well, they both got a plush stuffed rooster!

I was very happy with my buying experience at Sunrise Toyota. The salesman, Bob Bothmann, was excellent. He explained everything clearly and most importantly he did not apply any high pressure sales tactics. He was very considerate as well. He actually came in on his off day to make sure I got my new Corolla without any hassles.

Traveled 3 hours from CT to get a great deal, Tom the certified used Toyota salesguy did a great job. Ben from financing took care of everything and even my out of state registration. Shopping around next time for another Toyota, will definitely consider Sunrise for another worthwhile trip.

I purchased my 2019 VooDoo Blue Toyota Tundra TRD Pro back in April 2019 from Gerson Vargas at Sunrise Toyota and had a great experience with him. My vehicle had been allocated to this dealership for May/June delivery so I quickly left my deposit sometime in mid-April 2019 and had to wait until my car was assembled in shipped to the dealership. Either way I secured my spot in line as these cars are hard to locate without any huge markups. I went to almost every dealership in Queens, Manhattan and LI and everyone was charging anywhere from $3k-$10K markup which I wasn't willing to pay. Either way I got my car for sticker price and felt ok and happy with the deal. I also felt that I got a good number back on my trade in as well which made the new truck purchase easier. Gerson and the team was pleasant to work with!

I just signed a lease for a new 2018 RAV4 Hybrid, and I couldn't be happier with my experience at Sunrise Toyota. Everyone on the staff was incredibly helpful; Especially Will Diaz, who made the process smoother and quicker than I thought possible! I definitely recommend Sunrise to anyone looking for a car - They'll make you feel right at home!

Never had an issue with the sales department but the service department is pitiful!! The wait time was at least 5 hours longer then I was told. Staff was rude and unprofessional and overall the whole experience was unpleasant. I would recommend getting any work done at a different toyota dealership or at a local mechanic if you have the option.

I went to have a simple remote start feature installed and was told it shouldn't take more than a couple of hours if I came first thing in the morning and since transportation was an issue for me that they could shuttle me back and forth from my house if needed. I brought the car in shortly after 9am and was told that they would try to have it done before 11:00. They asked me for the car key and I asked whether they needed the valet or regular key or I could leave both... they said the valet key was fine. I received a call 3 hours later that the valet key was not sufficient and that they needed the regular one but that they could not provide transportation anymore because the driver had gotten in an accident on the way back from dropping me off in the morning in a tone implying it was my fault. I scrambled to find transportation and was finally able to borrow a car and make it there around 12:30. They told me the wait would be at least another hour and a half because the technician started on another car in the mean time but they would call me as soon as it was ready. I called the dealership 4 hours later after not hearing anything from them and they told me that the car had "just been finished" and that the paperwork was being processed. When I arrived around 5pm the paperwork was not done and I had to wait a further 20 minutes for that.

Have been dealing with Sunrise Toyota for 17 years. Lease was coming due on my 2014 RAV4 and needed to be replaced, while at the same time it came to the end of the road for my son's 2001 Camry. Went just to look at used cars for him and in the meantime test drove a 2017 RAV4. Ended up buying a 2013 Scion Xb, and the next day leasing another RAV4. Bruce and others in the used car dept. couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The whole car buying experience is overwhelming even for those of us who have been through it. I know it was for my son but thanks to everyone at Toyota, it was made a little bit more bearable. They went out of their way to try to stay within our budget, which for the most part they did. What keeps me from giving it a 5 rating was a thrown away comment at the contract signing about possibly receiving a bill from them for a scratch in the door from normal wear and tear. I have leased 5 cars, and purchased 3, including the current 2 and have returned to this dealership for 17 years, and didn't expect that to be said to me, as it has never been commented on before, and never received a bill, when I have returned cars with minor scratches. Hopefully I won't again. But besides that minor little irritant, everything was great. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. Cars are reliable and they are willing to work with you to get you to drive off in a new car, without truly pressuring you.

Requested information about a specific vehicle online and received a call within 15 minutes from the dealership. I was told the vehicle was available and went to the dealership the next morning to find out the car was sold days prior. Typical sales tactic - unprofessional and dishonest dealerships like this give car salespeople a bad name.

Freindly people working there in the front. They do have good amount of selection. The sales staff do forget to call you back though. Other then that great place and cool folks. Has waiting area, quiet room and small kids room.

My wife was shoppng for a new suv we sat down with Mike Coltellino,went over what suv best suit our growing family at no point was Mike pushing us to make a deal. Our plans changed and Mike was still willing to help us locate the suv of our choice,They treated us like family there Mike and Bruce was with us right to the end and made sure we were 100% satisfied. I have deal with many dealerships and this last experience was the best one my wife and I had, never were we rush or push into making at deal.

This is the best dealership my husband and I have ever dealt with. Our salesman, Juan Dejesus, was so knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. There was no pressure at all. The manager, Bruce Rabin, took so much time and showed us so many options to make sure we got the exact car we wanted. The financial manager, Josh, was wonderful. He printed out the exact numbers and explained everything in detail. Everyone was honest, helpful and I can't recommend this dealership enough. Best experience. We will never go anywhere else for a new or pre-owned car.

I ve been looking for a specific used car everywhere near me but couldn t find the car my wife wanted. Finally found it in another state, Sunrise Toyota. I started to communicate with Anthony, the sales manager. It was nice negotiating price with the manager instead of a salesperson, no middle man to say Let me ask my manager. The move to the new facility has made customer service even better with easy, timely and quick check-in procedures, friendly and knowledgeable service staff, well planned and comfortable waiting area, periodic special waiting room surprises, clearly explained service and quality workmanship. Beware with their Service department, they do what they want, they give you services you dont need, like brakes, tires and oil my car definitely don't need. Nothing related to the reason I brought my car, and then when you need to speak with a supervisor the one available is always on a "VERY IMPORTANT PHONE CALL"

Where do I begin! I was in the market for a used car. After shopping around online, I came across a beautiful 2014 Honda Civic SI in orange. I put in a request to see if it was still available and within a day I got a phone call that it was available. After test driving the car, I was still on the fence between this car and a VW GTI that I saw the previous day. After talking to Brian, he convinced me to get the Honda. He was very honest and ensured that the price of the car would be what I would pay and not sneak in extras that I didn t need. Once I started the paperwork process with Anthony and Raphael, many barriers started to pop up. My credit not being the best due to spending the last 2 years going through credit card debt resolution and also having a 2nd car under my name. However, the guys at Sunrise did not give up home and did everything possible to get me in the car of my choice. They were always upfront throughout the whole process and kept in constant communication with me so I didn t have to drive an hour from my home in Yonkers for nothing. On the day that I picked up the car, the business manager, Meridith, was very transparent and honest with everything that I was signing for. By the time the car was delivered, Will did a great job answering any questions I had about the car and gave my car in pristine condition. Despite this being a very difficult car buying experience (mainly due to my not so perfect credit and other financial factors), the team at Sunrise Toyota made it as easy as possible. I highly recommend this place!
