The truck we wanted to purchase was not available anywhere within 500 miles, so Mark took down everything that we wanted, ordered a brand new truck for us, had it BUILT PERFECT, and delivered to us within less than 30 days. We had unbelievable service, calls returned at all hours of the day and evening, even on weekends and his days off. I would highly recommend using Mark Korn for your next vehicle purchase. :)

In March 2018, myself and my fiance drove from Kalamazoo to speak with salesman Mike Parwey whom we purchased 3 prior vehicles from, about finding us a truck. Although we have dealt with him before, our first impression was not inviting and he didn't seem like he had the time or desire to help us. After some time on the computer, another salseman found a truck we liked but Mike did not want to show us because it was a tad more expensive than we had hoped for. We test drove the truck and discovered there was a low tire and Mike said he would have it looked at. The truck also needed body work as there was a dent and deep scratches on the passenger rear quarter panel. We called the next day and Mike said the truck was in the body shop and for us to come later on that week to purchase.

We waited 2 hours to talk to financing, in which Ed Fernandez (listed as a new car manager on the website) gave us an outrageous payment number trying to tack on extra warranties. We told him we were not interested, that we only wanted the truck, title, taxes and fees. Without going over anything else on the purchase agreement, he looked at us and said "then we are done here" like we weren't important enough to be near him any longer. We ended up back at Mike's desk, where I had to ask several times to look at the purchase agreement. I then asked for a copy of the CarFax which he refused to print and proceeded to flip his computer screen quickly to tell us there were no service histories or anything major on the CarFax. We were not able to test drive the truck again as it was still in the body shop. I looked at my husband and told him I did not want to sign until we did. I went to the restroom, came back and he was there was Mike pushing him to sign. It took about 5 minutes for mike to push us out the door, new owners of a 2012 Chevy Silverado. We were told we would have to wait another week to come back and get the truck, as delivery was not an option like they offered for the last 3 cars we purchased from them. We were able to talk Mike into delivering and were also able to have Mike add the low tire issue and a problem with the mirrors not folding onto our "We Owe" statement which comes with the purchasing agreement. The vehicle was delivered 4 days later, with a low tire. We called Mike for him to say it just needed air. The mirrors still did not fold, Mike's response was "they're frozen."

We took the truck to Discount Tire in Kalamazoo to have the low tire looked at, and the rim was cracked. A replacement rim was around $140. With some nicer weather, we were able to get a better look at the truck and there was a broken seat belt in the backseat and the AC compressor pulley was grinding, the tensioner pulley was missing, and there was no belt for the AC system. We called and asked to speak with a manager as we were exhausted from working with grumpy Mike Parwey who never had any time for us. We spoke with Shawn Six, who stated "we aren't going to rebuild the truck for you" and argued with my fiance after I had spoke with him prior and he agreed to help us fix the issues. After the argument, we called again and were directed to Scott Lawrence (I could be wrong on the last name- Used car Manager) who agreed to send us reimbursement for the cost of the rim and set us up with a shop appointment to have the AC and seat belt looked at. After two 6 hour trips to their service department, the seat belt and AC were fixed at no charge to us. The mirrors were never addressed.

Four months later, I still have yet to see reimbursement for the rim. I took it to a different dealer for an oil change today, and found out why Mike Parwey refused to show me a CarFax. This dealer happily printed me one free of charge, and it shows that this truck was in an accident in Canada.

Needless to say, never again will I purchase from Sundance and I highly reccommend that Mike Parwey retire. I am trading in the truck and going back to a Ram.

I have bought 4 vehicles from sundance. The first 3 i bought there was very satisfied with the service and sales of the company.. however this 4th vehicle i just purchased i believe was not told 100% TRUTH on. I was told that their mechanics checked everything out on this vehicle and was in great working order. I noticed the steering was little tough but no biggie to me.. come to find out a week after we got it the power steering pump was shot. (Not sure how a mechanic could not diagnose that if it was actually looked at) then transmission goes out.. then was promised a mileage check for driving over a hour one way to the dealership and still have not received it (month later). After this sale im not certain i will return to sundance for a vehicle. Nor give a reference to anyone. This one left a sour taste in my mouth.

One star is too much for my experience with Sundance. I called about a two vehicles on the lot. I was told both were available. I conducted my credit check and was pre approved before I arrived. I talked to the salesman and arranged a time to come in. That sales man acknowledge I arrived and then it took almost one and a half hours before anyone assisted me. The original salesman finally just tossed my packet that was completed before I came in over the phone towards a different salesman. The new salesman did absolutely nothing. When he finally went to show me the two vehicles that were ready to be checked out one was in pieces in the body shop and the other needed to be detailed, was missing floor mats, and the spare tire. Once I test drove the one that was semi available, I came back to see about the price and documentation. The sales mans says "I don't know, the payment is where you wanted it at so it shouldn't matter." At this point I go to walk out, the sales manager talks me out of it. Then I continue the process. After the purchase I had to come back to get the car detailed. Not even 50 miles after I drive off the lot the change oil light comes on. I called and asked about this and one person says we check everything and then put it on the lot, another employee says we don't check anything, we drive it to make sure everything sounds good then we put it on the lot. Unacceptable. When I returned for my detailing I asked for all the stickers to be removed and window sticker glue to be removed. Show up and guess what? Everything is still on the windows and trunk, just vacuumed out and cleaned. Too add insult to injury the door seal is ripped. Then I have to return again to pick up parts that have been ordered. Once parts have been ordered and delivered the sales manager says "I thought you said you would install the parts?" Why the heck would I say I would install the parts that your staff broke? I said I would put the roof rails on or place the spare tire in the trunk. He continued to say I said I would fixed the doors seals. Absolute worse customer service ever. I would never step foot in that place again. Only reason I purchased the vehicle was because it was the color I wanted and couldn't find another one. I learned my lesson on that. Even the service department admitted how bad sales was and that most of the salesmen needed to be fired but they couldn't afford to because they had so many cars they needed sold.

Lee Lickfelt was extremely helpful in my search fo...

Lee Lickfelt was extremely helpful in my search for a vehicle. He helped me find a vehicle that had low mileage, all the features I was hoping for inside and good on gas since I drive a lot. He also knew my budget and stayed within the range I needed. What I liked most about Lee was that he really took care of me and his communication was amazing. We drove the Ford escape home and loved it but noticed some things wrong with it (since it is a used vehicle afterall). We came back the next day and Lee made sure he'd fix everything that we found. The paperwork went smoothly.
He then had my husband and I speak to Josh in finance about the warranty and gap insurance. I was honestly expecting to be pressured into getting the extras. I was pleasantly surprised. Josh was pretty laid back with us. He of course had a job to do and explained everything thoroughly to us. As we contemplated whether or not to get one or both, he sat quietly and let us decide without trying to persuade us either way. When we had questions, he was more than happy to help at that time. He also informed us of the best interest rate we could get at that particular time; however, when we left his office he called Lee while we were sitting with Lee and Josh went the extra mile and got us an even better interest rate through a different lender. We were very happy with how Josh handled things with us!
After signing the paperwork we left the vehicle there to be repaired. Later that week, Lee had called us to inform us that while fixing the problems, service had accidentally broke a part. Since my husband used to be a mechanic, I am pretty understanding and realize how mistakes like that can happen especially if the broken piece is a small part. However after learning the piece was broken, I then was told that the part was on back order in the country and they don't have a date that my car would be finished. :( this made me sad and slightly frustrated since I already signed the paperwork and was a week into my loan with no estimated time of my car being finished at the moment. When I found this out information out, Lee was not in the office. I spoke with him the next day and he made everything right. First, he made sure to get me a loaner car since my husband and I only had one vehicle. Secondly he is trying everything he can to get the part in so I can start driving my new car! I tend to be an understanding person and have worked in customer service for many years. The fact that Lee has had open communication (good or bad news), been very kind, and doing everything he can to help me so I'm happy gives him an excellent review in my book. I was nervous about going through a dealership, but Lee has made my first experience the best experience even with the hiccups along the way. I recommend him 100%! Go see Lee if you want the best experience buying a vehicle!!

My car suddenly had aloud 'grinding' noise, I called Sundance, they said if you bring it in we will check it out and we should have it ready for you the same day. My car was perfect after service, they worked on the brakes, a caliper was covered by warranty and, as always Sundance staff was courteous, smiling and timely, it was done the same day! I do always recommend Sundance, Best customer service around!

The sales person knew I needed the car for travel and still did a Slappy work.the car didn't get fixed.now I am looking for a car but there car are very expensive compare the features and millage. By the way I found same car that I was going buy from this place but $3000.00 cheaper

Bought a 2017 impala one year old with low miles (...

Bought a 2017 impala one year old with low miles (~12K) and have had nothing but issues since I have bought this car. Ranging from not returning my refundable deposit to paperwork that was suppose to be completed before I was sold the car that was never completed, then now the clear coat is pealing on the bumper after I was assured that it was a clean no accident no issue car. I can not even get a call back from anyone about the issues to have it looked at, the body shop will not answer my questions and keeps referring me to my sales member, Ryan Gardner. I have left multiple messages for the sales member with no return, Seems very shady like they are trying to hide something. Its like they just don't care after you sign the paperwork, I would not recommend purchasing a car from Sundance. I should have listened to my used car salesmen friends and avoided this dealership at all costs.

I did want to follow up on this, They offered to make it "right" and when dropping it off the car they admitted that they have detailers come in a touch up paint and reclear parts of cars to make them look better. They did "repaint" the front bumper very poorly, They did not take the time to properly prepare the front bumper and just sprayed over the damage and paint that was already on the bumper,They told me that they were going to take it down to bare plastic and fix. When picking it up their excuse was "the techs don't like to do warranty work due to the pay", Sorry not my problem when you said you were going to make it right,. They said they were going to make it right again, and call me about what they were going to do about it and never did, I called multiple times with no return call. I ended up taking it to another body shop I trust and they were appalled that any "Trusted" body shop would let it go out like that. With their recommendation and a recommendation of a second body shop I paid out of pocket to have the whole bumper replaced with a new one due to the poor work done and the amount of labor it would have taken to make it right. To top it all off now the rear bumper has the same issue of pealing clear coat only after a year of having the car. I've tried calling the body shop and I'm being told since its over the 36K mile mark there's nothing they can do even though they admitted fault the first time dropping it off. I was quoted about $700 just to make the rear bumper right on a 2 year old low mileage car that they messed up. At this point I am not even sure I would trust them to make the rear bumper right after the work they did on the front, It has been a very bad situation from the start.

We were contacted by someone (sorry I don't have his name) from Sundance regarding my post below. We were then sent a Canada/U.S. Warranty agreement for our Jeep, which stated that the manufacturer's warranty was valid in both the U.S. and Canada. Due to some unforeseen circumstances we weren't able to get our Jeep into the local Jeep service shop until this past week. We showed the service manager this piece of paper and all our computer updates and warranty work were completed without charge. Thank you to the person who sent us the paper with the warranty shown and I've changed my review and I would recommend Sundance Chevy to anyone who asks me.

Unfortunately, we are very disappointed in our follow up information requests with Sundance Chevy. We bought a used 2015 Jeep with only 15k miles on it. We were looking for a specific model and trim and we thought we were lucky to have found it at Sundance Chevy. They went above and beyond to get our business, which was good. However, we just found out, less than 2 months after purchase that our Jeep was originally from Canada and as such any manufacturer's warranty from Chrysler is null and void. Now why didn't the dealership tell us this? Why did they say that it was still under the manufacturer's warranty when we were looking into buying the extended warranty, but didn't give us anything in writing? We called to find out if there was anything that they could do for us and basically they said nope, you own the car now! I do take some responsibility for not asking the question, but I didn't know that the warranty wasn't any good in the U.S. if the car is first registered in Canada.
Everyone be aware of this and make sure to ask very detailed questions of them, because they are not going to volunteer any information! Quite disappointed if this is how they treat customers afterward.

I bought a Jeep from them, I have owned it not even 2 week and the thing has spent more time in my garage then I have drove it. Yes I didn t get the extended warranty but the one for 30 days isn t worth anything either unless u live close to them. I live over a hr away and couldn t afford to have it towed there for them to cover 15% of the repair. I have now hopefully gotten it fixed no help from them. It was a known issue of Jeep from 08 - 11 that the fuse box goes bad well if u are lucky enough to find one they are roughly $1200. Now I have had this Jeep 3 wks and I get a call from my salesman that I need to come in and sign paperwork because the ones I signed were wrong (they had the wrong bank on them). So just buyer be aware if u buy from here make sure u look the vehicle over very well lesson learned the hard way here. Will never do business here again and wouldn t send my worse enemy there either

I wouldn't recommend the body shop at all!
They had my vehicle for almost 2months and I was told I could have a free rental car,that's the only reason I took my f150 here instead of the ford dealership, I was not giving a rental and even after I voiced that I needed it, nothing was given to me,or offered an option.
I was told over and over again that my vehicle was going to ready and every time I called on the progress there was always a issue with it or the parts were not ordered. When the truck was finally finished and was ready to be picked up, there was still damage I could see that was not complete, there were paint blubs were it was painted and the scratch on my drivers door was still visible.
Very disappointed at the body shop would not recommend them

I never write reviews but, after this I'm very angry and feel like I need to share my experiences. This isnt the first time I've had problems with Sundance. Once I took my car for a basic oil change and picked it up and it then started smoking 1/2 mile down the road. Took it back and made them fix it as it was fine the I took it in and was a new car at the the time. Todays experience though, is why I'm writing this review. I again, took it in for a basic oil change at 10am. An hour n half later I was called and told my oil pan was leaking...and the oil cooler was leaking n that the 60 dollar oil change has changed into an almost 1300 price to fix! I then called a friend of mines husband who owns a shop out in okemos area and took it to them. They called back saying it was a 225 dollar fix and that neither the oil pan or cooler was leaking and that they obviously didnt go in and diagnose this the way they should of. These 2 incidents are only a few of the issues not only me but my family has had with Sundance. After today, I can say I will never be taking my car back to them and they have officially lost my family as customers. 1300 dollars could be fix for 225 if they would of looked correctly and diagnosed it right. I know other people u have done this too n I can say you should be ashamed of it!

I purchased my 4th vehicle today from Sundance Chevrolet. As always, the service was AMAZING! I didn't have alot to work with for a down payment, yet Troy got me into to EXACTLY what I wanted... and MORE! It was a pleasure to work with him! They were pretty busy today and he made us feel like his #1 priority. I cant say enough great things about him, or Sundance.

Was really hoping to drive away with a Vette offered $9000 cash on a $9500 tag and left feeling like I waisted the trip the guy I talked to on the phone had the car sold, but when I got there some know it all tried to steal the deal and I walked out feeling sorry the salesman cuz ....his team failed him, I hope this guy learned a lesson I told him I would be happy to pay 9 which on a C4 is to much anyway but glad to get the C5 the next day for$8000

We had dealt with 3 dealerships prior to Sundance and it was a relief to find an honest salesperson who actually cared about us and not just the sale. Brent took the time to find us a car that fit our needs and budget. We are pleased with our purchase and overall experience.

Sundance sold my mom a complete lemon!!! A year ago she was deceived and taken advantage of by the salesman at Sundance by selling her a junky 4 cylinder eco tech 2013 GMC terrain!!! You guys wont work with her at all and expect her to pay on a new vehicle that blew up after the first year of driving it. The first 6 months of getting she started having power failure where the truck would shut down completely while driving down the road with my son who is 2 years old!! My mom literally works a couple miles down the road so it's not like she was driving it 100 miles a day for work!! If Sundance was half the company that they portray to be on t.v. then this problem would of easily been solved by now by taking the vehicle back and getting my mom into a much more dependable vehicle. Shes 50 years old and works hard all of her life and these car dealerships takes advantage of people like her and enough is enough!!

Any man that talks to his employees this way, will talk about his customers the same. I hope the owner is smart enough to change the staff that needs to be changed! Our car salesman Griffin was very kind and did all he could for us.

I tried 4 or 5 times to buy a used car here. The staff was friendly enough, but the dealership is so incredibly busy and their processes are such a mess I will never stop foot in their lot again. I was promised no fewer than 5 cars, put a deposit down and everything, only to find out all of the cars I wanted had already been sold. This happened at least 5 times!

The original car I went to the lot to see was still showing available on their website 2 weeks after it has been sold and taken off the lot.

I assumed because of the volume this lot pushes, I would be able to find the car I wanted at a lower price, thinking they could handle a lower margin. Not true. I was able to find better cars at better prices elsewhere.

I read the other bad reviews about Sundance before I went, and assumed the stories were isolated events, and wouldn't happen to me. That was a mistake that cost me many hours and much frustration.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of being helped by Darlene Robidoux at the Grand Ledge location. We were super nervous and stressed because of past experiences and the "war stories" you hear your friends talk about when they went to dealers trying to find and buy a car. Darlene is not your average "car salesman". She didn't use high pressure sales tactics, was up front and honest, she listened and cared. We didn't feel like just another customer to her. We also enjoyed being at the dealership, it was clean, seamed well organized and was humming with business.

Sundance had 3 out of the 4 vehicles on my list that we wanted to see. They have great prices and are a pleasure to work with. If you are heading their way, look up Darlene Robidoux when you get there.

(I was not asked to write this review and wrote this on my own accord because my family and I enjoyed our experience when we purchased our vehicle from Darlene at Sundance)

We recently had a very good experience with the service department. We discovered an electrical problem with our van on Tuesday morning. By the time we arrived at Sundance it was after noon and we did not have an appointment. We needed the van repaired because we were handing it off to other folks on Wednesday morning. The service department made room in their schedule and repaired the van on Tuesday and we picked it up on Wednesday morning. Not only was the van repaired but service personnel took time to answer some other questions we had about the van. We were very pleased.

can't begin to tell you how happy I with the service I received. Troy Andrews provided me with excellent customer service. He made sure everything went smoothly. It was very clear that it was his top priority that I was informed throughout the entire process. Everyone at Sundance made the entire experience easy and exciting. I will continue to direct all of my friends and family to Troy at Sundance!

Drove a hour to see a salesman that claims he had trucks on his lot that he could do a trade with me but after waiting a hour for him to show up for work he spends five minutes me and gets rude and tells me that he can do anything. Thanks Chris queen for the false hopes and wasting my time and money diving all the way there for nothing. Ill be sure to let everyone that I know not to deal there.

Do yourself a favor, and don't buy a car here. It is only a headache. I am writing this review on behalf of my roommate who didn't want her name on this, for retaliation from the staff.
She said:
"I was helped by Kevin at Sundance. He sold me a 2013 Hyundai that ran perfectly fine when I test drove it. Apparently, I should have gotten a mechanic to check it out. They said absolutely nothing about the fact that there is no A/C in the vehicle because the compressor is broken. Not to mention, after I purchased the car, they wouldn't let me pick it up for the whole week due to them needing to replace the bumper because of a dent. When I brought the car back because of the A/C they told me that they don't have the listing anymore but are positive that they didn't say the car had A/C in the first place, so they weren't going to fix it. They only offered a 15% discount on a wildly overpriced estimate. Next, all of the tire pressure sensors are broken, which they knew about, but reset the code so when I test drove it the light wouldn't be on. This only works for about 20 minutes, so when I left with the car, the light came on. The usb system in the car is also broken which they didn't mention to me. And on top of all of this, they knew the car had a bad drainage plug for the oil, so they over filled the oil tank to make it not have low oil until a week after I had taken it home. After paying over $8,000 for this vehicle, I had to spend another $1,200 on repairs. Moral of the story is, do NOT trust Sundance. They are shifty and untrustworthy and will do absolutely anything just to get a sale. The only reason this has 1 star instead of zero is because google won't let you rate that low."

Like she said, do NOT buy from Sundance.

We purchased a vechicle there in early Aug. and had a wonderful experience WHILE we were making the purchase. However after the fact not so much. There were no floor mats in the vechicle we bought and we were told they would order new ones and they would be sent to our house, After a month I texted the sales men and he stated they just came in would you like to come and pick them up, (NO we are an hour away) So he said he would send them 2wks later when they still didn't arrive I called and left a message for the used car manager to call me, left another message a few days later then left yet another with the receptionist thinking maybe she could get someone to call me back. The mats did arrive but I still have not recieved a call. Their prices are very good and they are very very busy. I guess too busy to follow up with a simple phone call?

I am a resident of Grand Rapids, MI, 56 miles away.. I thought it was great that they would pick you up to bring you to the dealership to find the perfect vehicle that would fit my budget. But once I couldn t go forward with any purchase I was told I had to pay a driver to take me home. The charge would have been $30.00, in which I was informed the salesman would have to pay. Needless to say I got home at no charge thankfully. Be aware!

Update:
The last 6 months of my lease were awful. I tried connecting with 3 different salesmen on 3 different occasions for my next purchase. None of them followed through. At lease turn in today I was treated awful due to the fact of not purchasing another vehicle. (Even though we bought a $25,000 truck for my husband from them 2 months ago.) And now we sit and wait for the bill...
Never again.

Hours of trouble and annoyance! I recently purchased a car from them that absolutely stank of cigaret smoke. Disgusting. They weren't very helpful. Service after the purchase was terrible. Took them a month to refund my $100 that I put down to hold the vehicle. No one there could help me (Not even Terry Hanks, although he was walking around chatting with customers) because they were all "busy."

I initially went to Sundance a few months ago to look at getting a new truck and worked with Troy Andrews. After working some numbers, I decided to wait it out a few months until it was a better time. A few weeks ago, I went back to Sundance and met back up with Troy to figure out a deal on a 2017 Silverado 1500. I told him what truck I was interested in, explained to him what I needed in the truck, and then told him the options that I'd consider. Because the truck I wanted is rather uncommon, it wasn't on the lot. Troy took the time to search out the truck with the options I mentioned and had the truck delivered to Sundance within a couple of days. The sales process was completely painless and was 100% worth the wait. There were never any pushy phone calls, emails, or attempts to push me into a different truck that I was not interested in nor did he waste either of ours time by presenting any sort of unrealistic financing options. Thank you, Troy for making this purchase painless and fun!

This place is more than happy to take my money for a deposit but when I'm denied, I don't hear a peep out of them and do not receive one reply to an email or voice mail message as to when my deposit will be refunded back to me. Not a professional way to handle things at all.

Kendahl and Troy (sales reps) really worked hard at satisfying my every need, from getting me a fair deal on my trade in, right down to taking the time to show and teach me the settings on my new Silverado.
