Madi helped me pick out my new truck and even gave me a call back to make sure I was satisfied. Went above and beyond for everything I needed.

I traveled 1&1/2 hours to see and purchase my car 2018 Subaru impreza premium at Stuckey Subaru. Josh Cooper was my sales person. He was amazing he was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable about giving me the price I could afford. It was well worth the trip 5++++++++ Stars for Josh.
P.s. Love my car, hasn't given me any problems, wait a minute! what am I saying...Its a Subaru it's the BEST I wont have any problems and if I do I'll be taken care of

After my wife and I purchased her vehicle a month ago, we found ourselves needing another vehicle after my vehicle was destroyed in an accident. Even though we got there about 90 minutes before closing, we were able to test drive multiple vehicles and inspect as many as we wanted. We found another new vehicle at the price we wanted. Carlos (as always) was able to help us out and make the numbers work, and Kenny was an excellent help as well as very knowledgeable. We will go back again whenever we need another vehicle.

Overall best car buying experience in the area! As well as great service appointments. Staff is friendly and helpful and sales staff is great too. Very relaxed buying atmosphere. Nice selection of cars and SUVs to choose from. Oil changes, tire rotations and maintenance is very affordable and quick. Great location along Rt22 near Hollidaysburg and Altoona. Highly recommend!

Our family had to replace a vehicle during the pandemic; when car shopping is already such a hassle, this did not make it better. Who wants to spend their whole day car shopping? Most people don't! However, this dealership was PHENOMENAL! We did our research and knew what vehicle we wanted; Tim Parks went ABOVE and BEYOND in service! Not only did he inform us of the vehicle's details, he was a speed racer to get the process completed in a timely fashion. No sitting around for hours, having someone push unwanted cars on you, and basic tediousness that is normal car shopping. No sir! Came in looking for a car, they had the exact legacy I looked at at another dealership for 1500 cheaper and they really worked with me to get me approved. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely buy from here again. Josh was a fantastic help throughout the whole deal and made sure we were happy and tended to!

I was first given an equote from Bryan, which was good. I had already compared prices through Kelly Blue Book.

Next we met with Ed Ott for a test drive and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Then Ed was out so Liz Hoerath handled the purchase.

Liz, too, was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time walking my husband and me through all the wonderful features of the Outback Limited.

I cannot remember the woman's name of the financial part of the purchase, but she also was very helpful and explained all details completely.

Lowest price I found. No pressure and the no hassle buying experience was great. I always stayed away from dealerships because I dreaded the back and forth game on price. Kudos to Stuckey for going with the no hassle format...the price is the price. The free carfax prior to purchase was also much appreciated. My first time buying from Stuckey but they will be the first place I go when looking for my next vehicle. The sales and financing staff were friendly, courteous, and genuinely good people. Jerry Pollock was the gentleman who sold me my most recent vehicle. I had previously ask him to watch for such a car. And, he immediately phoned me when one was traded. This is the third car Jerry has sold me. He is the most informed salesman I have ever dealt with. He knows the product inside out. He is very patient when I need to decide options. He is able to balance how he handles a sale in such a way that he is helpful and not pushy!!

Stephanie Ripple was fantastic with getting us into a car that we could afford and had more bells and whistles then we expected. The whole experience was more then I could have hoped for when purchasing a newer car. Very pleased w/our recent purchase of a 2015 Ford Explorer. We had a 2002 Explorer that we bought new & wanted to upgrade. They're such a reliable vehicle that we hated to part with it. Went in to buy a car last night, first of all I submitted my interest the day before stating I could come out the following day to look at it. Was a two in a half hour drive for me and my father, when we arrived on the time we said we would be there the car was not clean nor had any gas in it. The salesman that was given to us was off, and had other clients coming in which I understand however the person I contacted could of had the car prepared to look at. I was handed the keys and was said to take it for a drive which I did. When I got back, Kristina came outside in which I had to ask her to show me some things on the car. (more of which I knew about than she did) but they seemed to have no interest in selling a car. We were putting a lot of money down and we're going to finance half of what the price was. They had us sit there for hours, to tell us they couldn't get it approved. For someone that came in, knew what they wanted and for someone who sold cars for years I have seen much worse get done. Lack of professionalism from the entire staff and effort. Was disappointing to see for the time that we wasted to get there, sit there to come home empty handed or without a good reason. Won't be back here!

Had contacted dealer about a 2018 Forester they had listed. Set a date/time to see/test drive vehicle. When we got there, car was dirty inside and out. Had cobwebs stretching from spoiler. Test drove anyway and was asked if we liked it. I said it drove fine, but would like to see it clean. She said they clean it once the deal is done. Seriously?! We ended up buying it and they cleaned it up good. She said she would call us in a few days to check in. Never heard from her or anyone from dealership. Had a way better experience buying my Crosstrek from another Subaru dealer. Won't come back here.
