Very disappointed, stuckeys website even says that they have express service and its a no appointment service. I showed up today and I was told I could make an appointment next week for an oil change, which comes complementary with my lease, or I could wait for 3 hours to have the work done. I understand sometimes things get busy so i checked online for appointment times next time they are available is Tuesday afternoon, its Friday, thats 4 days. If they cant provide the subaru express service they shouldnt promote it.

I purchased a Buick Envision today. I had a wonderful experience. Kenny was very knowledgeable, and experienced. He was very polite, and well mannered. He answered all my questions. And came out and gave me a full detailed overview on all the equipment in the Envision works. I would definitely buy another vehicle from here again!

I have bought two cars from here and they have earned my business for life. Both times they went above and beyond for my family. They have great selection and the employees are always friendly. I even got a ride to and from work when my car needed worked on.
I purchased 2019 Legacy Limited early September 2019. Nathan Pope was my sales representative. He was very helpful with this purchase. I had requested to look at two used low mile Legacy's. He brought them up and I took them for the test drives. When I got back from the test drives and we were talking he pointed out a new one on the showroom that he said he could make me a good deal. With my trade in and the low finance incentive the numbers were much better than the used models. Very satisfied with the buying experience. I usually trade cars every 4 years so he can expect to see me again in the future.

We recently bought a 2020 Crosstrek. We absolutely love this car. The car buying experience was 5 star all the way. Hands down, the easiest and most enjoyable transaction we've ever had. Dallas was great to deal with. Extremely professional. He really worked with us to make sure we got treated fairly. Jake our salesman was awesome. He gave me a rundown of how everything worked,I was very impressed. Lastly, Jesse Ryan called us and we returned with our car, so he could go over everything, I mean everything, we needed to know about this car. If it wasnt for him, we wouldn't know how to use any of the "tech" features on this vehicle. He knew everything about this vehicle. We will buy all of our vehicles from Stuckey from now on. Your employees are great.

Between my wife and myself we have bought four Subarus at Stuckeys and every experience we ve had with them has been great. We have dealt with Jake Gromiller for all the cars we bought, he is knowledgeable, helpful, and has never been pushy, he makes the experience enjoyable. DO NOT buy a car from here. We were driving through the state and our car broke down. We barely made it to Stuckey, where they told us they wouldn't be able to fix it for a MONTH. They could've fixed it in a day, but they knew we were stuck and wanted to screw us into buying a car. We were forced to get a new car. They then conned us into buying a car that literally broke down the day we bought it. The vehicle has been plagued with issues ever since. Garbage dealership, garbage service, garbage people. The good reviews on here blow my mind because this was literally one of the worst experiences of my life.
Excellently priced used cars. With superior assistance from a sales associate named Derek Seymour, we were able to work out all the details beforehand via email and have a contactless signing of the documents and receive our "new" (to us ) car. It was as promised and appears to have been exceptionally maintained.
Hopefully I won't need to buy another used car in the near future, but if I did, I'd check with at Derek Seymour at Stuckey's before wasting time with any other dealership.
I gave Ken and Stuckey s auto a 5 star rating because they were kind, friendly, curtious, honest, and had a great sense of humor and smile. He never rushed me into buying a car nor cared that I spent 3 hours test driving cars until I found the one that I loved the most. Ken was very patient with me and these guys stayed after hours on a Saturday to do business with me without rushing me out the door and continued to answer every question I had asked. Plus they gave me a awesome deal on my trade in and got me out of an 18.9 percent interest rate I was in down to an 8 percent interest rate. I put $9,000 down on my trade in and that dealership was very pushy and had me sign paperwork very quickly without explaining anything. Stuckey s was completely opposite of all other dealerships I ve been too and I highly recommend anyone who wants to buy a car go to them and ask for Ken
1. I bought my vehicle last week. There are many vehicles you could choose and most of them are in good condition. This is good.
2. However, to be honest, their service is not good as their provided vehicles. Some sales staff have a not good enough service attitude. You would feel that they are not friendly. It seems they were negotiating with you seriously.
3. Do not trust much the reviews on Google. They will ask you to "write a review" at their office. I guess a kind of large part of these reviews do not reflect the "real" service.
4. My suggestion is that please also see low-rating reviews. They would help you.
This past Saturday I purchased my dream car. Every person at this dealership greeted us with a smile on their face. Tyler listened to everything I said from the car I wanted to the payment I wanted. Tyler and his co-workers were so nice and didn't try to push me into anything. I also love how family oriented this dealership is. They gave my daughter paper to draw on with some cookies and milk. This was the best car experience I have ever had. I highly recommend this place and I will drive 2 hours again to come back!
