Pleasant experience purchasing a used car at Stuckey Ford and Subaru. Our sales person, Brad Walker, was a pleasure to work with. Myself and someone other than Nate (secretary) had a miscommunication about pay options which forced us to pay for the vehicle in a way we didn't expect or want to. Also, my personal opinion is that 389 dollars for 5 minutes of "processing" is quite exorbitant. Other than these two issues, the experience was overall pleasant.

HORRIBLE Experience! Stuckeys say if you let them charge your credit card for $500.00 they will hold your vehicle for 24 hrs. to come look at. They dont! They keep marketing to others. Biggest scam ever!
I Reserved car online on Thurs. for $500.00 for dealership to hold. Was in direct communication with Salesperson Jannell College and she knew I was coming 2 1/2 hrs. away to look at vehicle. Note, I checked back on website and "Hold" button was still available the entire time even after "I" had already reserved it and made pymt. I assumed it was just website glitch, but I was wrong! I got stuck in traffic the day I said I was coming down which was the following day Fri. and called salesperson if they could hold for 1 additional day for me to come down. She said "yes" no problem. She said since she was out of town that wknd however that she would set me up with another salesperson when I arrived. I confirmed the morning of that Sat and told Jannell I was already on my way & she confirmed that salesperson Carlos would meet with me and show me vehicle. She then calls me when I am almost at the dealership (already 2 hrs into my drive) and says she is sorry but they sold the car to someone else. WHAT!? They wasted my entire day and my son who was in from college just to look at car. Also cost me 4hrs. round trip of gas!! If they lie about holding your car for you what else are they lying about!!?? Was buying car for my son, so I explained to him the dishonesty of a lot of car salespersons and dealerships like Stuckeys who operate with this typical sleazy behavior and destroy characterization of the "honest" professionals that are out there treating this as a true profession.
By far the easiest dealership to work with and they have a very positive attitude when you're trying to obtain a vehicle. My credit was less than perfect and even with a cosigner they still found new financing at a reasonable rate

So far, I have purchased three vehicles from Stuckey Ford and Subaru and had a very good experience each time. The sales people weren't overbearing or pushy and all of the transactions went smoothly. The vehicles were all in great shape and I didn't have any issues. I've also had them serviced there over the years and have always found the service folks to be quite helpful and honest. It's not the cheapest place for service, but I feel like you definitely get what you pay for.

Only gave 1 star because 0 isn t an option. I took my Subaru to get my airbags replaced from the current recall. When I arrived the girl was very unprofessional and acted like I should already know the answers to my questions. I gave her my registration for the paperwork and she said I could leave so I told her to put it in the little insurance card folder when she s done with it and she said she would. Upon returning that was the first thing I checked for and it wasn t there. She acted like it was my fault and essentially blamed me for losing it in my car in the entire 5 seconds I was in it to check if she put it back. Eventually she printed out a new one that s blurry. Furthermore the car isn t in my name, it s in my fathers and he lives 2 hours away so to have him sign the paper to be technically be legal will be a hassle. I wouldn t buy a car here if it was the last place in the world standing and will go out of my way for Subaru dealers in the future to have any work that needs done.

I came in looking to get my first car in my name, and was greeted by Cathy Milner. She is such a polite and easy to deal with lady! She helped me figure out what car was best for my budget, and best for me. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the buying experience extremely fun. I recently bought an Outback from Jake at Stuckey Subaru. It was a great process. There was no pressure to buy. He answered my calls and got back to me with answers to all my questions. And when a problem arose with the vehicle after I bought it, he and the team at Stuckey Subaru took care if it immediately at no cost to me. 100% recommend Stuckey Subaru!
Buying a car from them was easy, but getting ahold of them to schedule a warranty repair less than 6 weeks after purchase, not so much. Called several times and always ended up getting an answering machine. Left several messages with no call backs. Guess the extra three grand for a warranty was a waste of money.
UPDATE: A little late but I did get ahold of someone eventually. They were nice and apologized for the problems. I would recommend them for getting a vehicle.

I traded in my used vehicle and purchased a (newer) used vehicle through Stuckey Ford and Subaru and worked with George Conrad for the transaction. The trade-in value that they offered me on my car was fair and perfectly within expectation on KBB and Consumer reports value. I took a number of vehicles on test drives, of which George and the other associate who talked with me about the features and specifics of each of the vehicles were very knowledgeable. Since this is a Ford and Subaru dealership first and foremost, their knowledge of Fords and Subarus was tops. When I test drove a Hyundai, however, they were just as on-point with knowing the features and warranty information offered. I financed privately through a separate bank, but the financing options that were provided were competitive and they were not overly-pushy when I said I was opting to use a different lender.
I couldn't be happier with my transaction with Stuckey Ford and Subaru. I highly recommend them!
