I purchased a Toyota RAV4 from Stuckey Subaru this past weekend and my experience was excellent. I live 45 minutes away from the dealership so I called ahead and was able to talk with Cathy Milner about the specific car I was looking at and what my plan was for that day. Cathy made sure the car was still available, came up with an exact quote for what it would cost, and was able to quickly fax over the information to my credit union to make sure I could swing by on my way to the dealership. Cathy was super accommodating and friendly when I arrived later that evening and the entire process of test driving and filling out paperwork was very quick and painless. I drove off the lot that evening with the car and absolutely love it. Cathy called me the following Monday to make sure everything was good with the car and to see if I had any questions. I'd definitely recommend checking out Stuckey Subaru if you're in the market for a car.

I took a Subaru Legacy Premium for a test drive and knew immediately that I finally found my car. I am so happy that I bought a Subaru. My auto insurance actually went down even tho it was a new car purchase due to the Legacy's safety ratings!!!
I love love love the AWD and heated seats. My car also gets great gas mileage. So if you are looking for a new or pre owned vehicle, ask for Addison or Jake for a no pressure car buying experience. Gooooooo Subaru!!!

We just bought a 2020 Subaru Forester off the showroom floor for my wife and he was with us through the entire process!! I purchased a new 2019 Ford Edge ST from Stuckey Ford, working with Bradley Walker (initially starting online with Kathleen Payne). The process was conducted very professionally, and was completed in a matter of days.
Being from out of town (a nearly 6-hour trip one way), there is always the possibility of unpleasant surprises. I had previously done all of my homework, and I am happy to say there were no surprises on price; vehicle availability; and the vehicle color and options were as advertised (e.g. no bait-and-switch issues). In short, a frank and honest negotiation that was honored all the way through the final purchase transaction.
Bradley showed us all aspects of the vehicle before bidding us safe travels, and all Stuckey Ford personnel we encountered were very friendly and helpful.
I recommend Stuckey Ford to both local and out-of-state buyers. I have already recommended them to several of my friends as a placing this dealer on their "short list" for consideration. Excellent experience!
Of course they are nice and helpful when you are buying the car. Wait until you need them for service. What a joke! I had my Subaru in for some issues that they could not fix. They acknowledged there were issues but couldn't or wouldn't fix them. This is while it was under warranty.
Fast forward to needing an oil change. They offer walk in service but when you call to see how long it would be, they schedule you for a week later. I was given the wrong price for an oil change. Then I was given the correct price that didnt match what is online. Rude people. Lady was arguing with me over what I was seeing on the website. Left a message for the General Manager that just so conveniently wasnt at his desk. Still haven't heard back two weeks later.
Poor customer service. Very disappointed!

My wife and I were very glad we took the time for a meeting with Jesse Ryan to have questions answered about our new Subaru Forester. I would love to review these folks but I couldn't even get a hold of them on the phone. I called multiple times over the course of a few days and left voice messages and never heard anything back from their service department. I cannot recommend their service if they won't even answer their phones or return their customer calls.

On December 27th, my husband surprised me by telling me he was buying me a new truck! He told me he found two he thought I would like and asked me to go look at them. He told me to ask for Walt Babiak. When I met Walt, he was professional, courteous and explained the different options each truck had. Upon making my final selection, he walked my husband and I through the buying process seamlessly. Buying a vehicle isn't our favorite thing and Walt made the whole thing easy! He clearly explained each step and asked if we had any questions. He arranged for us to meet with Chris in finance and checked back with us to see if anything else was needed. He even called our insurance company and notified them of our new purchase! He worked quickly to prepare our truck, e.g. bedliner, moulded mud flaps, etc. In the short turn around time we needed.
