Spent a month looking for the right subaru. Went though a lot of cars. Finally found the one. They email me to come check out the car. I call them the morning of. Said I would be there in an hour. They said that was fine. I get there and tell them what car I want to see and they take my ID and insurance then inform me that the car had a deposit so I was screwed. Why would i have not been told this. Thanks for informing me of this before I drove the whole way there! Horrible way to get someone's hopes up and waste of gas

I found this dealer because of a car that they had an amazing deal on, our salesperson Brandon was professional and friendly throughout my time dealing with him from the test drive to scheduling another visit for the next Saturday to potentially buy a the car I was interested in. When we arrived at the dealer the cost of the car was $22,409, however, within 5 minutes of leaving the price had changed to $26,288. After emailing Brandon around 1 he waited until 5 to respond saying that someone entered the price in wrong I guess they entered the price wrong for pretty much their whole inventory because most of their cars increased in cost by more than $4,000. Needless to say I canceled my appointment for the following week. Also I am not sure how many of the 5star reviews are real because they have signs around the dealer offering free key chains in exchange for 5 star google or Facebook reviews. I hate giving one star reviews, however this dealer left such a bad taste in my mouth I couldn t justify giving it anywhere near 2 stars.
I went on Auto Trader on a Friday night after my car died. Saturday morning I got a call about a car I was interested in. 4 hours later I drove it home. Cathy Milner and the Stuckey team were the most helpful people I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought a Lincoln MKC there less than a year ago for 22K. The vehicle had brand new tires on it. I take it to get it inspected yesterday and tires are shot. They couldn't have installed a cheaper tire on this vehicle if you tried to. Thanks now buying another set of 4 tires today.

Purchased a van experience was fine. Untill salesman handed me the "key" only one key one key fob ? I asked where is the other ? He said he knew it only had one key fob forgot to tell me. I inquired about getting a second factory fob he said there 150$ and shrugged his shoulders and smiled. Seem rude to me he thought it was funny.
