Tyler was very helpful weeks ago when my Escape got towed to dealership and I was carless needing to get from 2 full time jobs. Tyler got me into a newer Ford Explorer to use until mine was fixed. I explain to Tyler I love the Explorer (especially my husband) but a women with no kids of her own needed a 3 row seating. Tyler was very understanding and kept in contact for the next couple of weeks. I knew when I wanted to get a new car he would be my salesman. Weeks later -I went into dealership looked Tyler up and just wanted to test drive a Edge today. I had no intention of buying anything that day, until I drove it and Tyler became a great help with questions and concerns. This was my first service on our 2015 Subaru Outback. Arriving a bit early I was pleased to see that the car was taken into a service bay only minutes after taking a seat in the waiting area. The waiting area is very clean with comfortable seating, TV, free coffee and vending machines. There are large windows that allow the customer to watch what is happening in the service bays. Very professional! The necessary checks and works were done. The car was road tested and given a wash. The service manager brought the service papers to me in the waiting room. Such a wonderful change from other dealerships. We are very pleased with our Subaru Outback and highly recommend it and Stuckey Subaru. Thank You.

Got a pair of wiper blades for 19.95. the bill was about 113.00, the next day the vehicle began stalling at stop lights. We didn't know Stuckey at all and we're from out of town, just popped in to see what they had. Jerry Pollock was our sales professional. After honestly ten minutes, he gave us the best quote. Stuckey didn't try anything shady. The experience was great. They got the car brand new from the factory five days old and two miles on it. Their fees were all to the dollar within spec because we checked. They ended up beating Edmunds best price and threw in a set of all weather floor mats for no charge. I cannot tell you how impressed I was and would highly recommend them. The buying process took maybe an hour tops.
We live in Pittsburgh. Took a chance with a car listed in the online store. We found what we thought was a cream puff. 2015 Sonata with 19 K at 13500. It was everything we expected! On top of that, Kenny KIm was awesome! There was no pressure. When we arrived, Ken put us in the car and set us loose. He stayed at the dealership while we tested the car. It was so nice to get a feel for the car without the pressure of a sales person in the back. When we were done, we had a real idea of how we felt about the car. It really helped seal the deal! Service was excellent, the sells man knew pretty much everything about the car, the finacial salesman really made u feel good and comfortable about the finace, there wasnt any pressure put on us, like other places where it fells like your on the last question on who wants to be a millionaire, it was just an all around perfect experience. Driving home in my Subaru Outback Impreza Sport 08 from Parkersburg WV in the rain my transmission went out on RT99 near Altoona PA. I knew enough about cars to know that when the tachometer pegs itself at 70mph that s not a good thing. I slowed to 50mph and limped to the next exit and safety made it to a shopping plaza. There I found a firestone garage but they do not work on transmissions and could not help me but they did tell me that the Subaru garage was only a few miles away. A quick search on my phone and I found Stuckey Subaru. A nice lady answered the phone and I explained to her what had happened, she gave me the phone number of the towing service they use and said I was only 3 miles away from the dealership. As I was waiting in my car in the pouring down rain I began to prepare myself for the reality that I would be buying a new car that day. I called the bank and chatted with family and friends to help pass the time as I waited for the tow truck. Once my car and I arrived at the dealer I was introduced to Dave in the service dept. I told him my story and even though I knew my fate I needed confirmation that the transmission was gone. Dave then asked if I wanted to talk to a salesperson while I waited for my car to be evaluated. Dave then introduced me to Jim. Jim showed me a few cars that were in my price range and I even took one for a test drive. This also helped to pass the time. It wasn t long until Dave gave me the details of how bad my car really was, he gave it to me strait and also pointed out other thing that would need to be addressed along with the blown transmission. I really appreciated his honesty. Having the facts on my ailing car Jim and I started the process of what seems like endless paperwork. Jim then introduced me to Sushant from finance, and you guessed it more paper work. I had to laugh because I realized I was in Hollidaysburg and I thought today is Holly s Day to buy a car, and with that I began to breathe easier. Sush was very helpful and worked the numbers so I felt comfortable with my new car payment. I m not sure who said it but someone said your taking this pretty well, I m not sure I could have handled this as well as you are . Being a Christian doesn t prevent you for having bad days but it does help you get through those bad days. I put my trust in the Lord to get me home that day and for that I was thankful. I now own a Crosstrek 2015, which makes that my 4th Subaru. I never thought that I would be buying one, it wasn t on my, to do list for that day. I only wish I lived closer so Stuckey Subaru could be my go to dealer. Thank you all at Stuckey Subaru, from the receptionist who answered the phone to the Service Dept, Sales team, Finance, and even the parts dept as I returned the following Saturday to drop of the title to the old car, I purchased a Tonneau cover for the trunk of the new car. We are looking forward to picking up our new Subaru tomorrow. Last week, we had seen the Ascent for the first time. We also met Nathan Pope, the sales person. He offered a test drive and to answer any questions but we didn't have time that day. We made an appointment for today and were happy to take a test drive. Nathan was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered every question we had. He was courteous, friendly and helpful in every way. We appreciate that he was not pressuring us but able to point out many features that we had overlooked.
