Went in to buy a car last night, first of all I submitted my interest the day before stating I could come out the following day to look at it. Was a two in a half hour drive for me and my father, when we arrived on the time we said we would be there the car was not clean nor had any gas in it. The salesman that was given to us was off, and had other clients coming in which I understand however the person I contacted could of had the car prepared to look at. I was handed the keys and was said to take it for a drive which I did. When I got back, Kristina came outside in which I had to ask her to show me some things on the car. (more of which I knew about than she did) but they seemed to have no interest in selling a car. We were putting a lot of money down and we're going to finance half of what the price was. They had us sit there for hours, to tell us they couldn't get it approved. For someone that came in, knew what they wanted and for someone who sold cars for years I have seen much worse get done. Lack of professionalism from the entire staff and effort. Was disappointing to see for the time that we wasted to get there, sit there to come home empty handed or without a good reason. Won't be back here!
