Awesome experience at Stuckey Ford with sales Consultant Phil Koontz. We drove 2.5 hours to buy our 2017 F150 from Phil and it was well worth the trip. We had our two impatient toddlers with us, but the buying process was quick and painless. They also handled turning in our lease on our Ford Escape that was up in 3 months time. Walked in asking about a new commercial vehicle, the person that helped me didn't realize that I already knew exactly what I wanted and had researched everything ahead of time. Fed me a long line of garbage about what I wanted wasn't available and couldn't be gotten and that I should get this lesser trim package etc. Told me what I wanted wasn't available anywhere in the area. I drove to different Ford dealership the next day and purchased exactly what I wanted and for significantly cheaper than the lesser vehicle that Stuckey tried to sell me. Disappointed in a local run business to say the least.

The people were nice (I mean, it is a car dealership) and were willing to work with us a little bit on price, but I have one hang up: while the salesperson and the person I went with were on the test drive, I walked past the salesperson's desk and noticed all kinds of personal information displayed on an unlocked computer for anyone at the dealership to see. Situational security and awareness are important, especially considering the kind of data a car dealer will have on a prospective customer.

This was one of the best experiences I've had with purchasing a vehicle. After about 2 1/2 months the battery died, and started hearing a noise in the steering, Sales manager had it all fixed for me free of charge! Never had anyone do that for me before, most said "sorry but warranty doesn't cover it so you'll need to pay for repairs... used cars are as is after 30 days" ... guess we found a local dealership who stands behind their word and cares about you, even after the sale.. Addendum: purchased a new Outback from them a few weeks back (July 2020). The entire process went well with no issues or concerns. No haggling as everyone worked off the same page. Special thanks to Nat Fama and Tim Parks who handled all the details of the sale and a shout out to Jesse Ryan, post sales coordinator, who, several weeks after our purchase, conducted a refresher trainer for us on all of the vehicle s electronic components and special features. Really helped out. It was a new experience for us, but after reflection, it really is an appropriate action post sale to insure that the buyer is deriving all of the benefit from the new technology. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, you just might want to check out these folk.

We drove all the way to Stuckey from State College to look at a car. The car was exactly what we were looking for and we were paying cash. Then, the salesperson tells us the car was a rental for a year and was already a 2-owner car. She even said the car being a rental was a "good thing". What a joke. She tried to convince us the car's price was at market value. It wasn't. The price was $1000 high even for one in perfect condition, much less a former rental car. When she told us they wouldn't budge, not even a dollar, I knew it was time to leave and never go back. What kind of dealer refuses to deal with a customer paying cash and tries to sell former rental cars for $1000 over KBB? The answer is a really bad one.

dropped my car to fix something under warranty, after an hour or so received a call from the lady in the front, stating that the tech that looked at my car checked the documentation and the car is behaving as designed, after insisting to have someone look deeper into the issue because it was working before, she called again and said that they found the issue and all it took to fix it is pressing a button for 4 seconds.
I don't find it acceptable that a tech that doesn't know how to do something, will say it "can't be done" instead of finding the solution.
today i call for and appointment for another issue that started with my car yesterday, and they are 3 weeks out for appointments, 3 weeks to look at an issue???
they do have a nice facility and a very nice driver, but i didn't have the best luck with them, and will take my car to another dealer.
Usually I really hate going to dealerships. Just really not for me. With that said I was actually pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was at Stuckey Subaru, and how there was very little buying pressure put on me. Everything was streamlined and every question I had was answered. Love my Subaru! Especially as someone who travels a lot throughout Pennsylvania, even during winter months.

We had a very good experience when buying our truck. The problem we had was when we took it back to have a few issues fixed. They did NOTHING to solve any of them. Total waste of a trip over there.

I've bought two very nice, newer used cars at stuckeys over the last few years for my young adult daughters. I was very pleased with the cars and the prices. The salesmen on both occasions were very courteous and helpful. Financing was also convenient and found us a competitively low interest rate. My older daughter has taken her car there for routine service (oil changes and inspection) and has always been treated very well. I have one more child to find a car for in the next couple of years, and I'll definitely look here first.

This dealership is my favorite. When I want something, I want it done in a timely fashion and they were right on it. I spent 3 days, on my lunch break, at the dealership working with AJ to get into a vehicle with 3rd row seating. He promptly had everything ready to go for me in the hour time span that I had. I was able to get my van traded in and the paperwork all done quickly. AJ was even kind enough to move the car seats and junk from my other vehicle into my new Ford Flex without any complaints. I m so glad that I chose this dealership and even more glad that I no longer have a soccer mom van. My cool mom status just leveled up a notch.
Nathan Pope took the time to show us all the cars we wanted to drive, then once we had decided facilitated the purchase. After the purchase there were two small issues with the used car we purchased, Nathan did a great job in getting both item corrected and a loaner car to drive during the repairs.

First of all i want to say dealing with this dealership was an absolute nightmare. I called a day before driving 2 hours to let them know im coming out to buy a specific car and even put a down payment over the phone for them to hold it. I told them my credit score which is definitely fair and gave them ny exact score. They said they would have no problem finding a reasonable APR. i get there and it takes them 2 hours just to tell me im not approved besides from one institution which was 29% APR. ridiculous. I ended up having a family member with perfect credit co-sign the loan. When leaving the dealership car was not cleaned inside nor was there a full tank of gas... worst part to come yet. Have the car 10 weeks give or take and im driving one morning to work and hear this awful grinding noise when braking. Take it to local tire and auto shop. Brakes and rotors completely shot down to the metal. Caliper was fine and not sticking so there was no way the brake pads were good when they sold me the vehicle. Salesman name is jerry. I wanted them to honor the labor i had to get done or at least contribute. They said no. I argued that u cant wear out pads in 10 weeks. Its a stick shift and 85% of the time i downshift and dont even use the break. Point is caliper was fine and it proves the pads were no good when i bought the car. Not to mention had to call multiple times and even have them page the sales manager over the loud speaker the final time. Will never buy a vehicle there again. Absolutely pathetic
It was time to trade my previous Outback in for a newer model. Cathy Milner was my salesperson. Cathy is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was willing to go above and beyond to help me find what I wanted. When I forgot my little angel that was clipped onto my visor in my trade-in, she made sure I got it! I am happy with my 2019 Outback and my overall experience.
I found a car that I wanted on Carfax, it was a Cadillac SRX premium. I called Stuckey Subaru to see if it was still available and talked with Courtney, she's a customer service rep. She was so sweet & helpful, she checked to see if the car was still available, she gave me some great advice and tips on how to attain the car & hold it until I was able to come and test drive it. On the day that I came to test drive the car she let the sales guys know that I was coming and they had the car ready for me, it was clean & polished. Then I met Josh, my sales guy. He was so nice, patient and helpful and very knowledgeable. He made the whole process go so smoothly. When I got back from taking the car for a test drive Josh had all the paperwork drawn up and ready to go over with me to sign. He did his magic and I got the car at the price and the payment that I wanted. The rest was the work of the finance manager, Walt. Also a great guy. Really knows his stuff. The whole team there at Stuckey Subaru was nice, courteous and helpful. their knowledge of all the ins and outs of the process made it go smoothly and quickly. I definitely will go back.
