The entire process from test drive to sealing the deal went smoothly. The sales person (Carrie) was a pleasure to work with. I was particularly impressed with the fact that they were so willing to bring the vehicle to my house for delivery. Very accommodating and very much appreciated.

Bought both our vehicles from Stokes. If you buy from them GET THE WARRANTY... It was so worth the money to get the warranty!! Oil changes are all covered and when my husband had an electrical issue... what should of been $1400 to fix cost us a $100 deductible. Also, at one point the warranty company was only going to pay part of the labor costs... Stokes picked up the rest because it wasn't our fault that the warranty company only covered so much. To me that shows a companies integrity to stand by their product and sale.

I leased a CRV from Stokes Honda in February and it was a seamless experience. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and obviously wanted my business. I traded in my VW and received what I felt was a fair value for it, based on KBB. The CRV is awesome! Leather seats, sunroof, DVD player, and a lot of the little extras. When I was looking at the CRV the staff members at Stokes were very patient, they even allowed me to have an extended "test drive" by letting me take the vehicle home. Of course I fell in love with it. When I decided to finally close on the CRV Stokes made it a great experience for me by preparing the car, going over all of the features (and i mean ALL), they even set up my bluetooth and ipod settings. In the finance office everything was smooth and as promised. They did offer me a few extras, but I understand that's part of their job, and they never balked when I declined. Overall I've been extremely pleased with both my new CRV and the staff at Stokes.

For the 3rd time the technician failed to reset th...

For the 3rd time the technician failed to reset the tire pressure alert after rotating tires on my CRV. This would not be a big deal except the car Manuel does not provide instructions ad to how to do this yourself. So I need to either turn around and go back to the dealership or find a YouTube video to figure this out. I have asked that tjis be part of the check off list that is completed before returning the car to the customer and for a while there was a sticker on the customer copy indicating that this needed to be done. This last time was extremely annoying as it was at the end of the day and we were leaving the next morning for a trip . Very frustrating to see the Low Tire Pressure Alert on the are inside the mileage guage.

Kathleen is a super sales person at Stokes Honda. She has the best personality that is warm and inviting. If you want an easy friendly experience when buying your new Honda, I highly recommend that you ask for Kathleen.

A complete professional who is highly educated on not only his Honda products but a lot of his competitors as well. Great when your trying to compare and make the best decision.
You dont have to worry about spending all day there, AJ is a whiz with the paperwork and has all his i's dotted and his t's crossed, unlike other dealerships where their t's are dotted and their eyes are crossed: )
AJ is a reflection of the sales team and it all comes down to an awesome and knowledgable management team!

This place is a rip off, they will try to have you sign a blank piece of paper with your name and address on it that says "we owe" on it and can not explain what you are signing, also they will give false information regarding warranty's on cars they sale. The Fiance manager only wants to sale you warranties to make money and he can care less what you signing. The dealership manager of the store will not come out of the both for 5 seconds to talk to the customers that was given misinformation to apologize, he just gives you the brush off an says he's to busy. The sales rep told me "I never had no one ask questions before in that manner" and i told him that's because you are NOT going to put anything in front of me and expect me to sign it without explaining what i'm signing or nothing detailing on paper of WHAT i'm signing. My experience was not a good one and they thought they had a fool walking in the door that would sign anything they put in front of her. I wouldn't recommend this place to my DOG because he will be to dame smart to fall for the nonsense.

I was so impressed with my sales person, Traci Trapini. She went out of her way to make my whole buying experience pleasant and easy with no pressure. I always dread when car salesmen bring in the manager for that dreaded push. Michael Blume was the manager I worked with. He was a complete pleasure. I recommend Track and Michael for a smooth transaction. They seem to truly care that you get a car you will love. Not just out to make a sale. Thanks again!

Public relations skills lacking. Called twice with...

Public relations skills lacking. Called twice within last few weeks regarding a used vehicle advertised. My offer involved no trade and $22K (plus dealer fees) certified bank check - real money and ready to do business! My issue is not that they declined my offer that is there right and where negotiation begins. Sadly, all three associates in my dealings did not have the sales skills to redirect my attention to a)the real value of the vehicle b)suggestive selling - direct me to the lower priced similar make/model vehicles presently on their lot. c)Bother to do a phone follow-up. I appreciate the level of inquiries that come in to a dealership but when someone has a credit card (deposit) and a certified bank check for $22K lets do business ! In closing, it was relayed to me that a sales manager stated that if I find that vehicle in that good of condition at the asking price they would purchase (5) from me.....hence, (3) Stars for "originality".

I just had to stop and write about a fantastic experience I had today at Stokes Honda service department. I was not sure what was wrong with my car when I could not get my radio to come on. So I heard good things about Stokes Honda's service department and came right in! I was so happy to find out that it was just the need for a new battery that cost less than everywhere else including Walmart, by the way. Mike, the service writer put me at ease with his great customer service and Travis was kind enough to set my radio code for me just to be nice. While I was waiting, I met this really nice sales lady named Kathleen who kept me company while I was waiting. I have never had a better time getting my car taken care of. Everyone should come here to get their service done. Stokes Honda is the best place to service your car! And if you need a new car, Kathleen is the lady you want to talk to!

Terrible dealership involved in false advertisemen...

Terrible dealership involved in false advertisement. A consumer expects a different level of service from a branded dealerships. Once a vehicle is sold or not available for sale, the vehicle should be taken off the online advertisement listings immediately or by next day. The vehicle has been on the advertisement site now for a weeks. All the other dealerships are very fast and responsive to prevent time waste and false advertisement issues. This dealership does not do that which is intolerable. I will also file a complaint with the manager.

Best Honda dealership in the area. Go see Matt Wight and tell him Amelia sent you. This is the only dealership that gave us the price we wanted plus ALL of the extras!! After purchasing our first vehicle this past spring, i was rear ended within a month of having it. Matt reordered another one for us and we upgraded to the elite package. Not only did we get everything we wanted in the car, we also got the same deal and price as before. Justin, the sales manager, is a pleasure to work with and always has a smile on his face. I seriously cant brag enough about this dealership. My dad was so impressed, and envious of our vehicle, that he special ordered one for himself, and he lives out of state!! No other dealership can touch the prices at Stokes Honda North. They don't play games or waste your time like so many other places do. This is coming from a mom with a two year old. Go see Matt W and Justin!! You'll walk out with a new car and feeling like family.

On April 11, 2014, my husband and I went to Stokes Honda North in search of a vehicle for my husband. We found a used one that we liked and was interested in. We went up to the first sales person we found and he took us out for a test drive. We like the vehicle and decided we'd like to talk numbers. We sat down and instantly the sales person had us signing multiple papers with out even going over the price. Then the sales manager Ric, came over and showed us the pricing sheet. The price of the vehicle was a $2,000 dollars more than the listed price online. They advertise one price online but it's another in the dealership and when I asked about the difference I was told that it was the cost of the refurbishing and that he could show me proof. He could not match the price listed online. That was the first thing that upset us, we felt lied to. We then asked about the radio in the car, it was not the factory installed radio but some cheap one that you can buy from walmart. We knew that from prior research that the radio that was supposed to be in this 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited was a touch screen radio valued around $1,000. With the radio that was installed none of the hands free buttons on the steering wheel worked and we felt that the price should reflect that flaw in the vehicle. During this discussion with the sales manager (Ric), would storm out of the office with out saying a word. We felt that he was very rude and disrespectful. We eventually worked out the price to a range in which we believed was fair. Then we were asked to sign more papers. Papers that dealt with the actual purchase of the car. We kept asking to see numbers and payment options so that we could make a well informed decision and not waste any more time. Every time we asked, we were told "oh you'll do that with finance". At this point we had been sitting there for over an hour and we had no idea on even a ball park figure. Finally I asked Ric if we could finally see them. His response was "oh i'm sure we'll get it right where you want them to be." I then asked him and where would that be? We had never mentioned to him what our perfect number was. Even after all that, we decided we still liked the vehicle well enough that we would consider purchasing it anyways. Sitting down with finance we realized that we were never offered the $500 Military rebate during the pricing (we had been told about it when we first arrived on the lot). So when we inquired about that Ric stormed in and he told us that because he took off money for the radio, that he could no longer give us the advertised discount because he would be losing too much money. He said that other people would purchase the vehicle with out asking them to take money off. My husband and I have never felt so disrespected. They advertise prices that are not true. They refuse to give you the rebates that you qualify for, even for the military. This was absolutely the worst car buying experience we have ever encountered and will never suggest others visit this dealership.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Stokes Honda now. Each experience was unique to each situation. This time around, with the children growing, it was time for a Pilot. The ONLY sales person you should consider here is PJ. Not only did he make this the least stressful and painless car buying experience ever, he also fought to get the best deal available. The level of care and professionalism is unmatched. If you are in the market for a new car you HAVE to go see PJ at Stokes Honda.

This is a warning. My experience at Stokes and the people I worked with were practice and friendly. However, the car I purchased passed their inspection criteria yet failed to have a quality transmission and is now worth half the price I paid for it. I have had the car for five months.
If you are looking at Stokes do not trust their inspection, do not trust their price, and GET A SECOND OPINION.

Bought a honda serviced here. It had an engine replaced because timing belt broke. (Thought it was a good deal). This was because they installed it wrong the first time they replaced the belt. Well 30,000 miles later I have another broken timing belt. Unfortunately the 6 month warranty is up. I no longer live in SC so I'm now having to take it to get another timing belt at the dealership here in TN. Hopefully don't have to replace the whole engine again (fingers crossed). Basically these guys do NOT know how to properly change a timing belt. Invoice # H0CS683683. Invoice date 02/20/18.

I came to the dealer to test drive a Honda Civic. Going in I was aware that I wanted to probably leave the lot that day with one, but wanted to see what kind of deal I could get. I first stopped by here on Saturday (xmas eve) to find them closing up shop early cause of "no customers" (which I understand can happen). One of the sales reps who was leaving though, Kathleen, saw us and said she would be more than willing to stay longer and help answer any questions we would have. She was very thorough and even though she couldn't get back in to get us keys, made sure she showed us everything she could and explained a great amount of things in detail. She told us to return on Monday and gave us another sales rep to deal with as she would be out of town for the holidays. So we returned monday to find the new rep, Darnell, who had come in specifically that day to wait for us as Kathleen had told him we might stop by. Darnell was just as nice as Kathleen and took all the time and effort to show us every tiny detail on the cars. The both of them clearly were people that cared about what they do. So we begin talking money, and this is where things go south. Fast. Darnell was extremely nice the entire time we talked through this, but at one point a finance person, Justin, decided it was his time to come over and explain the dire situation in regards to finance. He simply asked a few questions and then proceeded to walk off saying he would "work a deal." We waited another 5 hours for Justin and the finance team to "work a deal." All the while people that came in hours after us were coming in, test driving a car and leaving with said car LONG before we even saw any paperwork on monthly pricing or finer details. When we expressed to Darnell our impatience with finance taking so long we constantly got "they are waiting on a response from Honda." A response, which after 5 hours of it, even Darnell seemed to be getting tired of hearing from finance. When I decided to get up and walk by to see what they were in fact doing that was taking them so long, I found the finance team in their office in the corner chit chatting and laughing over jokes, while others sat at computers on facebook, or watching videos. At the sight of this I was livid. 5 HOURS I had been waiting to simply see final monthly payment outlined and these guys were in some corner laughing it up and not doing a dang thing. I went back to ask Darnell if he had heard anything, to which I got an expected answer of no. I then proceeded to storm over just as a closer lady walked over with my paperwork. I did in a manner of speaking "shoot the messenger" by expressing to her how upset I was with how finance was doing, when she in fact was just one of the people that just closes the final paper work. She had no clue what finance was doing and only simply knew that when she got paper work from them of final pricing to start running the additional paperwork needed. So Darnell, and Chelsea (the end girl) were both extremely nice, with Darnell going above and beyond to make sure we got everything, and even pressuring finance all day to get us a response as he was well aware they were wasting our time more and more as they clearly goofed off and roamed the internet.
So word of advice, if you are going in to buy a car, ask for Darnell, or Kathleen. They will treat you like a guest, realizing that your time is precious and important and should not be taken for granted. But don't for a heartbeat expect anyone in finance to do you any favors, to get you any answers, or to care about how much of your time they waste. Chelsea, as well was very nice and did her job very well, and am aware that she got us at a point in the process where we were done and ready to go home already, but she did her best to stay calm and to do her job. All in all though, 7 hours of our time was wasted away here. All because finance seemed to care more about what stupid stuff they could find online to laugh and joke over, then actually get stuff done. Due to it I will in the future take my business elsewhere.

I purchased my new Honda Accord from Stokes Honda North. The environment of the dealership was very friendly and pleasant. I found all the staff very accomodating and available for my questions. I never felt like I was pressured to buy. Sandy, my sales representative, went over the manual and showed me how to use the navigation system and set the electronics, Even after the sale, she followed up to make sure everything was OK.
Later I decided I wanted to buy a pre-owned Honda Element so I went back to Stokes Honda North. They did not have one on their lot, but immediately contacted other dealerships and located one for me. I received the same excellent service buying my used car as I did when I purchased my new car.
I also have my cars serviced at Stokes and they do a great job. All the service staff are friendly and very qualified. I always know what service is due because they send me emails to remind me.
I highly recommend Stokes Honda North to all my friends as well as my
co-workers. Stokes Honda North - YOU ARE THE BEST!

Been going here over 5 years, they are always fair- friendly- on the ball and never had a problem. The sales group are not pushy, prices are great. Service group is always nice and attentive! No weird service charges or false service needs. Cant say enough good!

Since my purchase, I feel like I've become part of something more than just a dealership. Friendships were made.
