Great dealership Sean was very helpful in the service department. Got me in and out quick and the technicians did a great job doing my oil change and inspection. Last time I went to wal mart and they stripped my drain plug and left grease all over the door. Sean got me a new drain plug and the mechanics returned my car clean and in the same condition I brought it in. Coming back to Stokes from now on!

Went looking for a new car, was greeted by reception, advised already had an appointment, only waited a few moments and met with appointed sales representative. Although I did not but a car today u look forward to coming back in the future to buy a car of my choice. Sales people very nice, not typical pushy sales people. Very polite listened to what I wanted let me take a test drive o. The hwy to test horsepower and handling. Very clean restrooms ( strangely a rarety at car dealerships). Nicely stocked coffee bar. Highly recommend this dealership.

My visit was made wonderful by Kathleen Reece. I'm looking into the ridge line and she knew her stuff.

Wanted a used truck that was advertised on their Rivers Ave. website but when I went there I was told the truck was at a different location and that they could have it brought down for a $200 "refundable" fee. That's not good customer service. Just lost a potentially lucrative sale.

They advertise giving 100-200% Kelley blue book value for your car. My car is an Accord, 4 door,5 yrs. old, 20,000 miles, garage kept, well taken care of.They only want to give me 14,900 for it. Blue book values are 16,-18 k. Based on their add, they should be offering me at a minimum of 25-28,000, but 14,900? That would make me pay an additional 15,000- seriously? To them it s only worth @7k. What a joke they are!! Been buying Honda,s since 1978. According to laws, I call it fraud, plain and simple

They get service done quickly and their customer service is always friendly. I come here for oil changes when I m in the area, and overall, I would recommend them.

EDIT: They damaged my custom rims by deflating my tires during a multi point inspection and now my tires are losing air constantly.

I believe Francis is the best sales person at Stokes Honda because it s been known he s consistently the sales person almost every month & he was the Sales person of the year
He s showing & listen to customers what they want & not being them pressured & he makes sure that the customer is satisfied of what they buy & I will recommend him to my relatives & friends

See the FOLLOW UP at the end when I needed to buy a battery........which was NOT a great experience. I had to go somewhere else to buy my battery. Read my review at the end of this review. I have not been back since.

I had a great experience when I took my Honda Accord in for service. The service provider provided excellent service along with keeping me informed of the timetable it was taken to have my car serviced. He also advise me of some additional service that I needed that I did not know about. I took his advice and it made a world of difference in the car. I highly recommend Cameron has your service advisor if you can get him when you called. He is excellent!!......

09/01/18. This is an update to my review. My car battery went bad the night before and I had to have my car jumped off to start. On Saturday morning I needed to get a new battery so I called Stokes Honda North to let them know I had an emergency and I needed to get a new battery. I was told they could not help me as they were too busy to do it. I realize and understand they were busy, but my car battery died and I was stranded without a new battery because the car would not start. I asked what if I had just shown up what would they have done? This wasn't something that I could have waited until Monday to buy. So I go to the local parts store and buy a battery and they installed it for free......If Stokes Honda North can't help me in an emergency situation, why would I ever go back there for scheduled service?

They are not willing to negotiate on pricing. They will tell you they can work with the price and don't. We have been going there for over a week trying to buy a van and they said they would work with us and by the end they said they will call us when they are willing to go down and haven't heard from them

We had Francis as our salesman and he was great! Very informative and has a very easy going personality! Our experience couldn t have been any smoother than what it was with Francis. Not only do we stick with Honda but we also stick with Francis as our salesman when we come in to see what s available! Thank you again Francis for being such an awesome and down to earth person that you are!

My sales lady was awesome, loved her. First oil change ever on my Pilot, and I had oil and grease all of the interior of my brand new SUV. Even in the back seat and ceiling. Service manager ended up screaming at me so loud, that the potential buyers, and staff stopped and turned to look at what was happening in the service department. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this place again, nor will I EVER let them service it. I did speak with Mr. Stokes over the matter, and he didn't seem to care at all at how I was treated. I just got off the phone with them to try to find out when my warranty was up, and was transferred to an answering machine. Called back, and the same person (Kim) answered the phone and huffed at me when I asked if she couldn't look up the date for me. The customer service of this place is absolutely horrible. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone.

PJ was amazing and very helpful through the whole process from the test drive all the way up until I drove off in my new 2018 accord sport 2.0!

I normally don't comment. But my wife purchased a new Honda accord from this dealership. Less than 15 thousand miles and all the braking system went out almost caused an rear end accident. We had it towed to the dealership and then got a serious around about getting a loaner car. Hate dealing with people after you spend a lot of money on a new car.

Kathleen is a super salesperson who is very knowledgeable and always has a great attitude. Looking forward to trading my 2016 Honda Accord in a few years.

Thank you for your help guys. I have never heard something like AC pipe being clogged so that all the AC water was coming back to my carpets. These people helped me fast and fixed it.
Also, they do not offer loan cars but they gave me a sport CV for very reasonable special price.

I've purchased two vehicles here over the years- and will be purchasing another in the near future.

I'm very disappointed they have removed the customer work station from the service area- I used them every time I come for service. The only other area with a table to work at is in the middle of the sales floor which is noisy and inconvenient.

I would humbly request ownership rectify this.

all the managers including Gary Fuller and Joe detry at Stokes Honda North need to wear clown noses because their service is a joke. I bought a car in before the first oil change it needed a rebuilt transmission and now a rebuilt fuel system not only did Stokes Honda North refuse to claim responsibility for any of it but then they refused to service or repair the vehicle. after claiming they would try to help me they try to put me in a newer vehicle for $565 per month when I was previously paying 280. legally they didn't do anything wrong but as a human being to sell another human being such a rotten piece of equipment that I'm still paying on and can no longer use is a really really terrible way to do business shame on them. two weeks without a vehicle and trying to work with them they've done nothing but not listen to my needs and try to upsell me on a different car.
