Went to get an oil change. Greeted with great customer service. Also did an inspection and suggested air filter replacement and cvt did change. Went with it and car is in excellent shape. Stokes Honda certainly performed on their end.

I received a recall for the driverside airbag on my 2008 honda crv that I purchased new from Stokes Honda. The notice said that it had potential to be fatal and that Honda would be providing alternative transportation, or reimbursement since parts would not be available until summer 2016. I called Stokes on 3/29/16 at 9 am and was told that I needed to speak to Heather and was transferred over. Someone else answered the phone and said she was with a customer and took my name and number for her to call me back. At 430 pm, I still had not received a return call, so I called back and was told that she was gone for the day. I asked to speak to the service manager, who said he would work on getting me a rental vehicle to drive while waiting on the parts. The next day, 3/30/16, at 5pm I still had not heard back from them, so again I called. Heather told me they wouldn't have anything available for me until the following Tuesday, but told me it would definitely be an SUV or a minivan so that I would have comparable cargo room and room for my rear facing child seat. I asked if I could get my own rental for the week while I waited and them reimburse me for the cost and was told absolutely not (the notice and a previous phone call to American Honda to voice my dissatisfaction on the return call issue said they would reimburse). I asked what I was supposed to do for the week and explained that I had a 13 month old. I was told "I guess if something happens, then Honda will be responsible." A lot of good that would have done me if myself, or my child had been killed or injured. An appointment is set up for me to receive the rental car on 3/5/16 at 11am. On 3/4/16, they called to confirm my appointment. Stokes takes me to enterprise and drops me off, where not only do they not have a minivan or suv for me to drive, but they also did not know I was coming and did not have anything available at the moment. I had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes with my 13 month old until a full size car was ready. Why did Stokes make an appointment with me if I was going to have to wait over an hour!!! Needless to say, the last 30 mins of the wait and the 25 min ride home, my exhausted daughter cried and screamed. She was hungry and tired and we were stuck due to stokes very poor customer service. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer right now. I am in the market for a new vehicle in the next 6 months or so, and as it stands right now, I can say I will be looking somewhere other than Stokes Honda.

Careful when you leave service depart read all recommended service to your car, they allowed me to leave with nails in 2 of my tires, and I have it in writing that they recommend 2 tires and want to charge me 260 dollars, when my tires and rims are under warranty, I did not read all until I left, but had to go into work, but I think it's crazy instead of changing my tires (which I will not pay for) they let you leave there lot with hazards in not only 1 but 2 tires.

Last year I got a brand new CRV from this dealer. Pretty smooth experience. I have decided to get a trailer hitch on my CRV so I called the dealer for a quote, the guy at the parts department said.. just over 800 parts and labor. Really? More then 800 for a hitch?? I called U Houle down the street and they said 429 tax included and also a ball included. 429 out the door. I known usually is a bit more expensive at the dealership but this is just plain over priced.

Service department will tell you an estimated time, and will not comply. I was with no transportation for over 3 days because of a "simple fix" that was going to take 3 hrs, it ended Up) taking more than 3 days. They refused to give us a loaner car, or to provide any other options.

I went there on Friday to have an oil change and tire rotation as per maintenance. However, of course I was handed an estimate for the "30,000 mark" which I know is not that serious. However, I am a woman and of course I would get taken advantage of. Well I drove away and went about my day. As I was leaving Wal-Mart my tire pressure light came on the dashboard. I was confused because my pressure fine when I left there. I was near my exit on I-26 and my tire mysteriously blew and came off the entire tread. I called them after roadside service helped me and they told me to come back and they would take care of it. I went there and had my tire repaired. Well unbeknownst to me I had to pay for the repair so I am now confused. I asked them what was wrong of course they wrote the wrong problem that there was a nail in it which it was not. I was extremely upset and of course they gave me some crap about they pay $20 less than customers so of course I had to pay $137 for a tire. I feel that there was a mistake done to my tires on purpose because I refused the "30,000 mark up." From now on I will go somewhere else for my oil change and other maintenance. I felt that I was duped to pay for their mistake.

Bought a used vehicle 2 months ago and bought an expensive extended warranty. Still having same problems as the day I bought it, engine idles rough, check engine light goes on and off, turn signals don't work properly, front end vibrates violently. Took the vehicle back 3 times in the first 3 days I owned it. I was told the warrantee would cover all these problems. They have refused to cover any of them. My husband and I bought a vehicle last week. We had a fantastic experience even with two kids in tow, which is not an easy feat. The environment was laid back and we did not feel pressure or pushed at any point. We drove over an hour to this dealership and it was well worth it. The icing on the cake was our salesmen Francis. He was honest, answered all of our questions and had an abundant amount of patience with us. Francis is literally the best ! As soon as I stepped foot out of the car I arrived in the first day, I was greeted! It s not my first car but my first time getting one that I have to finance. I had no idea what kind of car I wanted but he was very patient and HONEST! He answered all of my questions and never got impatient, even in the cold weather. He followed up and we set another appointment! He doesn t make you feel uncomfortable and hounds you with upsells ! He also never brushed me off because I asked for Jerome but when Jerome wasn t available he took care of me like he would. My guests and I were treated very well and we appreciate him so much. Francis in sales talked to me the "short and sweet" on the Honda 2016 Ridgeline. Although I didn't purchase the Ridgeline. Francis was easy going and talked to me like I was an old friend but still yes and no sir. I felt very good about his insight into the Ridgeline and would prefer to purchase from him.

I stopped in for an oil change while chasing storm up the coast for surfing . The service writer Richmond was professional and fast even though it was 7pm. Everyone treated me well and didn't treat me like someone they wanted to leave. Like when you show up to a restaurant and hour before closing.

If I am in charrlestone again I will chose this dealership!

I highly recommend Andrew Sinsuat at Stokes Honda. He helped us with the purchase of 2 cars in less than a year. 1 of which was my sons 1st car. I love how he shows just as much excitement as the person getting the car. Andrew is also very knowledgeable with the cars in stock and all the services Stokes provides. Most importantly he isn't someone that will try to convince you to buy something above your means. As long as he's in the car business that's who we will trust!!

I want to personally thank Andy Miller in your service department. I took my 1998 Honda Accord in to be serviced yesterday and was terrified that I would be handed a laundry list of problems and a big bill at the end. Andy took the time to speak to me on the phone and explain everything in terms I could understand. He was knowledgeable, honest and didn't speak down to me. I will ONLY go to Stokes Honda to service my car from now on (as long as Andy Miller is there to explain everything to me!)

I ll start off by saying they always have great customer service and I m always pleased with this place. But today had a bad experience, made an appointment for an oil change on my car at 10:20am got out of there at 12:58pm to be exact. And no one had the decency to tell me that they were backed up. Until I asked if my car was done. One gentleman told me to wait 10 minutes that they were almost done half an hour passed I asked again and they told me 10 more minutes almost done. Very disappointing!!

The staff was friendly and helpful.

I helped my son by his first car there it was a Honda Civic. The sales people were great we pulled up in an Uber and drove away and a new car for my son. They have a great complimentary Beverage Station where they have free soda for you or bottled water everything you could need to make you feel more comfortable in the South Carolina heat.

Not to mention the prices on the vending machine we're nothing crazy like most places are it was simply $1 for anything in the machine for the most part except for the smaller candy items which were less, but nothing was over $1 so even if you had a long wait you were comfortable with plenty to drink soda, water, hot beverages whatever you could want.

Great place to buy a car if I lived closer I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat. A+ to our salesperson JP and Prince.

I recently purchased a GMC Denali from Stokes Honda North and the sales experience was amazing! Garfield was wonderful from start to finish. After I purchased the Denali, I noticed that a wire was loose in the trunk area, so I texted Garfield and he texted me back right away! During the repair, he made sure that the wire replacement was done correctly and dropped off the car himself to my home later that day, saving me trip back to the dealer. That is type of customer service that I don't typically expect but when it happens, its wonderful!! If you are looking for a car, call Stokes Honda North and ask for Garfield!

AL, Steve, Jim & Dan:

I felt it necessary to write this review because my texts and emails are getting no response. As you know, the above referenced BMW SUV I purchased from you arrived to Salt Lake City, UT and immediately broke down. The SUV came directly off the transport, I drove it 50 feet, off to the side of the drop spot and it immediately died and failed to start. I had to get a tow truck and have it towed to a local BMW repair shop. They in turn determined the fuel pump went out and needed to be replaced along with a new fuel filter. The shop stated the cars computer had stored other previous codes for low fuel pressure and misfires. I noticed when I got into it the car for the first time the Service Engine Light was on. I also had an issue with the driver s side door handle, it is broken and the door cannot be opened from the outside. This door issue was relayed to the transport driver as the SUV was being loaded load at Stokes Honda. These two issues were not disclosed to me about the condition of the SUV and I feel if I would have known about these, I would have negotiated a lower price or walked away from the purchase.

I have asked several times by texting and email to you both if Stokes Honda can help in anyway with sharing these repair costs. I understand the statement, AS IS, but feel strongly I was not given full disclosure of the condition of the SUV and it should have not broken down in the first minute of being driven and the door handle should not have been broken.

UPDATE: I was contacted by the sales manger, Dan and it is his position the SUV was sold AS IS. He had no obligations to fix or offer any help in sharing the costs of this repair.

I have purchased a lot of cars in my 59 years and never had a supposedly first tier dealership not step up to the plate and attempt to make the me as the customer satisfied. I would have been perfectly happy if you would have offered $300 to help with my repair costs and hassle.

I will post as must negative feedback about your dealership as possible. In doing so I have found you currently have a One Star Rating on Yelp. About as low as you can go. I also makes me wonder why there is such little feedback about your dealership. Wish I would have seen this before I made my first call about this SUV.

NEVER USE THIS LOCATION FOR SERVICE!! My boyfriend made an appointment for a simple tire change. They didn t get it done all day and he had to pick up the vehicle anyways to go to work. He made a second appointment, they extended the service time, and they STILL didn t get it done. Third time time is a charm right? WRONG. Not at this place. We even demanded a rental this time, had it for OVER A WEEK, and this time I came in to return the rental and pick up my boyfriend s car. I didn t even make it TWO MILES down the road and the tire blew out! The SAME one that they were supposed to change BUT DIDN T. I waited an hour for their shuttle service to pick me up (remember I was only TWO MILES down the road, I could ve walked there faster). When I got there, I told them what happened and showed them the pictures. They apologized and after intense conversation, they agreed to pay for the tow truck AND the new tire they were supposed to have already done. It was verbally stated that it was their fault your vehicle should have never left here like that. So I asked Cleve, the service manager, to document their negligence, and he got an attitude with me and refused!!! He then tells me that if I want that documented, I would have to pay HALF of the services fees, even after already verbally admitting negligence and agreeing to pay for everything! Cleve gave me more attitude and told me I was being ridiculous and started asking irrelevant questions like if I was married to the owner of the vehicle because if not, I had no say in the matter. The service is trash, they do not properly document their files, and the service manager is the rudest I have ever encountered. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else.

Not only the service from Andrew but the service from every single employee. If I could give this a 10/10 I would do it in a heartbeat.
