Had my rebel less than 3 months. Its in tge shop again for the second time . Point being 3 months of payments about 14 days in the shop. They shouldnt sell me somebodys headache.we will see what goes on. Im going to get ahold of thr previous owner to see why they traded a 1 yr old truck so quick .

All around good people. I never felt an ounce of high pressure and the sale was easy. I bought a used 2015 Ram 1500 that the previous owner had removed all of the truck emblems and to replace them would have cost me hundreds but when I asked my salesman what my options were he had them replaced at no cost to me. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended dealership.

Really unimpressed with the service I received. We made an appointment with a salesperson to show us some cars. We arrived early for our appointment, but he was with someone. No big deal, we will wait. When he did finally come over to us he was obviously not engaged with us and kept leaving "I'll be right back". He did this several times through the appointment. I gave him the idea of what we were looking for and the colors I was interested in. He kept pushing the colors I specifically said I was not interested in. Did not seem to actually care about what we were looking for. I had heard good things, but we left and spend our money elsewhere.

My car was experiencing issues in January, when I took it into Stew Hansen Dodge and they claimed to have fixed the issue. I paid $700 in computer updates and for some new sensors. Today (3/5/2020) I went to start my Jeep Renegade and it started to experience the SAME issues as I was seeing in January. I called up Stew Hansen, they made it seem like I didn't give them the all the details about the vehicle when it was in the shop in January. Which is absurd, because I literally showed them a video of what was happening and they only listened to one problem and blocked out the rest of the symptoms. They obviously only listen to what THEY want to hear and don't fully listen to ALL of the car problems the customer is experiencing. This is a huge inconvenience which is occurring on a busy weekend. I wanted to bring it in on Friday at 7am but due to my traveling plans (traveling across state in a faulty vehicle) I have to wait until Monday. I expressed this concern to them over the phone and they never once tried to offer me a rental car (which I believe I should NOT have to pay $40 a day, because my initial car problem was not fixed.). They only talked about their shuttle to get you to and from work. I am a 27 year old women trying to make it on her own and I feel very disrespected and not heard or listened to. I put my trust into them and they stomped on it. They honestly deserve no stars.

My sales man did a fantastic job. I have only one complaint and it's not their fault. I think it's horrible that they charge you the customer $395 of at the end of your lease, you decide to lease a vehicle from another company. I think that's illegal and I'm going to seek leagal advise. I like Dodge and may have leased or purchased from them again. After my lease is up, not sure that will happen. You can't force someone to buy or lease from you even if some "lawyer" wrote it into a contract. Anyone out there challenge this yet? Other than that everything was great. That was a spoiler!

If I was able to I'd actually give no stars!!! I used to love the service department at stew hansens, this is no longer the case. I took my truck in to have my brakes looked at as there was something horribly wrong with them. After 8 hours they called me to tell me that basically I was crazy and nothing was wrong. Mind you my truck was still under warranty at this time. I just today took it in to a local tire shop with the same problems, after 45 minutes they called to inform me the rear brakes were completely shot. Leaking wheel cylinders, bad drums, bad shoes. This tells me stew hansens did nothing but drive my truck around there lot, charge me 120 dollars for a "diagnostic fee" and send me on my way. No one even looked at the actual brakes. I will NEVER take my vehicle here again and trust I will be spreading the word.

These guys were also very helpful when the car ended up with a flat tire and then come to find out the tires were so bad on the rental all four tires had to be changed out and Stew Hansen Dodge made it happen in a very short period Of time.

I've purchased more vehicles from Stew's than I care to admit, and I have purchased a few from other local dealerships. But I always go back to Stew's. In their commercials when they say they listen, they really do. And they work so hard to get you into what you want while staying within your budget. Everyone I've encountered at Stew's has treated me like a friend, not just a customer. And, I've actually made some lifelong friends at Stew's. I have no doubt that my most recent purchase with them won't be my last.

I had collision repairs done to a 2013Town and Country. My van was rear-ended on a cold December day with some $1100 damage to the rear bumper and related areas in front of bumper. A tail light was cracked. I had a couple scratches removed from the right doors which were not related to the accident and I asked to pay for those. Unfortunately when I paid for the scratches, I also paid $241 for the cracked rear light. I notified insurance company for the driver of the car which hit my van and asked for reiimbursement. The ins co. called Stew Hansen and was told by by service provider that it was their opinion that crack in the light was most likely not a result of the rear ending,when I am quite certain it was. In my opinion, Stew Hansen staff spoke un-wisely, particularly when speaking about a five vehicle purchaser who has always praised their service. However. I know several businesses who will appreciate selling a vehicle every couple years.

They have quite a bit to choose from on the used car side. They are friendly and welcoming, helpful as well, and try to make you leave satisfied. There is limited customer parking, which isn t very convenient, the place is very nice inside. They do their best to try and get you a decent interest rate. Sometimes it s hard to reach staff on the phone, that you are working with. I do recommend this dealership.

I was frustrated initially when I was sent on after my car had been serviced already and my engine light was still on. I had to bring it back and it was a Friday, so I thought I wasn't going to have a vehicle. Doug was amazing to work with. He ensured that I had a loaner car until the issue was fixed free of charge. He worked with his team to also make sure that they did a detailed inspection the 2nd time around and the quote at the end was a lot less than expected and my vehicle runs great now without the jolting in the transmission. Doug was professional and had great customer service the entire time. I never got to actually meet him in person, but Thanks Doug!!

AVOID!! Terrible service and the absolute worst finance area. Purchased a used car cash and all they wanted to do is push up-charge items like theft insurance and other totally worthless items. Had to get forceful before they would just honor the price we agreed on so I could write the check. Now, after a month, I'm still waiting for the title, registration and plates. Found out the finance area sat on the information for 20 days before sending to the county for processing. In the meantime, my temporary registration is expiring, so it will no longer be legal to drive the car. I talked to Matthew in finance - very rude and defensive saying they are just too big to worry about processing in a timely manner. REALLY?? He kept asking personal questions about my business and travel schedule when I asked if they could extend the registration. Refused to help. I'm over 50 and have bought many vehicles from many dealers. Stew Hansen Dodge is easily at the bottom of my list.

Disappointed. I bought a car from this dealership this week. I really liked the car. The salesman wasn't pushy or aggressive which was nice. I was a little frustrated with the price of the car. I thought it was overpriced even after we talked them down several hundred dollars. They carry way too much overhead. Anyways, I brought the vehicle home and the next day I found that the rear view mirror buttons that are meant for controlling the garage door and compass were broken. The mirror wouldn't turn on at all. I drove the vehicle to work that day and saw the check engine light turn on. We gave it to the service center to look at and they had to order parts for it and will be taking the vehicle next week to fix it. As of now I have had the vehicle for a week and only driven it 3 times. I'm dissapointed that the car wasn't looked at better. Advice to those shopping at this dealership, choose your vehicle wisely. I guess you can't trust the dealership to provide a reliable car that has been looked over for mechanical errors. Thanks

Exceptional customer service. The whole process was made much easier with the very competent and professional service providers. They knew their job, did it well and answered any questions I had. The sales personnel worked with me to find a car I could afford and explained finance options clearly. The serendipitous story is that I arrived at the dealership by mistake and asked directions. I believe it was not a coincidence but what I like to call a God-incidence. Several days later I had a new car at a price I could afford,

With my lease with another dealer coming to an end, 8 months pregnant, and husband just getting home from military training it was SO refreshing to walk into stew Hanson and be taken care of. My husband and I cannot express how amazing the staff was, they got everything together, worked hard to help us get the numbers we were needing, and just overall made the experience fast, easy, and pain free. We have had bad experiences at different dealerships before but hands down Stew Hanson blew it out of the water! (In a good way) I could go on and on about or experience but I ll let the stars do the talking. will definitely be back when our next vehicle is due!

We decided to trade our 2006 Ram in for a new 2014 model and our experience could not of been better. Our sales person was Edgar Ortiz and he fit our personality perfect. I had a great experience at Stew s! Rob H. was fantastic and the perfect salesmen for me, super laid-back, relatable and not pushy in the slightest. He listened to what I wanted and got me in the perfect vehicle. They worked with me and made me feel like they really wanted my business and that was something other dealerships lacked. Also, thanks to Jeff in the finance department for getting me a great rate. At first it wasn t a rate I was comfortable with and they waited until they could check with more banks as opposed to forcing a high rate on me.

Very professional. Excellent repair service as they repaired my car back as good as new. They kept me informed along the way. Outstanding customer service as they worked with me when picking up my car. I couldn t make it to their shop on July 3 when it was completed, so they made the vehicle available to me on July 4th. Extremely happy with both the repair services and customer service.

I have bought 2 vehicles from Stew's and had wonderful experiences. Unfortunately Rhonda is no longer with Stew's, I have trouble finding anything good. The last 2 times I've been there, we had issues. My Jeep got egged and the snake in collision named Geno fixed the wrong side of the car and tried to blame it on me and my insurance company. My insurance company ended up paying Stew's and then another body shop to fix what Stew's couldn't. Then last week I was in there looking for a car. The lady at the front counter paged a sales person for me and we waited. After 20 minutes I asked her again and she sent another page. 5 minutes later I told her never mind and just walked out. Congrats on losing out on the $60,000 Grand Cherokee sale.

I brought my truck in for an airbag recall service and a new pair of tires. Tyler, the advisor who helped me was very helpful and did his job well, however when I picked up my vehicle it was pulling side to side and I had to take it back immediately. They tested it and verified my concerns saying that it was not safe to drive and wanted to charge me $1800 for repair. Why was this not noted on the first test drive when they sent me off with an unsafe vehicle, and how am I to be responsible for repair, when it was handling just fine before? I talked to the service manager, Mike, I believe. He, of course, accepted no responsibility and told me "it's a good thing you didn't crash" and eventually hung up while I was mid sentence. I am baffled by the service and unprofessional treatment I received. I tried to reach the general manager, Jerry Bill, three times to hopefully figure this out, because I consider reviews like this to be a last resort, but at this point I feel like I am out of options. I cannot recommend this place in the slightest, due to my experience.

UPDATE: Took it to another mechanic and he inspected. The problems they listed were not actually problems and he fixed the work that was not done properly. After confronting Stew Hansen about it, they admitted that they didn't actually look at what they quoted me for. I am not made of money, so spending $1800 on a guess is not something I am willing to do. Especially when the issue is the work they had done initially. I take my vehicle to places like this because they are professionals and it is important work to keep everyone safe on the road. Based on this experience I cannot say they are professionals and they also endanger customers in an attempt to make a quick buck. They offered no resolution or apology and instead are trying to sweep this under the rug. I wholeheartedly recommend staying away from this place at all costs.

Can't recommend getting your car serviced here. I did not buy my car from them but decided to go through them for service. Took my car in within days of purchasing at a different dealership for a check and the 30k service check and an oil change. First time there and no advisor came and talked to me.. the front desk yelled my name and went out to my car and had a sheet lying on my seat saying it was fine. I decided not to go back but Angel called me after I rated them like a 3 out of 5 on some emailed survey and I decided to give them another shot. The next couple times I went in the service improved greatly.

Went in for my 2nd oil change today and they recommended all sorts of things that are just not necessary. Maybe because I'm a woman and not a man I don't need to know why my brakes need to be flushed at 40k miles or why I need my tires aligned.. no explanation of anything just an estimate of $400 that they hoped I wouldn't question. And then they told me I needed the 30k service.. when I'm now at 40k. Thanks guys... that's what my first appt was scheduled for. What really gets me is they told me a filter I had literally changed weeks earlier myself was dirty and needed to be replaced.. they didn't check.

Follow the manufacturer maintenance schedule/print that and took it to a shop you can trust but avoid this service dept at all costs.

Two weeks in and my car is still sitting at this car lot waiting for my warranty to be honored. I have been told to call the warranty company by the car lot and the warranty company has told me to call the car lot. I now have TWO WEEKS worth of rental payments because this place could not get my car in and fixed in a timely manner. This should NOT be my responsibility. I have gotten the run around by both the car lot and the warranty company. I have called non stop to try to get this sorted out. I am now out a large chunk of money because of this.

Not only was the salesman able to provide all of the information that I needed, but he was willing and able to help me beyond the needs I had. The experience was very hassle free and all promises were met upon arrival at the dealership. Garrett (salesman) guaranteed the pricing and mileage on the vehicle and he delivered. The vehicle was fueled, clean and ready to go when I arrived.
