There are already 2 deliveries that this new company has made to my aunt who unfortunately has had an important disease for years that does not make her independent.
Both deliveries have been received by me who takes their place and I must say that I found myself very well because I am notified a few days before and on the established day the diapers are brought to the door which is located on the 4th floor of a building. I think it is right to underline the proper functioning of this health service.

I found the Lines Maternity pant to be comfortable, easy to wear (having had a cesarean, not something to be underestimated) and very absorbent.
I felt very protected and could move easily.

I wish I could remove even that one star, bad experience: I have been using Lines products for at least 40 years.
Today, I, 100% disabled, have purchased on line directly from Lines Specialist, as many as 18 packs of Lines Specialist Mini Plus, which cannot be found in many stores. Get paid in advance, of course.
I only got 2 packages of what I ordered and 16 packages of a different and useless product for my needs.
I have written several emails to customer service, with no sign of taking charge of the problem. To see if anyone was reading I continued to write even very offensive emails, but nothing, like talking on the wall! I phoned the number that provides the site, a record answers - needless to say - inviting me to leave my phone number, I did it but nobody showed up.
It sucks, the money is pocketed and disappeared, like the worst offenders and to think that I had turned directly to the official site because it gave me more confidence !!!!

Mi faccio portavoce del disagio di alcuni miei clienti che aspettano da oltre 16 giorni le consegne dei loro pannolini e dopo aver sollecitato almeno per due volte la loro consegna, si sono sentiti dire che complice le ferie, il ferragosto di mezzo e la carenza degli autisti, devono essere comprensivi per non aver ancora ricevuto i loro presidi per l'incontinenza. Peccato che l'incontinenza di questi clienti non va certo in ferie, mi sono chiesta, come mai una tale disorganizzazione a distanza di anni dall'apertura del servizio fater persiste ancora oggi, considerando il fatto che i pannoloni si possono ordinare solo pochi giorni prima della scadenza, per cui lasciano sprovvisti tali utenti e la consegna avviene oltre due settimane dopo e oltre. Qualcuno mi ha anche detto che pensera' seriamente di addebitare alla fater il costo di tutti i pannoloni che si e' dovuto comprare nell'attesa... Mi auguro che possiate prendere provvedimenti seri, anche perche' non tutti i vostri clienti hanno disponibilita' economiche che permettano di supportare tali enormi attese. cordiali saluti Farmacia Belforte

Obviously we never wanted to have this need, in any case, however, I must admit that inside this company from the beginning has shown humanity in dealing with people who have the disease. I was confronted personally by telephone with the service reps and couriers, and all have shown me a certain level of sensitivity that surprised me. He was surprised especially because having worked for many years in different companies in contexts very different from them, I always suffered the cynicism that lies within corporate contexts solely aimed at achieving operating profits.
