I recently attended an event entitled 'Keep your company data protected with Microsoft Enterprise Mobility' at the Microsoft Ireland headquarters in Dublin. I've been here a number of times and each and every time I have been very impressed with the facilities, the welcome from staff and how I was treated.

Hello. Very bad Custumer Service Support. I sent my surface book 2 with a sound problem to warranty. And i have received a scratched and use surface in very bad condicition. I return the secon and now I have received a surface with layout keyboard in another language. And nobody can help me to resolve this. I am very disapointed...

Absolute Nightmare, after 20 plus calls still not got the department I need. Sent software and report to the Ireland building B office 6 weeks ago. Not a word back and its easier to win the lottery than get through to the department dealing with issue. If my business was run like this I would be unemployed. Monopoly who do not care one bit about customer support after they have your money.

Just one question, is the surface book 2 made to stop working within 1 year and 5 months? I request an answer and a way to find the best solution for it. Because right now the only option I have provided by Microsoft is to pay more than 600 euros to have a refurbished computer. By the way less than one year used I had a problem with the cable, the computer was no charging and now it simply does not work.

Good welcome. The spirit of initiative and appreciable opening. Providing employees with so much distraction creates mutual trust that benefits everyone. Only downside, lacks a little cooperative spirit in this competition.

In spite of having a reception like an IKEA s outdoor sample room I have to say the cosy, small, comfortable and warmly decorated meeting rooms spread over the floor won me over! This was quite unexpected given the current trend of industrial bright decor in spacious rooms within popular high techs. Having meetings in such enclosed, private, nurturing spaces with armchairs, cushions, and small wooden tea tables feels far more comfortable and approachable than the traditional larger meeting rooms where you feel lost in the space occupied just by 2 or 3 people!

What a fantastic office! Amazing mezzanine area at centre with a digital waterfall . A bunch of restaurants also on ground floor. Really cool looking learning area called DreamSpace out front that school kids can use apparently. Will seriously consider working here in the future if possible .
