Used to go every 5 or 6 months for oil change and rotation, one time it was all messed up as they forgot to rotate the tires and put the wrong oil. I came back and was so angry, she apologized for that and upgraded the oil for that time and promised it will not happen again and it didn't since then.

We purchased a car from the Used lot here, and over the next few years much of our maintainance was taken care of under our service plan. When it expired, we shopped around with mixed results and we have since moved, but we still prefer to take the car here when we are in town. Just today, we noticed a grating sound coming from one of the wheels and took it in. We arrived at 2:29, they were closing at 2:30. The techs had already left for the day. The guys still, not even begrudgingly, agreed to sew the car. Turns out there was a heat shield in the wheel hub that had rusted and come loose. They refused to accept payment and we were on our way. Total lifesaver

So effin happy. I got flooded out in my car - new engine, carpet all pulled up and cleaned - everything replaced and upgraded. Even my $2 plastic garbage can in my Town and country still had a sticker on it which read "Power wash and put back in van". Love it - above and beyond. Experience with Geico and Stew Hansen's are great. Every dollar, every penny, and my prescriptions left in the car were left in a nice cardboard box in the rear hatch. Where did they find these guys? I just assumed my cash and xanax I had in the car would be gone after a two week repair. Reputable, fair, easy to work with, and honest. What a great team they have there.

We had gone to alot of different dealerships to trade in my Altima and no one would work with us. Spur of the moment after going to a funeral I wanted to stop into Stew Hansen's as we had been there a year ago looking at their Chyrsler 300C's. We talked to Maddy and it all went into action - before I knew it I was driving out of their lot with a 2013 Chrysler 200. With 0 down I might add. I love the car and I love the people in the sales department, finance department and everyone. Even tho I haven't had the car but a few days I don't know about the service department. Any other vehicle that we plan to buy will be bought at Stew Hanson's - hands down - we will look no where else. We are looking to get a Dodge Ram for my husband in the next few months so Stew Hansen's it is!!!

Before you by a car from stew Hansen be sure you know who your finances is and the term s of the financer. They got me in with capital one on a 13000 dollar car and to pay it off I would have to pay all the interest for the whole loan. Total 33000 . No getting out of the interest I Owe it all . Just so you know . Ask lots of questions and do not hurry but read the fine print.

My wife and I showed up to buy a used Hyundai around 15k and Randy showed us all the used options but also a new Sonota that had its price cut greatly. We fell in love the second we got in the car and Randy was the perfect salesman to let us ease into the car. Not pushy, very friendly, kind of a joker - but not the salesman canned jokes you expect - and after taking it for a test spin we knew there was no question we were going to buy the car. The purchase process could not have been any easier, we go the terms we were looking for at the start of the day and didn't have our arms twisted to buy any add-ons. Having test driven a few cars at other dealerships earlier in the day I would say Holmes was the best in town. I would recommend everyone go check out a Hyundai great value on great cars. Love the fast service and how they remember you even if you haven't been there for awhile! Had my 2016 Jeep Patriot for 2 years and when we thought it broke down Monte Carlson (our permanent salesman ) was right on it, told us to bring it in and he would get us a loaner till it was fixed, sister had borrowed it and ran out of gas lol. But the point is I love Stew Hansons...this is the only place I will buy my vehicles!

The service for the actual oil change was fine, but the complimentary car wash was far from good, it still had all the bugs on the winshield and front bumper and mud still in a couple places, looked they sprayed it down with a hose and that was it? wth? never had that happen before.

We purchased our Jeep in 2012. We have only used this dealership for all service. We have upgraded our Jeep with a lift and new tires at this dealership a couple of years ago. Last week we decided to get a soft top for our Jeep. Over the phone we ordered the top and the service was as we always had come accustomed to. When we got to pick it up things went downhill. Not a single person could show us how to operate the top. The best they could do was to tell us to go watch YouTube videos to figure out how to operate it ourselves. We asked some very basic questions and no one was able to give us answers. There are elastic straps that hold up the rear window and when we asked what they were for not a single person knew. We figured it out from a YouTube video. Maybe they need to educate themselves by watching YouTube. We spent almost $3000.00 on the top and installation. I asked for the manager and he did not even speak to us. It was a very disappointing experience. I do believe we will enjoy the top after educating ourselves on how to operate it. It s hard to imagine a Jeep dealership doesn t know enough about Jeep soft tops to sell and educate their customers on the equipment they sell. Honorable mention to one salesman (we did not get his name) that stood out in the hot sun trying his best to help...everyone else abandoned him. We expected a bit more from a dealership we have given all of our business to for years.

Service department is awful communication along with their repair service. They did oil change and left cap open causing oil to spill all over car and leaked. Not much was done to make things right. I had previous issues there as well. Not worth the cost.
I was really pleased with the process of buying a new pickup. Hansen's team did an awesome job of doing absolutely everything I asked. Dave Puffett is an amazing sales associate and I am thankful for all he did. Mark Moretti the sales manager was awesome too. He found all the rebates I could get and was easy to deal with. Emily Groomed helped me with the additional accessories on my pickup and worked hard to make sure we had everything right. I can't say enough good about these awesome folks thank you.
