Suzy, Matt and Shawn I feel went way out of there way to get me into my brand new 2019 Ram 1500 ... I would highly recommend this team they will absolutely get the deal done! And Suzy listens and is so patient with all of your questions, Matt worked behind the scenes to work my deal on my trade and absolutely knocked it out of the park! And Shawn worked my finance deal and got me a fantastic rate and explained everything and was very thorough.

I started looking online for a car online, and did most of my paperwork before going. Approval was fast! Matt Mc is the BEST EVER! He helped me find a car, finish up my paperwork, and had my car detailed one more time, and I off I went in my new car! He answered all my questions, gave me the best deal, and I left smiling!

Searched online for replacement vehicle after my accident. Found exactly what I wanted (same vehicle I had that literally saved my life in the accident).
Garrett responded to my email and we met up at Stew Hanson's, checked it out, wife and I test drove it. Surprisingly the price dropped from what was listed to well within our cash budget. Did all the paperwork one day and picked up the next afternoon.
We have delt with Stew Hanson's for YEARS and have always been pleased with every aspect of the company.

Had the most enjoyable experience with these awesome people, they made a lasting impression on me, really no pressure, was able to test drive multiple SUV s. Went there looking for a used one ended up buying a 2018, with all the discounts and incentives it was a no brainer. Joshua Wilson was our salesman outstanding customer service and fun to work with. And can t forget the rest of the wonderful people who helped us get the right protection packages and financing, plus detailed our 2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitude and filled it up and even got them to throw in a shirt and hat. This place will get the rest of my business too, a little side note go on a Saturday and they have free lunch !

I been having backup camera issues for almost 1.5 month. I been coming 4x to get it fix, I was told it was the camera lense then the radio. Not only I been taking time off from work to get this fix. It's really frustrating when I'm being told is fix when is not. Dylan been helpful in working with me with my work schedule but I'm just not happy as to coming here trying to get my camera fix.

Very willing to go the extra mile to sell a vehicle. Sells staff is very helpful. Am hoping to business with them again.

Purchased several vehicles from SH and it s always been smooth. However, the last few times I ve been in for service the shop gets progressively worse. From ordering the wrong parts to claiming the tires were rotated when they were not, the issues are piling up. I won t be doing business with SH down the road.

** Update **

The shop once again (third time) couldn t find the parts they needed for a warranty repair resulting in another 2+ hours of wasted time. I reached out to Jerry Bill whom did not respond.

Great experience with Eric this morning.
Had been considering a trade and was doing some online research prior.
Brought current vehicle in for service so while waiting I walked the lot.
Had been back and forth between a couple of vehicles and Eric approached me and started a conversation.
Did some talking about financing and he offered up a test drive while some values were worked on.
Hammered out a deal and drove home in a different vehicle.
Great experience.

I had a recall done on Friday and they set me up with a loaner car and went back on Monday to pick up the vehicle and then had a bad ignition then brought it back in Tuesday morning and by Tuesday afternoon it was back on the road. Thank you Stew Hansen!!!!!!!

Service guys are always nice to me and respect my opinion. Only salesperson I have dealt is Doug Burke and he is awesome.

Hit deer and went to get estimate on repairs at Collision Center, very helpful and explained everything.

If you want to be treated like a human being, ask for Bob McKeehan. I've been to several dealerships, and they made me feel like someone to try and rip off with a terrible deal. Bob walked me through and treated me with respect and dignity. I would recommend him and Stew Hansen's long before I recommend anyone else.

I notice a majority of the negative reviews are aimed at the sales side of the business but trust that the service side is just as bad, if not worse.

Interesting how it appears the negative reviews are mostly from females. Coincidence?

I don't want a generic, fake, and automated apologetic response from your horrible company. Take that energy and improve your awful service.

I've never had such an awful experience at a new car lot I would expect t ht from used lit but not such a reputable company, I went in for text drive yes I needed extra money around Xmas time & so happen to hear on radio, well I called out first and NOT ONE PERSON KNEW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT, SO I STOP OUT AND ONCE GREETED WAS TOLD IF I WAS ONLY THERE FOR GIFT CARD THEN LET THEM KNOW SO THEY ARE NOT WAISTING THERE TIME TRYING TO SELL YOU SOMETHING YOUR NOT INTERESTED IN. SO I TOLD HIM I WAS ONLY THERE BECAUSE I HEARD ABOUT PROMOTION.. ANY WAY LONG STORY I FIGURED BE NICE TO SEE HOW I GOT TREATED IF I WERE TO ACT LIKE I WAS INTERESTED IN AND OR HAD BIG PLANS TO BUY BUT WAS INDECISIVE

I went there twice with 2 different sales mans , with pre-approved from Capital one. All I hear from the sales guys is negative things .. your car loan , your credit score, all negative things , I know I don t have the best credit but I love Dodge and I want to get a car from there but I swear nobody was trying to help they didn t even try and they told me what s the different between last time and this time .. the different is my income went up and my credit score went up but have you guys even tried to help ??? The customer needs to do their homework before making the purchase. It is important that the customer knows what he or she wants. The salesperson may not know it, but the pre-installed accessories and extras effects the price of insurance and licensing. I Love Stew's!! I've bought 4 cars from them and they ALWAYS take care of me! Maddie Houser is my go to gal at Stews. She has become a friend through my car buying experiences and always lets me buy the car rather than trying to sell it to me. She also keeps in contact with me through emails and wants to know that I'm happy. My recent purchase of a 2016 Chrysler 200 was not one of my happiest. There was a factory defect in the car that made it kind of a crappy situation. However, Maddie and Stew's bought the car back when it was clear the defect could not be fixed. I now own a 2014 Dodge Charger that I'm ecstatic about. They kept in close contact with me throughout the whole ordeal with the 200, and Maddie MADE SURE I was happy when I left with the Charger. The whole transaction took about an hour and 45 mins from start to finish, but they offered me food and drink and made sure I was happy! I would recommend Stew Hansen's to ANYONE looking for a fair deal, a great car, and an all around great experience. It's true what they say, they do "Hear You!" Make sure you ask for Madelyn Houser!! Laid back experience with a staff that didn t push things on me. Very nice to work with, and won t low ball you with your trade. Only complaint would be that you are contacted a little too often once they get your info.

I had terrible credit. And the folks at Stew Hansen's Dodge worked diligently to try to get me the best deal that they could. I really felt as if they went to bat for me with the lending company. When I was not going to be able to get the extended warranty they worked their magic once again to keep the warranty and also lower my monthly payment. I now drive a beautiful car that is in excellent condition and safe. and it's only due to the folks at Stew Hansen's Dodge that made it happen. I'm a customer for life.

From the initial exploratory questions over the phone to our experience at the dealership, we had phenomenal service. This place has gotten worse and worse over the years. The people that work on orders are not very friendly, don't give updates, and are generally difficult to work with. I only take my vehicles in here for recalls and I don't think I will be doing that here anymore either. My last recall took longer than it was suppose to, they did not even give me a receipt of the work done, heck they didn't even wash the car ( which they used to do)...they later e-mailed me an un-formatted document that was difficult to read and even more difficult to print.

Don'y buy a car here, don't service a car here, don't even take it in for recalls here, stay away.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! They just care about money and numbers, not customer satisfaction and retaining customers! My parents have shopped here, as well as myself for vehicles. I have had work done on my vehicles (not the greatest collision work but I was not too picky). However, my car was totaled this past February. I was planning on getting another vehicle from this dealership since my last experience was efficient. I had my boyfriend go grab my belongings from that vehicle at the collision center onsite while I was at work. How ironic is it that an employee backs up into my boyfriends vehicle and damages the entire right side of his car?! No other employee was leading that driver out - which is what should have happened. Even more so; the dealership REFUSES TO PAY for it since it was on "private property". We have tried contacting the general manager multiple times and they still are refusing to fix the vehicle. Honestly, go elsewhere. There are more reputable dealerships worth your money that actually value you as a customer.

Stew Hansen is a wonderful dealership. Instantly when my Grandma and I arrived, we were kindly greeted by a dealer. I felt comfortable here and dealers consistently asked if we were being helped and we never felt ignored. Keep it up!

First time I have really looked for a vehicle outside of my ones I have used for a few years. Was treated with respect and they really helped to ease my mind with all my silly questions. Made me feel comfortable and were very polite! Not to mention they fed me :)

TJ was great to work with! Walked in needing some AC work. He made quick work getting the van checked in. He also noticed there were other issues that needed attention. Everything was covered under warranty. Shuttle took me home. He promptly answered my texts. It ended up being repairs that required the van to stay overnight. He offered a rental for the trouble. Shuttle came back to pick us up. The rental process was quick and efficient. Even allowed us to remove needed items from the van before we left. TJ called the next morning letting us know the vehicle was done and ready to pick up. Stopped by later that afternoon. Checked the rental back in picked up keys to the van after paying deductable. Used my free carwash from Mister carwash and was back on the road. Smoothest process I've ever been a part of with a dealership. Thank you TJ and Stew Hansen.
