I brought in a video of my car engine making a very loud sound. The sound was coming from the passengers side area of the engine, but the Sterling McCall service representative reported to me that they could not duplicate nor figure out what the noise was. They identified the area the noise was coming from, but could not figure out the appropriate repair. The service representative was not particularly polite nor did he seem interested in trying to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. I told him that the very loud noise has happened on 2 occasions already, and is clearly not something that is going to go away, but the representative again stated there was nothing Sterling McCall could do. I purchased this vehicle from Sterling McCall, along with a 7 year warranty, and expect better service than this.
I have been a customer of Sterling McCalls for over twenty years. Just took in my 2013 Corrolla for service. Any other place would have told me I needed other work done at 65,000 miles. They gave me a service package and got me out in a couple of hours. My daughter is still driving the 2009 Corrolla I handed down to her, after driving the Corrolla I handed down to her when she was in college!
Sterling McCall took such good care of me when my Camry was flooded by Harvey. After all the stress of the storm I was nervous about the stress of buying a new vehicle. Sterling McCall and Mike Wolf treated us like family and made the process enjoyable. I love my new Toyota, and I'm so grateful for the kindness and personal attention we received.

I recently bought a 2020 Toyota Camry SE at Sterling McCall Toyota from Apo and Yancy the manager. Apo gave me a good deal upfront including Toyota rebates and turns out to be a better deal compared to getting a used car. I hate dealing with car dealership and salespeople but Apo is awesome to deal with, no haggle pricing nor negotiation back and forth, instead he gave me the best deal upfront to which I cannot refuse. I was able to finance the car 100% through my credit union with almost 7k negative equity on my trade. When I told him I needed the homelink features added to the vehicle, he was able to add it in a few days for a fair dealer installed pricing. I will definitely refer him to friends and family. If I m in the market for another vehicle in the future, I will surely come back to this dealership and look for Apo.

Went in for oil change. The service rep was friendly and professional. Oil change took little over and hr. I needed estimate to fix my door lock and need to wait 4 more hours. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

This was my first visit to Sterling McCall Toyota/SW Freeway and the overall experience was very favorable. The assigned customer intake rep was Rick and from start-to-finish he was courteous, responsive, and informative. The techs worked quickly to reprogram my car/electronic key fob and I was able to pick up the car and drive home that night.
I had a good experiences with my salesperson at Sterling McCall Toyota on the Southwest Fwy, Houston. Unfortunately, the radio in my 2015 Toyota Camry had to be replaced. I thought it would be replaced with a new part, since I purchased the car less than a month ago but, I was informed by the service department that it was a refurbished radio with a very limited warranty. The service department manager stated that he had nothing to do with ordering the part, only the installation of it. He was nice and professional. It wasn't his fault. My experience would have been better if they had used a genuine Toyota part.

Called ahead and setup an appointment to look at only 2019 RAV4 s. Then got shown anything but what I was looking for. When I was finally shown the right vehicles they were extremely over priced and was told they could give me a $200 discount after 2 hours of back and forward closed door talks. Was treated as if I was wasting their time because I wouldn t just pay for the overpriced vehicles. Proceeded to show the salesman 2-3 other vehicles in the area with less mileage and more perks for $3,000 less then their best offer. Ended up walking out and catching an Uber. 4 hours wasted total.
My sales guy is Ozzie. Ozzie was straight up, no bs and laid it all upfront. The finance manager , Robert, was awesome as well. I had a great experience buying my truck. I went to several other dealers and none of them were honest and upfront. Sterling McCall was great to deal with.
Pedro was absolutely a great service technician. He made the right call in regards to my car issue and was extremely helpful in having my issues resolved. He was very considerate and kind in addressing all of the concerns that I had. I would highly recommend Pedro as he gave me the best customer service experience at this dealership.
Worst car buying experience we have ever had. Salesman and finance department would swear and argue with each other in front of us, finance advisor left before completing the paperwork and we were passed to someone that had no idea what he was doing (he was nice atleast), they gave us the wrong warranty with the car, after calling both my wife and I repeatedly (9 calls total by 2 people in 3 days) they still did not have the paperwork ready and we spent another hour there for 3 signatures. I will never buy a car from here again, nor will I ever encourage others to come here.

I have been coming to this dealership for routine oil changes since 2008 when I bought my first car. Always on a Saturday and it usually takes an hour to hour and a half. I never mind the wait because they do a thorough inspection and the lobby has wifi. Today I have been here for 3 hours and counting. Appointment was at 10:20...they didn't start on my car until close to 1pm. Every time I asked for my keys so that I could leave they told me it was almost ready. I have always loved the quality of the service, but this might be my last time coming here.
Have to sit for four hours, have no snacks and expect you to pay 20 dollars for a car wash that's supposed to be complementary. Toyota care? Toyota only cares about your money. No good customer service what so ever. I come in for a recall that's the company's problem and I can't even get a damn car wash?

Before going to the dealer I chat online to make sure if the car is still available. Then, I drove 1 hour to see the car and the made me wait for 30 minutes. After all these they told me that car was going to auction without apologies. It is not professional.
Brought my Land Cruiser in for the g0c airbag recall. The tech assigned to my vehicle then deployed the airbags while performing the recall. Cue five weeks of missed deadlines and empty promises. Service doesn't seem to talk to parts or management, so depending on who you talk to you might get three different answers as to what is going on. To top it off the "repair" they performed on my headliner is a joke. It doesn't fit right in more places than it does. If there was a zero stars option I would be using it here. Management sucks, service sucks, don't waste your time on this snake pit.
Sterling McCall Toyota staff have been very helpful and efficient. George Andreakos is very professional, efficient, and kind. I had left my glasses in my car, which had already been taken in, and George kindly brought me my glasses. I took my car to Sterling McCall to have the fuel pump replaced for a manufacturer recall, and George asked if I needed anything else. At first, I said no, but I came back out after 1 hour to tell him that I wanted an oil change after all. Again, George was very kind to accommodate. Thank you, George and Sterling McCall!
Pleasant experience with both the salesman and the finance person. Robert Savala was my salesman and was very responsive via email and texting to find the 4Runner I wanted at a good price, and I was in and out with the car in about two hours, and a lot of that was connecting my phone to the car and learning the features. Same experience with the finance person, Vanessa Rodriguez. Answered some questions, signed some documents and I was done. This is not your typical cheesy car buying experience. The people are normal, friendly, and transparent, and seem to like their jobs. No high pressure sales bs. No pressure to buy extended warranties or dealer add ons. I will definitely return. I haven t been to the service department yet but will supplement when I do.
Edit: the service department is awesome. You schedule online, and it is no nonsense, fast, and fairly priced. I went this morning for a regular maintenance check and was in and out in 45 mins.
After visiting other Toyota locations, I found the one place with the friendliest staff who really care about their customers. This is the only place I will service my car.
This rating is earned by the part's department guys. They know their stuff and are very helpful and friendly. Now, only if the service guy could learn a few things from them.

Everyone was very nice and talked to me about every thing it just took long to get my van back and I wasn't gotten ahold of to ask for my ok to work on the van, and I've been there four times to get my Dash replaced because it being recalled and it's still not done and I was told it's going to take a month to get one I'm very upset about this. There is good people working there thank u for the good work. But do something about get my dash faster please. Thank you for Darla Wayman
