I love coming here. I ve been in touch with kathie marsh since i bought my last car. She has always been welcoming, warm, kind, and open to my needs. I feel confident that she is doing the best job for us (my husband and I). We came today for our 18 month checks and we contacted her as well. I am not hard to sell on a new car-i m impulsive! But my husband is not! I brought up the idea of a new car and kathie was responsive and immediately started working to show me how to make that happen -without being pushy despite her enthusiasm! She did present pleasing and tempting options-making it easy to say yes . She even found a way to communicate with my husband and give him all the data he needed to make a decision to also say, Yes . I was also looking forward to seeing Duy who worked with us 2 years ago. He made a strong impression on me-he gave us such good attention with his calm and comfortable confidence and open and conversational manner. Duy was patient with my talkativeness and maintained a strong professional expertise. Today, he saw me waiting and spoke to me by name. Wow! He asked how i was doing and seemed genuinely interested.
I am also impressed and appreciative of the consultants(?) who initially signed me in for my appointment. Adi was friendly and efficient. I was a little late, yet there was no problem. He made eye contact and showed an interest in me. He seemed to like his job.
As i pulled up, i was envisioning the consultant i had seen the last time i was here. I didn t see him, but i think i would have recognized his name and face.i had the sense that he was my person though the encounter was brief. I can t quite explain it. I am a people person and i guess it seemed the people at sterling McCall were too.
At my age, i hope this isn t my last new car, but getting one kind of helps me feel alive. I can still drive! Yeah!
Part of me would like a sportier car, so i m glad this year s Camry is a little sportier. But, i can t give up the comfort and luxury i feel with a larger car. I do believe in smaller cars and will be glad to see the industry respond to climate change with smaller cars. Until then, maybe i m a hypocrit.

This is by far the easiest service department I have dealt with. The only thing that would make it easier is if y all had rental vehicles. The shuttle was ok. That would be the only thing that holds me back from giving y all an excellent score

Well it sounds very nice that they treat customers well. I. I bought a truck once not in the toyota was at another dealer. They also treated me well while they got me hooked after that. The oil pump was ruined and the engine was ruined there, they were no longer friendly, I was almost repaired. I. I want to go to the toyota oh. Whether Nissan. Let's see how they treat me. I don't have a driver's license but I have the money to buy. Will they be able to sell me ??????? Mmmmmm well open what to see. I only give one star because I don't know how they will attend to me

Our car flooded in Hurricane Harvey and we had to buy a replacement vehicle quickly. We found a Toyota Tundra on Sterling McCall's website. We were promptly contacted by Tam Quach, Internet Sales Manager. He answered all of our questions via text. We made an appointment the next morning and had the vehicle purchased and out the door in two and half hours. Ms. Kristin Balli, was our finance manager, she diligently searched for the best interest rate for us. The whole process was quick, efficient, and pleasant. Thank you Sterling McCall for being there for victims of Harvey.

15,000 mile service was done well and quickly.
I had to buy a new tire, however, since one of my tires had a nail-like object in it and was losing air pressure. I was told that the tire could not be repaired since it already had a patch very near to the current puncture (only inches away). The problem is that this is a new car and I ve never taken it anywhere but Toyota for service. The Toyota service records don t show that a tire repair was ever done on this car.
I ve given 5-star ratings on services up to now, but have given a 3-star rating this time because I have not yet received a satisfactory explanation for the the discrepancy. The service rep assured me that he would look into this and get back to me.
I m waiting and will be happy to amend my rating following a satisfactory explanation.

This dealership is very disorganized and does not care about customer satisfaction. Last time I went I asked for a tire rotation and oil change. I had marked my tires before going in and by no surprise they did not rotate my tires and I was charged for it. I was able to get a refund for the service since it was not completed only after talking to the manager. Today I went in for a scheduled oil change early in the morning and waited a total of 3 hours for this task to be completed. At the 2 hour mark I asked for an update, the mechanic said he was waiting to get the oil and filter quote so I could pay. I had to wait an additional hour just to pay and leave.

Guys !!!! Surprise to see the bill of property Tax from Toyota .Kindly take care before leasing any vehicle from this dealer they will send you bill
for property amount from $ 170 to 200 end of year. Paying property Tax is the dealer responsibility not customers because lease vehicle is not under name of customers. I will go make complaint to Harris / Fort bend counties office why Toyota is asking to pay this Tax from customer and while still I am not owner of this car

Do not go to this dealer, you cannot trust their sales managers higher ups.
I wanted to buy a Highlander XLE, no special options other than the tow hitch and remote starter. The car was not in stock, so we negotiated for a while and agreed on a price based on the list of options selected. The vehicle characteristics were put in writing. We waited for 3 weeks. Once the car arrived they told me everything was in there, but I inspected the car and it had no tow hitch. Feeling disappointed, I asked for the hitch to be installed before I bought the car, and at first they told me that they did not have the capabilities to do it (?). I insisted at length that Toyota had to take care of it, they finally agreed, but a manager called "Senate" showed up and increased the price by $900 for this (on the Toyota website this option costs $600!) saying that the hitch was never mentioned in the deal. Extremely disappointed I showed him the paperwork with the hitch listed in the options next to the agreed upon price. Then Senate proposed to split the cost. I got even more offended by these sneaky techniques, but I played the game and suggested to then have a better deal on financing. Senate said that they do not run a bank but they sell cars, but I highlighted that Toyota Financial Services is in fact a bank, so Toyota has all capabilities to accommodate any request based on credit score. And again, all this conversation happened despite an agreement on the price was reached 3 weeks earlier and put in writing. He said it was impossible, so I said that we did not have a deal and walked away extremely disappointed.

I had an excellent experience today Brandon told me that they would only need 30 minutes and then I would be back on road. The service was completed in 30. For myself, time is limited and I usually get a rental car but making it a 30 minute event. I waited.

Great service, very professional, timely, helpful. This service call was for my 2003 Highlander, she needed some TLC since this is now hubby's work car. I purchased my 2015 Toyota here also. I think Sterling McCall is a very professional and ethical car dealership.
.July 2018 - went in for a service call and they were super busy. I got there earlier than my appt time but they saw me right away. My svs. person was Valentin Nava and he was awesome. Friendly, great sense of humor and very attentive. I LOVE this dealership

First and Worst experience. I selected a preowned Toyota Sienna from advertisement on Autotrader and called this dealership on the day I wanted to literally buy this vehicle. So I called them in the morning and the salesman (Phil Lockhart) said the vehicle is available so I can go and check it out. He also wanted me to call before I leave to the dealership. The same afternoon I call this salesman before I started from home. He says yeah come on over and ask for him when I arrived. So I go there I meet him and he says SORRY THE VEHICLE IS SOLD. Really !!!!! I drove 30 miles to this dealership and this salesman could not tell me that over the phone? This is just bad service. I understand that the sale is first come first service when it comes to preowned vehicles. However this could be communicated over phone when I called the delearship half hour before my visit. No wonder this dealership looked shady. SORRY STERLING MCCALL AUTO GROUP. I previously bought brand new Toyotas from other dealerships and never had to go through this kind ofservice. WORST SERVICE !!!!!
For prospective buyers, I suggest you go to AUTO NATION GROUP. They are very courteous and understand the customers very well.

I called the Thursday after Harvey and I was greeted by Luis Hernandez not a recording. He told me to come in. I had a battery problem the Friday before and I askwd for an oil change. Despite dealing with flooded vehicles
they had me in and out in less than two hours. Luis Hernandez is a pleasure to work with. He listenes to my issues and advises accordingly.

Don't leave your belongings in your car. And if your belongings lost, nobody in the dealership will take responsibility for that. I lost my prescription glass during the oil change, I put it in my car's cup holder, after the oil change, it's gone. I let dealership checked everything in the car and my pockets before I left the dealership. Then I called and asked the service manager, he is not so rude but won't do anything about it. Not even just to check the surveillance camera. Very disappointed.Never have this kind of experience like this before in any dealership.

Had a part that was starting to break down on my vehicle that is only a few months old. Went into this service shop and asked them about replacing, which is fully covered under my warranty plan. The gentleman said oh Yeha for sure that willnt even be a problem. Well it was. Told me to go back to the dealer I bought it from and it willnt be a problem for them to Replace . Hmm heard you say willnt be a problem the first time. They didn t even have the decency to call the dealership I bought it from to try help and resolve. Arent y all TOYOTA and represent TOYOTA?

2nd. Asked them to set up all my maintenxe charts in my vehicle menu map. There s roughly around 15 options.... they set up 3. Customer service hear is full of smiles and false promises. PATHETIC.

So note to someone buying a new car from this dealership, don t, because who you really deal after you purchase are the people in the back at the service center.

First he would offer you the best price anyone can give you in Houston and second he advise you as if he is selling the car to his own family members. Based on all the great reviews we read, we decide to drive out to Sterling McCall to see & potentially purchase a car we were interested in. Not only was our salesman not well-educated with the different features of the car, he also was unable to answer multiple questions on how different features worked. Not a single part of the car was explained, which left us googling during our test drive how yo turn on the updated safety features. A really terrible experience, definitely would not come back nor recommend this dealership to anyone. Had a much more enjoyable & informative experience at Mike Calvert down the street.

After thirty minutes received a call enquiring about my purpose of visit even though I told him the reason for my visit. Amazing! It took three and half hours to my vehicle back. Job well-done. The service manager was nice enough to give me the monthly special price of $29.99 for oil change even so, I didn't bring a printed copy of the special offer. The mechanic explained everything the car needed in professional manner. The waiting period was almost three hours but it is Saturday no complaine. Next time I will go on wekdays.

The service advisor, Luis, was great! He worked with me on what my vehicle needed and worked to make sure I received any and all applicable discounts! I look forward to working with him again. They honor coupons from any other Toyota dealer, too! The lounge is huge and offers a great drink selection, snacks for purchase, a quiet room for reading, free wifi, plenty of outlets, and a separate area for kids. The missing star is for the lack of service in the valet/car ride piece. I needed to run to my house and it took over 45 minutes before I could get a ride. Otherwise, I would recommend getting your oil change and vehicle inspection at this dealership!
