Kathy Marsh is the best and she makes buying a new car such a pleasant experience. Sterling McCall is the only dealer I have used in the past 25 years. Never had a bad experience. Kathy is fantastic!

If you purchase an item from their shop even if it's not you fault and the supposed repairs misdiagnosed by their mechanic then good luck with return it and get your money.

I have been coming to Sterling McCall Toyota Since 2003 when I purchased my SUV. Well today was my last day going to this location. They changed were they usually do the oil changes were you could observe what was being done to your vehicle.
Today I had a 2:00 pm appointment and they started working on my vehicle at 3:30pm. What is the purpose of an appointment .
I did not get a print of out of the Multi Point Inspection like they normally do. The staff is young and appeared to careless about how the customers concerns or complaints.
Today was my VERY LAST time doing business with Sterling Mc-Call Toyota !
Very straight forward, friendly process. There was a bit of wait; however, this was due to the amount of people there and nothing on the their fault. Would def come back for another service.
Fortunately, I discovered that Sterling McCAll Toyota is a Group 1 Automotive dealership. This group of dealerships leads with high standards of quality, both with customers and with service. I wish I had known this when I had bought my 2 previous Toyotas. I was abused by both of them...plus they were NOT Group 1!
I feel very comfortable with the people I have dealt with these 2 times at Sterling McCall: first for a new battery, and now this time for my 50,000 mile warranty service. They have a great Reading Room which I love, but I had also seen lots of room for others plus a children's play room! So nice!!
Be sure to come here! I will certainly be back when my current car is paid for, and other service reasons as well! Looking forward to continuing

1) $88 for an oil change is exhorbitant and possibly fraudulent. I was not told beforehand that the price was far above industry standard.
2) Toyota fender liners are badly made. Purchased 2016 sienna from fort bend Toyota last fall. I m wondering now whether the liner and splash shield were bad then. Very dangerous to have these pieces come loose on the highway as they did. Then I have to pay a premium to have them replaced. You should do it for free given the peril these weak parts put my family in.

I tried to purchase a new sienna from these folks about a year ago. I walked on them after they quoted me a price, and then tried to raise it during closing. They also exerted too much pressure trying to get me to purchase an extended warranty.
Hmmm, I will rather go to the one at conroe tx,highly expensive services and auto parts. The place is hectic.

All the technicians and staff were very friendly and accommodating, which was great since I was there with my 1 year old. The service was performed quickly, so wait time was minimal.
I went there to have service done on my car and my service advisor was Valentin nava , besides car took too long I need to change a part and I asked him if it s covered by my warranty he said he will need to call CarMax after his lunch and it wasn t lunch yet he could have called them while I was there , and said he will call them and call me back to let me know and he never called I am really frustrated and never again Sterling McCall
Stay away from this "big" service department if you value your time!! I give one-star review to Sterling McCall's service department, not to any service advisor that has helped me in the past.
Today, I had to wait at the dealership for 4 hours for them to replace my tires and complete annual state inspection. I drove my car to the dealership at 9 in the morning at the scheduled appointment time. Four hours later, when I got my car key back, I was exhausted, hungry, frustrated and I promised to myself never come back to the dealership again. I combined the two service items into one visit in order to save total wait time. However, Sterling McCall service department is definitely not "designed" for this. In addition, it has many other flaws or issues that make servicing your car at the dealership such a bad experience. I have been using Sterling McCall service department since 2014 when I bought a new Toyota. My biggest complaint is its long wait time and poor communication/updates while they servicing your car. They keep breaking their promises of the estimated time when car is ready. Because of this, I have been trying to avoid driving to the service department. I am not blaming any service advisor, who works hard but has limited power to make his/her customer happy.
The service was great Pedro took time out to explain what was needed for my vehicle and also when things will be needed. Great guy! He took the time to explain.
Was in and out super quick. The dealership installed my plates, directed me into another lane and my vehicle was serviced. Out in under an hour.
Tam helped my younger sister but her car this past summer and helped me buy my car just now after Imelda. Both times were fun and great experiences. Definitely would recommend anyone to go to Sterling McCall Toyota to buy their car!
Had to spend way too long inside when picking up my girlfriend's car after service because she had to sign many copies of paperwork (one copy for each of several departments). Why not sign original document then make needed copies for distribution? Very disappointing when wanting to minimize time inside to reduce risk of exposure to coronavirus.

Got quoted a price through email, arrived at the dealership and the agent who I'd communicated with told me he couldn't honor the price. Made up some story about he must have misunderstood, even after I showed him the emails showing the car, make model, and price agreed on. I left, didn't look back and got a better deal across town. Would not recommend

Scheduled Oil change and requested wind shield treatment on small crack. I was held there for 3 hours. They seem to think I don't have a job to go to and I should revolve my schedule on their deal.

The advisor was very helpful and kind. The extended service did help with a defective part but would not take care of the damages done by the defective part in the cab. Somewhat dissatisfied with warranty. Probably wouldn t purchase again on another vehicle.
Took my truck in for a new tire after the other was deflated in an accident. The service team thoroughly looked into the situation, and determined that I did not need a new tire, because only the seal had broken. They resealed it and sent me on my way good-as-new for no charge when they very well could have sold me a new tire and charged me for the service.
Hamza was the best salesmen, he was really nice and helped me get a good deal. At the signing, Jasmine was in charge of doing all the paperwork and she was super nice and got me in and out of there pretty quickly. Overall it was a good experience.
Purchasing a car is a lengthy process, no bearing on the dealership, the financing and banks play a role in that, but my experience went well.

Mr. Apo Kus, made a big difference., I will definitely go back and talk to him for my next car. I did not buy the car from them but was amazed by the quality of service. Generally, I really really don't like going to dealerships and having to deal with extremely pushy and annoying salespeople (most of them are). My experience could not have been further from that. Mr Apo Kus, understood what I wanted, gave me options, and the negotiating phase of the deal was as straight forward as it could be. I would recommend Apo to anyone because he turned the dreadful buying experience into a pleasant one. I was almost set to buy the car from them but ended up favoring another brand, but I am definitely going to visit this dealership in a few months when I buy or lease another car.

I bought my used car from this dealership and it disappointed me. Actually this used car was involved in accident before and we didn't know as it was not mentioned in Carfax report and neither sales person told us. They sell their cars and make profit by fooling people and doing frauds. None of them helped out to fix this problem as they felt that used cars always have problems. OK, i agree they have, but not like big problem where one has to pay $5000 to fix that car before you use for yourself. I didn't used that car after i buyed. I was using my uncle's car.
If they knew this problem then why they sale this kind of car?. As i started calling back to fix my car, they were not willing to help me out in any ways. At last after trying so many time they agreed to fix that but partially not fully.
On top of that they are blaming me for buying car without checking and calling often to fix this car. Even manager and their technician didn't want to help and screw people like they did me by saying Oh! there is not big issue and all rubbish things. I had proof from Hyundai showroom itself that car had a big issue but still they were not ready to accept it as their technician was right. Fake people.
This don't stop here, another issue regarding number plates. My car was standing in parking lot for 2 months and this was because their people took my original number plates off thinking this car has to resale again even though it was already sold to me. Still facing problems.
I request you all please avoid going to this place. Horrible experience and no trustworthy people as they avoid helping people. I would not even give them any stars but just because I have to give I am giving 1 star.

He truly has his customer's best interests at heart, and will work hard advocating for the best deal he can negotiate on your behalf. I believe this is a reflection of the dealership itself. Sterling McCall is the best dealership I dealt with in the Houston area. I attempted to work a deal with five other dealerships for a trade in on a preowned truck, with no luck until I met Ahmad. You can trust Ahmad!
This is a tough review for me. Sales team did not work for me and I ended up buying my 4Runner the following weekend at a different dealership no problem. However, I do service my vehicle at Sterling as it s closer and get an exceptional experience every time. Just wish the sales team took me more seriously.
They had my appt. I showed up. They checked me in. I waited in the lounge,had coffee, watched TV.', looked at cars for sale on the lot. 90 minutes. It was done. They called and texts me. I paid and left. No issues. Good quick trip... What else you want to know?

I am living in Houston, Tx, I am a Toyota customer since 2005 and i was always happy with Toyota until today I decided to buy a new Rav4, I went Sterling McCall Toyota at southwest freeway I tried to finance the car but the finance manager his name was Chris Nguyen said based on your income you are not eligible for financing the rav4 so I decided to buy and finance a used and cheap car, the sales manager his name is Fred he is a nice man and i am happy with him all the was helping me, but when i went to the finance manager (Chris Nguyen) to complete the process again he found fault with my income source this time i was really disrespected by this person, without buying a car I had to leave, I think they got too rich that's why they piss on customers, it was terrible customer service I have ever seen, Sterling McCall toyota disappointed me.

Lousy service. 2 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation! They closed the express service bays. I was the 2nd customer in line this morning. And the answer I got for the long wait time? I was told "guality"! Does that mean I never got quality in the last 18 years I have been going there? I love my 4 runner but it might have to be my last Toyota.

Had an appointment scheduled for 2pm for a simple 10K mile check, that took almost an hour. On the other side, everyone that works there is professional, gracious and apologetic when they know you've had to wait too long. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!
