Brandon offers great customer service. Goes above and beyond to make his customers satisfied. I asked what would be my approximate time to wait. He estimated the time and exactly a minute before I was getting called that my car was ready for pick up.

Bought a new 2020 Corolla from Tunde at Sterling McCall back in September 2019. They gave me the lowest price of the Toyota dealers in the area and were incredibly laid back during the whole process- no high pressure sales. Tunde pointed out a ton of new features which made it more helpful than the other test drive I had been on. The whole process took about 2-3 hours, including getting a cashiers check and trading in my (very) old car. I ve brought it in for normal maintenance once so far, and that was also pretty quick and easy.

Quick and organized every time! This is the Toyota way! They re extremely professional, courteous and timely. If I have to stay longer than 30 minutes, there s a very comfortable lounge and even a quiet reading room. Really has been a breeze each time I ve had to take my car in for service!! The gentlemen at the entry doesn t explain you that if you don t have an appointment you have the option to take the express service, when the service technician came(Charles) I asked him for an oil change and get the car wash thru the machine and he answered right away, it would be 3 to 3 hours and half for the oil change and another hour to 1 and half for the car wash. I said ok and then he asked for the miles and my information, after that he said you re due for spark plugs replace and he offered a package that includes air filters replace, oil change and spark plugs for $360, I really want it to get it done but I was afraid that I have to take an Uber back home because just to get an oil change and car wash the total time was 5 hours (I got there 1:30pm), so I m not sure what kind of business you guys are running on these Toyota dealerships.
At the end got my oil change done only for $72 in my Toyota Corolla in 2 hours in 45 minutes, no car wash. Really disappointed of this place.
I just bought a new truck in another place because of the service department, they do oil change in 45 minutes to an hour.

Arthur Whatley the General Manager answer this review asking to contact him, I did email him back exactly the way he ask and I never received any answer back after, they just don t care about costumer. I m so disappointed, bad service.

Ok Service but it's too expensive , they give you the round around to much to try to confuse you. Saying. It needs this and that.
And there some lights on saying it needed to be fix the Vehicle and my car did not have any light on when I took it. . My experience was Ok

Jeff Bemis was my new car salesman and he ensured that the process was very easy. The car I was seeking was very difficult to locate but he managed to pull through with the exact same one. He is very honest and upfront with the deal and price to make things painless. Dealership doesn't have any additional add ons like others. Would definitely recommend Jeff Bemis and Sterling McCall Toyota.

4.5 hours for an oil change (with an appointment)....

4.5 hours for an oil change (with an appointment). Once I got home and reviewed the multipoint inspection, I noticed they recommended three things to be replaced immediately. It would have been nice to be informed of this at/after the service appt so that I could get it all taken care of today. There's no telling how long these things will take them to replace.. I'm thinking I will have to find a new place for service. On the bright side, they're definitely not trying to sell you on anything, but if you value your time then you might want to check out another dealership.

I went in for a high-milage oil change, replaced air filter, engine filter and engine gasket cover replacement as well. The auto mechanics did a very thorough job in a timely manner, all that work was done in about 2hrs and 15mins on a Saturday morning. Overall I am highly satisfied with the work done on my Camry and the customer service I recieved.

They gave us vehicle that was badly damaged, one week after receiving the vehicle, it began having serious issues. After bringing the vehicle back in for diagnosis, an almost 3000 dollar bill is handed to us and we did not damage the vehicle. Suppsedly because it is an uber exchange leased vehicle, there are no policies in place to exchange the vehicle. This has been a horrible experience. When the vehicle was brought in for diagnosing, noone seemed to know anything about the vehicle or what could be done to rectify this wrong. No one of the employees could even discuss with us the options available to us. The vehicle diagnosis appointment was made the day before, and after arriving as scheduled, the mechanic scheduled to work on it, isn't even present at the dealership. They had the vehicle for days after assuring us it would be returned the same day. Their diagnosis has nothing to do with the issues being experienced, nor does it seem as if they actually did anything at all other then read the inaccurrate diagnosis from firestone from 2 days before. What a completely unacceptable is the strongest feeling that the dealership had to know the vehicle was damaged before, maybe not, but with actions to support not fixing or exchanging the vehicle, they must know, or at he very least have some awareness that the vehicle was returned to them with damage or their employees damaged the vehicle and are not owning up to it. Someone damaged this vehicle and then sterling McCall let us choose it without taking care of the responsibility to provide a functional vehicle for uber driver partner program. Completely unsatisfactory

Had my car service today, it was late in da evening. I pulled up and someone came out quickly to ask what I wanted done today. Shorty after Anthony came out and discussed the step by step process of what was going to be done to my car. Even gave an estimated time. Anthony then came out to talk with me about how concern he was with my safety because of my front tire. That's why I love this place, because u can truly feel they care about you and your car.

I get all my car maintenance done here. Their service advisors are great, Will Solano is my guy and always does a great job to clearly communicate what's going on. The waiting area is great. You have reading rooms and multiple places to with televisions.

I am very disappointed my car was with them for many days when In reality it was something very simple to fix I had to be calling on a daily because nobody was moving to get me my car . I had to be there for them to work on it I will not be returning to Sterling McCall , no attention was given to me following me to go and seek answers .I have my receipts from all the uber drives I had to take to be able to go to check on you guys to make sure you were working on my car.

Thank you for your willingness to help me but I feel that I'm not getting treated fairly.
My money is just as good as the next customer and I haven't provided information for you to locate my lender, unless it's already in the system.
I have money for the down payment but I wanted to witness how a person with no money would be treated and I sure was Thrown in to the curb after I discussed with you I didn't have down payment money. I will be taking my business else where. And giving Sterling McCall this review. Lexus treated me unfair, Hyaundai gave me the run around and Toyota didn't want to assist me after I said I didn't have any money for a down payment which I actually do but customer service shouldn't be based on the amount of money someone has or the credit score. Each potential sale should be treated based on helping and non judgemental by discrimination because no one knows how much a potential buyer has to put down on a vehicle.

I called to make an appointment and the lady whom answered failed to ask me to hold before transferring me to the service department. Once I ask for service, there was no notice that I was being transferred. I made the appointment for a simple oil change for this morning. Upon my arrival, I told the gentleman (standing in the drive up area) of my appointment and he stated someone will be right over. I was then greeted by Johnny and he spent roughly 15 minutes walking around checking my vehicle, notating mileage, ticketing it then someone else came and drove it away. I followed Johnny to his desk where he looked in his system and stated he has to let someone else handle my needs. After all this time and effort, he pawned me off to someone else whom was forced to begin the process all the way over. I was in the uncomfortable position to explain my needs to another rep all over again. The new rep couldn't figure out how to put my information in the system so he asked another employee for assistance. The third rep then goes outside, comes back in inquiring about my Dodge. The biggest problem with that is I drove up in my Toyota Camry and do not own a dodge. Needless to say for a short period of time these guys could not even locate my vehicle. I wasted 45 minutes watching this horrible lack of organization and professionalism until I gave in and told them I will just take my vehicle somewhere else for service. It took additional time to get my vehicle finally located. Horrible service and I will choose a different dealership for service going forward!
