I love this location area for all of my service......

I love this location area for all of my service...I want to say Thank U to my service advisor Arturo Martine for taking care of my care needs..I had an immediate blown out tire that needs changing and he was so kind to take me and told me that he will take care of it..i had complete coverage on my contract and he got it service out in 30 min..

I was amazed at the caring the Toyota people showed me. I told this wonderful guy that I had an appointment at 1:00pm for intravenous chemotherapy. He signed me in and had me out within 20 minutes.

Yesterday... I try put my car for service and one of the service advisor was rude. He s doesn t want to help so I said I m going take my business some other dealership..he said fine.
Seem like every time I put my car in for service the advisor,porter and the cashier they alway mad or attitude. So it going be the last time I m going take my car for service

Completely cheating people in finance. Be careful to review all the charges in the paperwork.
We were buying a new car and the finance guy charged us additional $1,200 by sneaking it in and when we pointed it out he said sorry and said he printed out a corrected one for us to sign and when I checked again he did not remove it as he thought we won't be checking again !!!

They customer service is good but they agent we meet there that sold they car to us is not truthful his so unprofessional all he cares about is how to close a deal!! We had some scratches on they car which is their fault, and he asked us to drop off the car so they the fix it and the the GPS wasn't working but upon getting there after leaving our car for 3days with him, nothing was done and he even lied to us that he try fixing it ,only for us to discover they don't fix scratches in that location,someone's now gave us a location were we can fix the scratches!! I wish he was truthful rather than lies ,just because he want to sell us the car.We are are very disappointed with his customer services.

They are impersonal nobody s greets anyone or tells you what to do or where to go I was there for the first time servicing my Toyota Tacoma and the truck is making a rattling noise That I haven t heard before that happened after the service so I called and nobody picks up the phone When transferred to the service department is very crucial for clients to get guided and told a good number to call back if the service isn t to the expectations I called and left a massage and no one returned my call is frustrating because I took it to the dealership to get things done the right way in the first place.

Oscar was my service rep and he did a great job. I was in and out for my 40,000 mile maintenance in about an hour. I read a book while in the waiting room and the whole process was smooth from arrival to payment to departure. I have been going here for 8 years and have always been happy with the service and my Toyota.

The manager commented on my complaint and said he would like to help, but couldn t find my name in their database. This means he is 1. A liar or 2. Runs a business full of incompetent people.

I not only have my drivers license copied before the test drive, but also had my credit ran at the dealership. I m not sure how it s possible that they would have deleted my information 1 day after teat driving a car, and applying for credit. **End of update**

It s amazing how many reviews there are from people with 3 or less reviews... The sales staff is completely inept, lacking the slightest knowledge about toyota vehicles. I found myself having to answer my own questions with the aid of google. I spent 5 hours at the dealership the first day, and was scheduled to sign paperwork and pick up the car I chose the next day. I called to make sure it was still available, because the staff threatened to sell the car, trying to get me to stay longer than the five hours I had been there to finish that night. NObody at the dealership answered ANY phone line for an hour. I realized that I didn t want to do business with a place that is so unprofessional.

Pedro is the Assistant Service Manager that helped me with my maintaenance. I called that day, set an appt for the same day, and almost 3 hours later my car was ready! Best part was, the service that Toyota provided to drop me off at home while I waited and picked me back up. Thank you for making me feel taken care of, Pedro and Toyota.

I have had my vehicle service at this dealership for the past 2 years. The service advisors are courtesy, friendly, and provide good recommendation for my vehicle. My vehicle is always ready in the estimate time giving. The service is performed in a timely manner. I love the service and I would recommend the dealership to others. Big thanks to Brandon & Hugo!! I drop my car for battery replacement so since I have a warranty on the car the guy He told Me will cost less than 100 $ but when I get to the cashier to get my car keys the invoice came 145$ . If I didn t check the invoice I will pay the amount of 145$ After a complain they fix the issues

I have had great experiences with the entire team ...

I have had great experiences with the entire team at Sterling McCall Toyota, and in particular with Rick Howell in the Service Department. I ve been bringing my car to them for regular service and repairs ever since they sold me my car back in 2009. These last couple of visits have been for more expensive issues, since my car is getting old, but Rick has been great talking through the problems and the costs with me, answering questions via phone and email, and most importantly, working with the team to repair the problems correctly and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend these folks.

I have been using sterling McCall for the last 15 years for servicing my multiple cars and trucks. Their workmanship and promptness is wat above others in the surrounding areas. They have nice waiting areas and have a choice of coffee free of charge. I had an oil change done this morning, i.e.May 7, 2019 and the technician was Cedric McCall. He was exceptionally good.

I just bought 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross here since they offer good price. The thing i like best is they dont charge me "recondition" fee, which is around $1000 or accessories unit which is around $500, only tax and paperwork fee. If you wanna buy a car here, ask for Ozcan, he's hard working and be there on your demand! When i insisted them to lower the price, he helped me reduce $200 off and reduce the interest rates also. Im happy with my purchase here!

Edvin Lehr was super helpful. He reminded me of a service recall for my vehicle, which I was simply bringing in for an oil change/routine maintenance. I was on a tight timeline but he managed to get everything handled, including the recall, and get me out on time. His service and willingness to go above and beyond is a perfect example of why I bring my vehicle back into town to the dealership for anything needed to maintain or service my vehicle. They want me to buy their mats.
These guys are all about money. Service doesn t matter for them.

I've been to Sterling McCall service center twice and I've had great experiences both times. The techs are knowledgeable, the service reps are informative and the entire experience is quick and efficient. I bought my Prius at Mike Calvert, but had a horrible experience there. I will continue to take my Prius to Sterling McCall and definitely buy my next vehicle there!!!
2nd visit for service January 16. A busy Saturday but they're still pleasant and efficient. I also like their coffee bar and free WiFi, thanks again for the great service. Sara was the best even though she was new!!

I already wrote a review after having moved to Houston, to praise the efficiency of this location after my first visit, but I needed to follow up and do so again after George and the crew here outdid themselves, which was already hard to do.

I am very impressed with this operation; everything is smooth, runs well, is professional, and is efficient. Well done. I m not going anywhere else, and I implore anyone in the area with a Toyota to come here for any of their Toyota-related needs. Five stars.

I give my salesman Isaac Hall 5 starts for his exceptional customer service. He was very personable,professional and attentive. He had a great sense of humor and I was enjoying the experience. I was determined to walk out with a vehicle and like any other car buyer,feel as if i got a great vehicle, at a good price with great customer service. I assumed Sterling McCall would be in the business to sell. Apparently not.
After negotiating for a bit with Isaac,his manager walked over. He had the worst attitude and no type of professionalism.he sat down and said what s the problem ? Wish I could tell u this guys name, but I cannot as he did not introduced himself. His body language,tone and demeanor completely turned me away. He never offered a remedy for my concerns or a willingness to work with me in any way.

I m sure there s a dealership out there willing to take my money and at the very least fake a smile,and introduce themselves.

Made the painless appointment. We got there on time. Got checked in quickly within minutes. We then went to the waiting area and got ourselves some free coffee. Terrible shopping experience. Our sales associate -- "Lincoln", just golf carted us around the lot trying to sell us cars we didn't want and didn't even bother to research to see if the car we wanted was even available on the inventory. We moved on to Mike Calvert Toyota and bought a car from them the same day. In a way, the bad experience I got here was a blessing.

After a rocky start of waiting at the oil change center for 15 minutes w/o being helped, I was sent by an employee to the service Dept.to be checked in for the oil change. I was told by service that w/o an apptmt, it would be 2.5 hours of waiting. As I was turning around to leave, I was stopped by the oil change Dept. Mgr who asked if I would just go back to the oil change Dept. Where all work was completed w/in about an hour. The Mgr. Is to be commended for his service; he s an asset to Sterling-McCall. I ve been a customer there for 36 years.
