Being close to Times Square is the only thing this hotel has going. Front desk was hopelessly overwhelmed by volume of customers and with one of three elevators broken, waiting 10 minutes for an elevator every time was excruciating

Located opposite the Port Authority, very comfortable room, excellent breakfast, three times in the week from 5 pm to 7pm a social hour with lunch, free reception of mail packages, very attentive staff and willing to solve the problems that arose . I would go back to the same hotel without hesitation! Highly recommended!!

The king suite on the 20th floor was very comfortable. We did pay the extra $5 a day for housekeeping. The ability to connect devices to the tv was helpful. The con was the lack of enough elevators during busy times. They would be full of people and we would have to wait for another.
Breakfast was delicious with a large selection that was very fresh. Three nights during the week they have wine, beer and food for free. The staff was exceptional. Location could not be better. We walked all over and the subway was convenient as well. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

The rooms are a lot less nice then in the pictures. The room I stayed at had a kitchen but overall was quite small. The drain in my shower was clogged, the light above my mirror on the bathroom did not work, and half the plugs in the room did not work. I was on the 13th floor, and the internet was super slow. I did a speed test and only got 4 megabytes. The TV was not mounted on the wall properly and I felt like it could fall off the wall any minute. The staff were not wearing their masks properly for covid safety. On top of that, three weeks after I stayed at the hotel, I got a mysterious charge from the hotel on my credit card. I called them and they told me it was a glitch in the system and then they gave me my money back. The only good part about this hotel is the price and the location.

Everything is very good. Staff very friendly rooms always very nice view top. Wait for the elevator about 5-10 minutes you should not wait for the rush hour we are mostly at 7/8 down and at 9 again high. All in all, highly recommended for this price.

Very conveniently located. While parking can be a bit inconvenient (garage is over a block away), overall value was above average. The quality and offering of a buffet breakfast was an added surprise.

Great location close to Times Square. Rooms are a little on the small side but clean. The free breakfast is the standard fare of prefab scrambled eggs and meat, cereal, muffins, bagles, etc. Price is reasonable for the area.

First time in NYC, stayed here for one night. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is across the street from the Port Authority bus terminal, which made our arrival quite painless. Our room wasn't yet ready, but the staff offered to store our bags while they prepared the room. The hotel is very close to Times Square, so we were able to walk to just about anywhere we wanted to go, or to any of the nearby subway stations. The room itself was spacious enough for our needs and included kitchen accommondations such as a stove, pots and pans, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on - an excellent night's sleep after a day in the city. The view from our room wasn't great, as we faced another building, so we didn't get a lot of sunshine in the morning. But all in all a very pleasant stay.

Central hotel in Midtown, with spacious pieces with full kitchen, 26 m2 effectively, very good service, free washing machines, a few blocks from Times Square. It has 3 elevators which is a problem at peak times but it is solved. At other times they are fast and expeditious. They solve problems and orient in a capital way, my wife got in an accident and had to use a wheelchair, and the hotel facilitated everything for her displacement. Breakfast is sufficient but not very varied, you can buy milk, cereals, yogurt and the like nearby and prepare breakfast in the room. The daily cleaning of the room has a cost of US $ 5 but is optional, towels, toilet paper, coffee for the coffee maker are not charged. Good beds and windows isolated from noise. Stay on 28th floor. King room.
I would repeat my stay at the hotel.

Excellent location! The hotel is in walking distance to Times Square, Broadway & Restaurant row. It's also nice having a full kitchen & free breakfast. The bellman was very personable & welcoming. My only complaint was that the room could have been cleaner, the elevators are tiny & slow, and there is a lot of noise from the doors to the stairway at night.

Highly not recommended for the following reasons: 1. Location- right next to the bus station, AKA not a safe area. 2. Room was outdated with an old carpet and full of dust.
3. Staff- some of the staff at the front desk were rude and not helpful.
On the bright side the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast

Excellent choice! Location is very nice, right by the PATH terminal and a few minutes from Times Square. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, they always had a smile and something nice to say and would help you with anything you needed with the warmest of attitudes. Breakfast is complimentary, and coffee, tea and chocolate are available all day long. The room was spatious, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could need, right down to the dishwasher. The only negative thing I would point out is that the elevators run at a wounded snail's pace (seriously, getting one not full of people at around 8AM is nearly impossible if you are staying at the lower floors, so going down with your luggage might take you 15 minutes of elevator wait). Other than that, this is nothing like a two-star hotel at all. We loved staying here and will definitely stay here again!

First holiday alone for me and my sister. New York was very daunting for us. The hotel stall helped make our stay amazing. Made us feel welcome and at ease. Helped us to plan trips and gave advice on what to do. Amazing. Clean rooms perfect size

The employees here are some of the nicest people I have meet. They are more than willing to help and seem to really want your stay to be perfect. Rooms are nice, free breakfast in the mornings. Walking distance to most activities. Would definitely stay here again.

I really visited other staybridge suites, competitively this one is very bad. My own cooking instruments has been taken by room service from the drawers. I have reported a complaint but cold response. Also staff is quite arrogant to answer and cooperation. In my next visit i will visit another place in NYC.

Apart from the excellent location, the rooms are not exactly the best, cleaning with summary dust evident on the furniture. The air conditioner is a unique disaster, positioned next to the bed and very noisy.
Breakfast not really good and lean with insufficient seating.
Another flaw is the 3 elevators, which due to the amount of people fail to satisfy the users. To go down from the fifth floor, sometimes you have to take the one uphill to find a place, get to 32 and then go back down to the ground floor.

Good location that's about it. Room service needs huge improvement, I don't if they ever heard about "Hoover"?? Probably not because the room was very dusty. Reception and breakfast service people were nice and friendly "sarcasm". So overall it was not the best experience.

The hotel is overall very good, especially because of its super central location. Especially the bed in the room was awesome. The closet was too small for two people. Drinks that you can buy downstairs are super expensive and a mistake was made at the front desk so we had to pay the money twice, once through the travel agent and once it was debited from the credit card without advance notice. We are still in the process of fixing it. Otherwise the staff is very nice, the rooms are very clean and the internet works perfectly. We had some problems with the TV, but a technician showed us how it works.

The rooms are NY standard sizes. The bathrooms have windows on The majority of the doors so if one person wakes up and uses the bathroom, everyone wakes up. Breakfast and the social dinners are great.

Great hotel, very good and convenient location. The check in and overall service was always friendly. The rooms are bigger than usually in Manhattan, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having a small kitchenette in the room which was very well equipped. Only the air conditioning was annoying because it's very loud.
The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and did not lack of anything, yummy bagels, toast, muffins, eggs, bacon, sausages, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, juice, coffee, fruit etc. Wonderful. I can fully recommend this hotel. Oh, and a great plus: you can wash and dry your clothe for free in the basement of the hotel.

Hotel just outside times square. Think they'd put curtains on the windows....nope. Elevators are also super small and slow. Stayed on the 18th floor, took 8 minutes once for an elevator.

Quite good to stay the night. The rooms are clean, there is a small kitchen with large microwave, fridge with freezer, two hotplates and the necessary cookware, cutlery and crockery. The whole hotel makes a bit stale and worn impression. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. We had only booked breakfast, this was quite clear but still sufficient. There was pretty much the same breakfast every day: scrambled eggs, fried eggs, alternating bacon, boiled ham or meatballs, pancakes, bagels, American apple pie. If you want to explore New York and most of the time just go and go to the hotel. Overnight, this hotel is quite adequate.

It's a nice hotel overall. I found that the breakfasts were of a high quality, and would recommend eating there instead of going out. The rooms were decent, and we have actually returned, and we were slightly disappointed with the experience of our stay, which was lesser than the excellent trip we had previously. However the staff were almost as nice as Canadian staff, and were very accommodating. The elevators are an issue however, you must give 5-10 minutes of time for each elevator ride during peak hours. I would recommend asking g for a lower room to either walk up and down, or just getting a shorter elevator ride. The food was excellent the rooms good, service was on par. No reason why I wouldn't return!

Perfect! It's a mini apartment! Clean, safe and convenient is this hotel. Staff treat you very professionally and friendly.
My rooms in the past have been quiet. There is a full kitchen with a full sized fridge, oven and microwave. Pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils are there
I had a King sized bed, a view and a huge tv.
The bathroom was clean and ready for use. There is a shower rather than tub. I'm fine with a shower as long as I have that kitchen.
