Great experience. Majority of transaction took place online. Salesperson (Hector Amaya) and Finance (Aryan) were very friendly and helpful. Salesperson took the time to help my wife pair her iPhone with the RAV 4. Finance did not pressure us into purchasing extra stuff like warranty, etc, just gave the straight facts.
