My elderly mother in law came to do an oil change and she got Lied To.

Her service advisor was: ^^^^Jason Baker^^^

She was told that there is a law about the thickness of the brake pads and she can t leave the dealership with out fixing it yes. They made it sound like she has To Do it!!!! We did inspection 3 months ago and she barely drives the car!!

We will be reporting this behavior!
