I was very disappointed with the way I was treated...
I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. The car was in for safety inspection, which I thought was something that you do and if there is something wrong you alert the client to let them know why the car could not pass.
The associate who was in charge of my car failed my car, did not call to let me know why the car had failed only to get a call after 2hrs (E Cruz) saying the car was ready after 2hrs of waiting, no mention of the car failing because of torn wipers. To me this was unacceptable, this is not my first car but from my previous experiences someone would call you and let you know why the car was not passing inspection then it would be up to me to correct the issues and have them corrected. My car was apparently failed because of torn wipers. Of course, I understand it is a safety issue but let me know so I can have you replace it, that is all the reason why the car was brought in first place. Do not just assume I was not able to pay for the wipers. This is not the first time I have brought my car in.
This associate was rude from the torn of his voice. He was not at all pleasant. I just fill like looking for another Toyota place to take my car. I work in a service industry, and this is not the way you treat your customers.
Once again very disappointed, 2hrs of waiting and a call to tell you the car is ready, when the car was not ready (UNACCEPTABLE)
