My experience with the service department has been either good or bad. This last experience was today was good. I purchase my 2016 Toyota Prius from is dealership in July of 2016. The sales department then was great. The service department is sometimes good; sometimes bad. I have come to understand that it is the coordinating service adviser who can determine what type of service experience you have at this dealership. The person I had today was exceptional. Mr. D. McClain is a great listener.
I was pleased with the service I received because he kept me informed. And because of this I didn't mind waiting.
