I recently had an outpatient CT scan performed at Northwest Medical Center here in Bentonville, the staff was friendly and polite for the most part. I left the hospital thinking that things went well, when the report was released to my doctor, they called me to tell me what was found and then posted it to my portal. I always review my results and upon reviewing the results I realized that the Doctor Bartnicke who transcribed the report either mixed up the CT with another patient or does not know what he is doing. In my report, it stated that The gallbladder appears normal however this does not exclude gallstones which is awesome, except for the fact that I had my gallbladder removed in 2016 and the surgery to remove the gallbladder was performed at this hospital! Due to this I have ranked this hospital a one star and would recommend that people go elsewhere for medical test or procedures.

I entered the ER and was immediately seen. The attending ER physician was professional and thorough. I was sent to imaging for a CT scan where diagnosis was made that I needed an appendectomy. The ER staff was efficient and professional in preparing me for surgery. Minimal time had passed from entering the ER to receiving surgery in the OR. Dr Cedeno helped me to feel at ease and was equally thorough and comforting postop. The overall experience of spending 3 days under the care of the professionals at Northwest Medical Bentonville was very positive and I have fully recovered.

Asked in radiology waiting room for the channel to be changed. Small children present and talk show subject matter is totally inappropriate.i was incompletely ignored and the show continued.

This is the most mismanaged facility. From the top to bottom it feels like everyone is just phoning it in.
My most recent was a surgery that required an overnight stay. One of my top 10 worst nights ever that included me reaching out for help on a couple of occasions and never getting any.
This is a 2 Star review, as there were highlights: my surgery was a great success, and the first few hours after recovery I was in the care of Juanita, and she knows nursing.

The Cath Lab team is amazing! I was very nervous to have a PICC line, but the team was very informative and quickly put my mind at ease. They were very caring and professional. I greatly appreciate the extra time they took making sure I understood everything and making me feel comfortable during the whole procedure!

I spent almost a week in January on the 3rd floor. All the nurses and aides were amazing! Gary and Tristan ! Y all rock! Then I come in to get my medical records today and I meet Nikki a fellow Steelers girl! And can t forget Jimmy from the kitchen. Go Cowboys! Not! Thanks everyone for being so helpful!

My fiance was scheduled for a heart catheter this ...

My fiance was scheduled for a heart catheter this morning and found out that the insurance only covered only one quarter of the cost. So we were informed that in order to have this procedure done we would have to come up with at least 500$. Keep in mind she is wearing a heart monitor because of her heart conditions, they were concerned that she may have blockage in one of the valves. So because we didn't have the 500$ she got turned down at the check in desk. So it goes to show you Northwest Medical center in Bentonville doesn't care about a person's well being.. And if you don't have money, they'll send you right out the front door, even if a person has a heart condition. In my opinion that's just not only bad business but a lack of human compassion. I'm only giving them a 1 star review is because the rating system doesn't go any lower than 1. Now I don't think I'd take a dying dog to this facility.. it's all about money and nothing else, that's a fact.

Have had to use their ER three times now and their ER Doctors are great. Had to have emergency Cholecystectomy and their Staff Surgeons not only did a great job, but were personable and have a great bedside manner. They also followed up with me after my hospital say and ensured that my health was satisfactory. Nurse Rachel in ICU was kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable as well. Way beyond what I would expect from a Nurse.

Negative, negative, negative infinity. Been waiting an hour to be attended by a doctor and the nurses were extremely rude. One of the nurses even refused to answer my question of when we would be attended. If you have an emergency, please do not go here.

Thursday, March 21, 2019 I went to the ER with a swollen finger. The doctor numbed my finger and drained the infection. He then placed gauze on top and he left the room. A young male nurse came in and said I could leave. I asked him if he was going to put a bandage on my finger. He said yes. He left the room with gloves on came back and started wrapping my finger with gauze. He didn't clean the wound first. The end of my finger where the drainage took place was not covered. I asked for another nurse and he stepped out and a female nurse came in and said what. I showed her the bandage and told her didn't feel it was wrapped correctly. She said it was fine and I could leave. On the bed was a pad with instruments, blood, pus that had been drained which all would have fallen had I got up. I asked if she could move it and with her bare hands she grabbed it from the top. I was so disgusted, I left. The next day I went to my doctor. He cleaned the wound and bandaged it properly.

This review is for the ER. Melissa V. was absolutely amazing! Unfortunately my illness required a repeat visit to ER. The first time she was my nurse and was kind, attentive and very helpful. The next day she was not assigned to me but when a trauma was admitted that took my nurse away, she came to my aid anyway. She went above and beyond and took care of an unbearable situation. The nurse director was also so caring and really wanted to help. Northwest is lucky to have them!

Definitely not my first choice of hospital in the area. Their billing department is the absolute worst!! Their ER staff can seem rushed and short staffed. I m sure they re doing the best they can with the resources available to them. I would recommend asking a ton of questions and making sure you get accurate information.

My wife recently had sinus surgery at northwest Bentonville. It is a very difficult procedure for the patient and family, but the surgery team, prep team and PACU team were awesome. They did everything to help us get through the procedure. The staff are very competent and pleasant. Thank you NW!

I brought my husband to the ED and he was brought back quickly. The care was quick and accurate. Dr. Bowen and Tommy RN were compassionate and tending to all of his needs and provided a thorough explanation of his care and diagnostic tests.
My husband was admitted. We were made to realize very quickly that he was in good hands. We cannot day enough about the staff. They provided comfort and the care provided was flawless and accurate. We did not wait long if we called for help and assistance was offered multiple times. A big thank you to Triston RN, Jennifer RN, Andrew RN, Alleri PCA, Taylor PCA, Julie PCA, Virginia - X-Ray, Kara RT, Andrea RT, Dr. Kiatoukaysy, Dr. Jogani and everyone else who participated in his medical care, as I am certain I am missing names. A big shout out to the dietary team and housekeeping team also. The room was always clean and dietary folks were very friendly and responsive. I will most definitely make NW-Bentonville our provider of choice.

I recently made a visit to the ER for treatment for a kidney stone. The nurses, Kimberly and Jessica were very sweet and attentive, despite the fact that the ER was busy when I arrived. The physician assistant Lindsey was amazing. She took time to speak with me without appearing rushed, and she reviewed my medical history and consulted with a specialist prior to determining a plan of action. She also advocated for me to get the best treatment possible even when she was getting push back from a urologist (who is NOT a Northwest employee). She genuinely cared about me and getting my needs met. I would absolutely recommend Northwest Medical without any hesitation.

The er was fast and dr. Holden was just what id expect for my doctor. Polite, direct, and most importantly sincere. However, i must be honest and say this rating doesnt hold a candle to the rating our nurse Kathi deserves. The way she reached out to my daughter isnt something i can convey. I dont have the words. She shined brighter than any star tonight. Thank you for everything.

Amazing experience all my doctors and nurses were amazing. It has been the best experience in a hospital, from registration all the way to discharge. Staff went above and beyond to make my time pleasant and met all my medical needs.

I want to publicly thank Angela Brackin, director ...

I want to publicly thank Angela Brackin, director of radiology, for her great customer service and caring heart. I had gone for an MRI and was on crutches. To get to the medical records department, it was quite a hike. She and a colleague were walking down the hall and recognized how tired I was and asked if I would like a wheelchair. To which I said, yes! She proceeded to get one and to push me to medical records. She then waited for the copy of the disk I was getting and pushed me out to my car. She went above and beyond. I m sure she was on her way to something and this little side trip delayed her but she was so kind and polite the whole time. You would hope that you would get that kind of service all the time in a medical setting but that is not always the case. So I wanted to make sure and thank her publicly and tell her to keep up the good work. Customers/patients have choices of where they want to spend their money, and NWMedical just received what equates to a national advertising spend without the actual expenditure!

Exceptional customer service from the minute patients and visitors are greeted at the entrance to a friendly thanks for choosing Northwest Medical when they leave. Professional staff with kind service.

Unfortunately, I found myself transported to the ER here after an accident on night of 12/3. The doctor had the worst attitude I've ever seen. He barely did an exam. I understand drawing labwork. I even understand having a brief wait to be taken to radiology. But since when is it acceptable to make a patient who has been involved in an accident move and twist his body before clearing the spine with xray/ct scan? Also, since when do you have to wait for the lab results before getting x-rays.
I cannot recommend this ER to anyone. If I had known how poorly I would be treated by the doc and most of the staff, I definitely would have asked to be transported elsewhere. Unfortunately, being from out of town, I had no clue which hospital to ask to be transported to.
There were a couple nurses who actually cared, but over all, this place doesn't even deserve one star. If I were an EMT, I would absolutely try to refuse to transport any patient to this ER.

The staff was very attentive and hospitable and exceeded my expectations when following up to my physical problems. God placed the right people in the right places at the right times. I am very thankful.

Went to ER for possible flu. Doctor didn't even ask what all my symptoms were. Just said I had flu. He prescribed me flonase and cough pill. Pharmacist questioned why I didn't get tamiflu. I called ER back and the nurse said the doctor said sinusitis. Flu to sinus infection is big difference. They didn't test me for anything or check me over. Just in and out knowing my husband just got over flu. Go to mercy ER. and they tested me. I had flu and bronchitis. They were much nicer at mercy also.

They took excellent care of my little one, and worked hard to make her feel comfortable. Above and beyond making sure they checked every possibility and nailed down the her breathing issues. Thank you Northwest ER staff from a grateful mother.

Came to see a friend and witnessed a nurse talk to a sick man like he was 2. Showed no respect for the patient and it borderlined disdain for him.
I ve worked for CHS and if this is how they do things now, it s pretty sad. Go to Mercy or Washington Regional.

We went in to the ER because my toddler spiked a 104 fever in a matter of 45 minutes and began projectile vomiting. The intake nurse was rude, it took three tries to get a catheter to check for a UTI, and cost way more than it should have. I birthed my kid for cheaper than a UTI test and a dose of motrin costs at this facility.

The er nuses and doctors were so kind and got me in the back and took really good care of me. And Juanita, Josh, and the other nurse, sorry can't remember her name was the best nurses I could of asked for and their bedside manner was impeccable! Thank you for making my stay a lot better!

My brother has stage 4 lung cancer that has spread to his spine and lymph nodes. He was brought by ambulance to NWH in Bentonville on a Saturday evening and treated like a derilect drug addict by 2 doctors in the emergency room. After a chest exray they said "they didn't see any cancer", but failed to tell him or his family that he DID have pneumonia until the next day when the staff changed.
I will never go to this hospital!

I had to have a procedure done in the OR. The staff were all very kind, compassionate and considerate. They were also very professional and knowledgeable. The nurses were able to answer all of my questions and made sure that I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on. I will definitely go back if I need any further medical care.

Glory to God!

Glory to God!
The staff here saved me at least three times. Strokes the last three times. Their home health affiliates are miracle workers. So are the ER, the 5th floor, & the transport folks. Thx. I am back at it, trying to rebuild my life, and trying to help and encourage others.

Sitting in er currently with boyfriend and these ladies in here are amazing. Very kind and very attentive. Through the whole process asking if he was alright and if there was any pain or discomfort. Also they were also super quick. I love the fact that we weren't here all day waiting to be seen. Thank you northwest staff for a great experience!!!

I was here for less than 3 hours due to a potential appendix scare. In the time I was there, they rushed me in for a CT scan before the blood or urine work came back to determine if anything was wrong. A couple weeks later I was billed a total of almost $9000 between the various services provided.

Do NOT recommend. Go somewhere else if you can help it.

I wanted a tour of their birthing facility. Called and left messages SIX times to the director who said someone named Hannah was to call me back. Took them over a week to call me back and tell me that I can just call 30 minutes before I arrive to see if anyone is available. You would think they could have provided me that information ahead of time. Would be nice if I didn't have a job or a life, but I do and would like information before waddle in and I arrive.

Recently spent a few days here after a sudden illness. I was admitted thru the ER, service was fast and Kim my nurse was awesome. The dr and nurse were both Very hands on and treated me very well. Upon being admitted, I was on the third floor. These nurses Rock! Michelle, Wanita and Nicki were amazing. They were caring, supportive and amazing in treating me. My room was clean, housekeeping staff was courteous and efficient. Dietary was prompt and food was hot every meal. Head of housekeeping, Tim, even rounds to make sure my room was cleaned to expectation.
Everyone was smiles and it made my stay a lot more relaxing. I was seen by about 4 different doctors that were fast about diagnosing my issues and gave prompt treatment plan with a clear follow up plan so I was comfortable and knew what to expect upon release. I would recommend NWMC to anyone and will come again if needed.

I ve always gone to mercy but today I had a unique incident come up and northwest was the only place that was willing to try to help me without surgery. Thankfully the people in the er were able to extract a very lodged in needle out of my foot without sending me off to a very pricey surgeon like everyone else planned to. I m thankful they were willing to try and give it their best. It was quick getting in and out. Everyone was kind and they definitely helped get me out of a very random, unfortunate situation quickly through the least expensive route.

Management here have never taken a class in basic customer care. The front desk is rarely manned, and then only by volunteers. This is not professional. Need a wheel chair for your loved one? Forget it, they are in a locked closet (hidden from view). I HAVE to go there but if I could choose hell first I would try that. I doubt the service could be any worse. If your doctor works with Mercy, do yourself and loved one a HUGE favor and GO THERE! HATE is not a good enough word for my experiences at NW Health, or LACK OF IT!

Waiting time was very less.

Waiting time was very less.

I went for my wife to this hospital in ER. She had abdominal pain. My previous doctor from walk in clinic already diagonised for Kidney stone and as my wife had severe pain, doctor from clinic suggested to go and have CT scan from ER. But, when we reached their and told them about diagnosis from my previous doctor, they did urine check. They did not find any blood in urine, so doc at hospital gave wrong decision and told us that its not because of kidney stone and because of muscle pain. It was wrong decison and again we had to go for CT scan next day and confirm kideney stone.

Even after giving wrong decision, they billed me like hell.

I was in the ER for 6 hours and I found the staff was very rude and not caring. When they finally said I was going to a room it took 2 hours of waiting. when I got to the 3rd floor everyone that came in was very friendly and professional. Always ask if I wanted anything. They took good care of me.

I have a cancer which requires blood transfusions almost every other week.

I find the nursing staff and all the support staff, right down to the people who clean the rooms OUTSTANDING!!

I have also experienced the other big hospital here, and there is no comparison when it comes to hands on care.

Most qualified hospital and connected with the Mayo Clinic, where I have also been, makes it all work for me.

I had a CT scan of my bladder on February 15. The staff and CT tech were wonderful and compassionate. The radiology techs made a rather unpleasant test almost pleasant. The facilities were clean and there were multiple signs to direct patients. I would recommend Northwest Bentonville to everyone. They put their money and resources into patient care rather than into decorations!

I would not go here unless I had no choice. ER doc...

I would not go here unless I had no choice. ER doctors are good for most things. They did miss my meningitis infection a while back, which led to 6 weeks of weakness and pain, but overall they have done well. Their egregiously unethical billing is where my complaint is. If you are someone who has fallen into bad health, be aware they will open up a new account for every visit, even if it is for the same thing. They demand 25 dollar minimums on each account and will send it to collections and/or attorneys if you miss a month. There is no sort of assistance program through this hospital, if you have insurance. So, if you visit 12-14 times in a year, they will demand 25 dollar minimum payment for each of those 12-14 visits. Their bills don't have any sort of itemization on them, and if you request an itemized bill, they drag their feet on getting one to you. If you can't pay, and request help to see if you can merge accounts or get some other kind of assistance, they will refuse(they don't have any assistance program unless you have no insurance), then send it to collections and or attorneys. Go to mercy, they have assistance programs should you run into a bad time, and are more willing to work with you. Northwest is only in it for the money, and has no care for the well being of their patients. They just don't care whose lives they ruin in pursuit of the mighty dollar.

Response to business:
I spoke with your office in person. According to them, they were unable to help. Your worker even mentioned that she went through the same thing and that you served her at work and when she tried getting help, you denied helping her too.

I went to the ER a couple of days ago, terrified, and was instantly reassured by a very, very understanding and caring staff. The primary physician Kathryn made me feel at ease immediately, and we chatted like old friends. She was very understanding and kind and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that! Tommy was the sweet nurse who brought me a sandwich and water because I hadn't eaten, and hats off to the guy that administered the I V. Yuck! I was dreading that, but I tell you, he was so smooth and easy, I barely felt anything, no joke! I wish I could remember his name... Taylor or Tyler...I haven't forgotten the wonderful, compassionate treatment I received and I wanted to share it. Hopefully I will never be back at the ER, but if I do, I will go reassured I'm in good hands. Thank you so much you guys!!

Can not say enough great things about Northwest Medical Center. My parents live in Texas and come up here for all of their cancer treatment. Dr Kalyan and Dr Jogani are simply amazing not to mention the cardiovascular surgeons who operated on both of my parents. If you want peace of mind and know your loved one is going to receive exceptional care Northwest Medical Center is your place. Shout out to all of the Nurses, Respiratory staff that went above and beyond taking care of my parents.

Pulmanary Dr was the rudest person. Would not recommend him to anyone. Don't care how smart you are you have to have a good attitude to work with people. Would differently say a better lung dr for sure!!!!!

Cardiologist was great!!!! Some nurses were great some need career changes.
Overall it was an ok experience!!!!

My son's 16 year old girlfriend was having contractions early in her labor, around 32 weeks. We went to Labor and delivery to be assessed for labor and/or a reason as to why she was contracting. We got taken upstairs and into a room right away. Our nurse, Amy, came in shortly after arriving to the floor and got the baby's heart beat on the monitor. She assessed and asked my son's girlfriend all about her symptoms. The reason was quickly found and a solution resulted in the end of the contractions. We were well taken care of with friendly, caring, knowledgeable staff. Labor and delivery at Northwest in Bentonville is wonderful!

The main reason I am giving this hospital such a b...

The main reason I am giving this hospital such a bad review is because I was admitted twice for the same thing in two weeks. Nothing really was ever settled on the first time and they discharged me. Both times I had IV's literally not even all the way in my arm so they came out and leaked everywhere, three times, sometimes with blood, sometimes with the fluid that was supposed to be going inside of me. The nurses were all extremely nice and gave me a million times more information about what was going on that my doctor (same doctor both times) ever would and all I ever got were contradictions, partial information, or always getting my hopes up that I'd be released because I had to keep my job to be able to even pay the medical bills along with my normal bills. I just kept being told we are going to be keeping you another 24 hours for observation...... I had second and third opinions and there wasn't ever really a reason a majority of the time to even have me stay. I finally had to discharge myself after once again a new test my doctor wanted done and keep me another day, but I wasn't able to do that at all so I had to leave against her advice because half the things could have been out patient tests. After the 3rd CT Scan, ultrasound, and ekg, then an mri and scope being mentioned I just couldn't spend 4 months in the hospital to be told so much conflicting information from my doctor. If I ever have to go back to a hospital here it will definitely not be that one if I am given the same doctor. Horrible, horrible, horrible, experience. Not to mention the fact that not only did my IV's come out all the time but just to take blood took minimum four tries so after two weeks by the time I left yesterday (Feb 14) I looked like a heroine addict because my arms, hands, wrists, anywhere visible basically had either bruises or needle marks on them so that's a great way to look as you show up to work. So disappointed with my doctor's treatment methods.

Had an excellent experience here earlier this month when I had a port implanted for my next round of chemotherapy. The staff - from the volunteers who helped escort me where I needed to go to the registration staff and the clinicians - were all outstanding. Really liked the new Interventional Radiologist who did my procedure, Dr. Micah Fritsche. The special procedures team was particularly outstanding and I wish I could remember everyone's names now! Everyone was compassionate, knowledgeable and professional as well as attentive to my special requests.

ER staff was top notch! Kurt, Jessica, Dominique, Linda all amazing! Super fast and understood my pain. When I got to the floor (4th) Barb my night nurse was nothing short of spectacular. I had her 2 nights in a row. She did what she said and always came when she said she would. Her bedside manner was excellent. Her instructions, explainations, and understanding was the best I have ever had. I am blessed to have had her. There are a lot of other nurses on that floor that could learn a lot from her. I worked there for many years and have to say this was the best experience I have ever had and I contribute it to all the mentioned nurses especially Barb.

I had a wart that was growing on the right side of...

I had a wart that was growing on the right side of my thumb. After 2 months, it has taken a good chunk of my thumb. So I went to the walk-in ER at Northwest Medical Center of Bentonville to get it treated before it gets any bigger.

They charged me $100 saying "Oh, we will take care of that." After about 20 min, the doctor came and looked at it for 2 sec and said that they don't have the equipments or medicine to treat a wart.

So I said I wanted my money back because they can't treat me due to their lack of equipments and medicines. Then the doctor went out, talked to some people, came back and said they don't treat things like wart in ER. They said they can take care of in-grown nail and stuff because it's "serious," but my wart that's taking up 1/5 of my right thumb isn't serious enough to treat in an ER.

So I asked for the money back again, and the doctor said he could technically use the "scalpel and some alcohol" to cut it out, but he said it would cost more than $100. From the beginning, I asked the doctor if he could cut it out before it gets any bigger, and he said he didn't feel comfortable doing it. And now all of a sudden he can do it after I asked for money back?

So I went to talk to an administrative. And one of them said, that they can't refund the money because I
"chose" to be admitted and see the doctor...

That would have made sense if the doctor recommended against treating it for some health reason, but the doctor chose not to treat it because they didn't have any means to treat it. Is this even legal to charge a patient $100 after failing to treat him due to lack of equipments or medicines at the hospital?

That's not the end. That administrative guy told me how he could technically refund my money, but he would send the bill to my house, and if I don't pay, he said he would hand the case over to a collection company.

I mean I didn't get angry or say anything disrespectful. I just asked if I can get my money back because the hospital couldn't treat me due to the lack of equipments and medicine. And this administrative basically threatens me by saying he would let the collection company handle it and possibly take me to court for this.

So this hospital seems to lack: medicines, equipments, and compassion.

I had a total hip replacement in March 2019. Dr. Michael Maline had excellent bedside manner. Hospital was very clean and all of the staff were more than accommodating both Pre Op and Post Op. Nursing staff was fantastic! Very pleased with my experience here. Billing has been clean and much easier to deal with than the other hospitals in the area in my experience.

Gave me the wrong medicine...was bleeding heavily and said was normal and sent me on my way....droce an hour away for teeatment....later had to go back and get blood transfusions...they won't call you back about issues...hand out pills instead of fixing issues. I came in for an emergency appendectomy. I was transferred from another hospital and was weary about using Northwest because of my experiences in Springdale. Boy was it a different world. From the moment I was wheeled in I had numerous people taking care of me. Meds were being brought in for pain and a surgery had been scheduled. I was back in pre op within a half hour of arrival and before I knew it I was waking up from surgery. The post op nurse was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable. When I got to my room the nurse on duty was bringing me things before I could ask for them. From meds to a menu for food. It was like they were reading my mind. I have a new view on Northwest. A big thanks to all the staff that worked diligently to make sure I was taken care of in the most painful point in my life.

My son was born at 35 weeks. Best care was given after my c-section. Doctor Schmitz is wonderful, and so are nurses Stephany and Kim at the NICU. All staff really takes interest in any concerns and looks after you and baby's well being. Thanks to all hospital staff that helped.

Very great treatment. I had to take my neighbor to the ER. I took him to Mercy but they took too long and couldn't get him admitted. We waited 30 minutes. So we decided to take him here at NorthWest Medical Center. He was immediately admitted upon arrival within 5 minutes. It saved his life because he had cancer and was having a horrible side effect of his Kimo. I will never go to Mercy again.

Very caring and friendly staff. We were there two days to deliver our baby and they were all very accommodating and kind. Only wish I had one condensed ultimate checklist of what all to do and when bc being on pain medication and sleep deprived and the whirlwind of having a baby makes me forget. Wonderful experience though and so thankful for the entire staff.

Almost 4 months ago on August 30th we lost our second pregnancy at 12 weeks due to a subchorionic hematoma. It had been a month of scares weekly, that each time we went to the OBs office & checked baby was fine. Unfortunately that day we had to go to the ER due to it being after office hours. Twice in one day to be exact. Dr Sanchez the first trip in the middle of the night, was so patient, caring and thoughtful towards a scared mom and dad. She explained her concern even baby was fine at the moment, due to my pain about potential for miscarriage and walked us through that possibility. Later that evening we lost the baby had to go back to ER. We were taken care of in triage by Lrae who immediately helped me into a room and did My IV even though you all were busy, then my nurse was Kathy who was just an absolute angel was so comforting to us.even went above and beyond and asked if she could pray over us. We gladly accepted that offer. It helped in that moment so much. Dr Jones was the Physician on That night. He was apologetic to our loss, personable and real during a difficult moment even shared a personal experience. Amy the ultrasound tech stayed late just to do my ultrasound and was beyond sweet. This staff was wonderful to us and treated us like people not like a room number. As a health care provider being the patient was hard enough but the staff here made a sad experience better, if that's possible and helped give closure. Thank you for your kindness to us that day.
