I would not go here unless I had no choice. ER doctors are good for most things. They did miss my meningitis infection a while back, which led to 6 weeks of weakness and pain, but overall they have done well. Their egregiously unethical billing is where my complaint is. If you are someone who has fallen into bad health, be aware they will open up a new account for every visit, even if it is for the same thing. They demand 25 dollar minimums on each account and will send it to collections and/or attorneys if you miss a month. There is no sort of assistance program through this hospital, if you have insurance. So, if you visit 12-14 times in a year, they will demand 25 dollar minimum payment for each of those 12-14 visits. Their bills don't have any sort of itemization on them, and if you request an itemized bill, they drag their feet on getting one to you. If you can't pay, and request help to see if you can merge accounts or get some other kind of assistance, they will refuse(they don't have any assistance program unless you have no insurance), then send it to collections and or attorneys. Go to mercy, they have assistance programs should you run into a bad time, and are more willing to work with you. Northwest is only in it for the money, and has no care for the well being of their patients. They just don't care whose lives they ruin in pursuit of the mighty dollar.

Response to business:
I spoke with your office in person. According to them, they were unable to help. Your worker even mentioned that she went through the same thing and that you served her at work and when she tried getting help, you denied helping her too.
