TopGuns Realty has helped us buy multiple houses. Keith Robertson was our realtor and he helped negotiate the best purchase price possible on all of our homes, while making sure we knew any potential problems. One of the houses we purchased he negotiated down $50k less than the asking price. He has an incredible amount of experience and wisdom with the markets in our area so we knew if we were buying into a good neighborhood and getting a good value.
TopGuns Realty has also helped us find great renters for these rental properties. We have received top notch service and will continue to use Keith and TopGuns for any homes we buy or sell in the future.

I have been working with this team for all of my purchases, sales and rentals since 2004. Every sale has been extremely well executed. Keith and Yolanda have walked me through every step and explained each stage of the sale in terms I could understand. They are fast, efficient and well versed in this very stressful market. They have also helped my parents buy and sell their houses as well!

I bought a house , it looks really pretty , they stage there houses an forget to come finish , I have even gone an talked with Mr. Richardson , an he tells us that he will send the workers out, no response call again still , nothing thanks to my realtor , she put in a house warenty . I've had to call an electric , an a plumber ,
So my opion to all of you wanting to buy from Top Gun is this fill your bath tubs an drain them , bring a lamp am checked every electrical outlet , an then scratch your grout an see if it flakes off , look very close at your counter tops as well , . Most of all really look at the house , it's terable workman ship , I believe the workers are day labours they pick up on the corners . For the price folks have to pay nowadays for homes, please check and do a WALKTHOUGH. Only one star. Can't do 0 stars. (We really do love our home)

We purchased a home in July 2020 with the help of Keith Robertson. I had contact Keith in 2016 to get information on the area of Montgomery County, Texas. He sent regular updates of the area. In 2020 we finally decided to move to Montgomery County and Keith was the one person I felt would help us find a home. We moved in August 2nd and love it. Keith and his staff were wonderful and into of making our close quickly and without problems. Thanks, Keith

We just called Top Guns realty about a property we were interested in and got a VERY rude realtor. She asked how much money we are making and basically said "oh no, you do not make enough money for this and will not qualify." Then cut the conversation off. She should have at least wanted to work with us and have us at least apply. I WILL NOT be making contact with another century 21 realty company for any of my business.

I have use this group for the last five years in all of my real estate transactions. This should be your one and only call as their attention to servicing the client is 2nd to none.

I have used Susan Richard for 17 yrs and she is absolutely amazing! She helped me find my first home 17 yrs ago when I was still living out of state and she made such an impression on me I used her again when I sold some land a few years ago. She is the only real estate agent my family would consider!
