These guys are very good with getting your order to you! but Good Lord help you if you need a refund! I am a business owner and know how things are during COVID-19! I had to call many times for my credit and to this day still not resolved! I returned the item to them in a timely manner and have a tracking ID from ups which shows it is delivered to them. it has been almost 6 weeks since they received the item back. I am not going to order from them again. I am too worried should something goes wrong it will really take a long time to resolve it!

That I can say this has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The furniture itself was very nice but overall the experience was so bad. They were not careful with the furniture putting it inside the van .I tried helping them and telling them how to organize it in a way that it would fit. They ignored me and kept doing it in their own way after so many attempts I told them to leave that I would do it and in the first attempt me and my daughter got the furniture in. I would of came back so many times if it were not for the service.

just purchased 4 glass show cases for almost 2000$ the locks on all these show cases dont work and dont fit / glass shelf were damaged and called to buy more to replace it customer service tell you they gonna call u back never did and after few times they claim they dont have replacment shelf which why you sell a product without replacment parts? so i ended up stock with 2 empty glass show cases for 1000$ value with no use i will not recommend and never use ever

spent over $600 on shelving for our campground store, arrived quickly, that's a plus..... However two of the shelving units arrived damaged. call customer service, was told they would have a manager call me back....that was a week ago.....called again, asked to send photos and did within 3 minutes of the call, still waiting for someone, anyone to get back to me! sad as I really liked several of their products and would have made many further purchases. However with poor customer service, and 2 units that are completely unusable this will not be happening......One should also be aware of the email spam......22 advertisement emails since my purchase EVEN THOUGH i HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED MULTIPLE TIMES..........NOT ONE TO ADDRESS THE BROKEN SHELVING THOUGHl

I have spent probably $10,000 with this company. I had a display case come that was extremely flimsy and didn't fully secure the shelves causing one to fall and damage product. I then had another nicer lighted display case with shelves rated for 45lbs break with 10-15lbs on it breaking a $1000 of high end glass products. When one shelf broke it fell into the one below breaking that as well. On black Friday they offer 12% to everyone, I need new display cases again around $10,000 worth. On black Friday they didn't have the cases I need in stock. I emailed and informed them of the damage from the shelf and asked them since I was about to spend $10,000 with them if they could please offer me a better discount like the 12% they did on Black Friday to help make up for my loss. No they can't they said. Did they send new shelves to replace the broken ones at least? Nope. Kind of sucks they treat a good customer like this. I went to store supply warehouse and they have the same cases, they offered me a good discount and all specialty offered was to match it basically. I feel like they could have done better to make sure I was a happy customer and to get my big order for new cases.

Will never buy anything from them again. They completely messed up with shipping. I never received notice it was shipped so I could track it. The shipping company they used was horrible and the delivered the wrong package to me. Mr. Mauro said he would refund $50.00 and the shipping company said they would refund $38.00, but it would be made to the company. No refunds have been issued as promised. Horrible company. Stay away from them.

I have had a wonderful experience with this store. The service is personal, friendly & Professional. The selection is wonderful with a variety I can't find anywhere else. I have made multiple purches and recomend them regularly for small indevidual items or large purchases.

I purchased over $2,000 in product to be delivered to Northern California, the product arrived with items missing. I have called numerous times into customer service and have been on an email chain, detailing the items that are missing (they didn't ship and ENTIRE END CAP). it has been 4+ weeks since I began reporting my items missing, and the company is doing NOTHING to rectify the issue. ZERO STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS FRAUD!...I paid for items that I DID NOT RECEIVE and they are making NO effort to get them to me.

If this is a repeat, I apologize. I'm not sure if an incomplete review went through. I ordered a countertop and base and didn't quite get the right thing, however, the lengths that customer service went to, to correct my problem was excellent. I think her name was Jeanine or Janette, but she was great. They offered numerous solutions, and truly went above and beyond to make the customer (me) happy. I fully recommend them. Oh! Their delivery was really fast as well.

I ordered my shelving in the 8th
Got it on the 20th and everything was damaged ! SO I sent the items back and it s december 6th and I still haven t received my refund for 2600 THEN they are telling me I have to wait for the company to return the items, they have the WORSE company that delivered the items, they where so rude and no help! Unless you have a longggg build out for your store, don t use them ! This has been a horrible experience for me and opening my store waiting LONG for shelves to come when they charged me almost $600 for shipping !!

Great service! First we found we had to move our cubicle at the Antique Gallery due to the building being sold and at the new location we had two old display cases to install. The cases needed glass shelves and shelf brackets and we needed these items NOW! Fortunately the great help at Specialty Store Services had just what we needed. We ordered after 4pm on Monday and received the shelves and brackets (home delivery)on Wednesday afternoon in Memphis! The shelves and brackets are fine quality and really enhance the look of our merchandise. Thanks Steve!!

The child shopping cart came in a horrible rewrapped pieced together two boxes which was definitely bashed in by something big. The two boxes which were pieced together with a hole in the box and damaged cart. The fed ex driver did not bring it to the front door, but left it on the bottom of the driveway. This was supposed to be a a Christmas present for my 2 year old grandson. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. I want a return label to return this badly damaged shopping cart and a new box. I have contacted the company via email and have been charged for this and they never got back to me.

Website said the product was available and that it would ship same day. I am still waiting weeks later. Finally heard from the company 10 days after my order and they said it was on backstock. With the 100% guarantee, I had hoped for a better experience. The large glass display cabinet arrived 2 days past the scheduled delivery date. We paid extra for 'assembled' thinking we were getting a ready-to-use piece. It was delivered on a wooden base wrapped in plastic. The general shell was intact yet glass sliding doors, shelving and all hardware came in multiple boxes for us to assemble. Instructions were partly missing. Glass sliding doors were not something we planned on installing.

Joseph, in customer service, was apologetic and polite. Natasha was not. She tried to redefine what an 'assembled' product meant and would not acknowledge that our cabinet arrived two days after their scheduled day.

If you buy from them, get every detail in writing (delivery, condition,...). Beyond disappointed and would not purchase from them again.
